I highly recommend their service. My AC was leaking really bad and it’s old. I had 4 technicians out including the home warranty service. No one could fix it. They all immediately tried to sell me a new system instead of getting to the problem. Mr. Davis went in actually took it apart cleaned it and blew my line (something the others didn’t do). They took pics of my coil and said its dirty and old so you need a new one; not bothering to put in the work to figure out the issue. Now it’s working perfectly fine and I don’t have to buy a new one. Thanks again Mr. Davis! 3 years later and here i am again 8/8/24 and they deliver every time! Reasonably priced and they fixed my AC motor and got me up and running. Thank you for your great service!!!

Just can’t say enough good things about Sederick with Chill Time. We used him to replace our HVAC unit that was very tricky to install. We were frustrated after getting quotes from 2 other HVAC companies who couldn’t take care of us in a timely manner (we had been waiting almost 4 mos supposedly for the unit to be built). Sederick came highly recommended and quickly we could see why. He was professional, prompt and courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. He installed our new unit at a 25% savings over the other guys and in no time at all it was replaced and working great (he ordered the unit to be built and had it within a week). We highly trust and recommend Chill Time!!

Sedrick has been servicing my HVAC for approximately 8 years. He is professional, honest and hardworking. When I had an emergency issue with my A/c he was out servicing it the next day. I have recommended him to all of my family and my husband’s company also uses his services. He has installed my inside and outside units over the years and performs semi annual check ups on each. I have never been more satisfied with a company before.You will not find a better HVAC professional!!

Tech was prompt and professional, quickly addressed the issues I had with my ac, gave me an accurate quote of expenses, and had me up and running in short order. I was not sold anything I didn’t need, and was advised on possible actions I might need to take in the future. Will defiantly be my FIRST and only call next time I need my ac worked on.
