Yesterday, February 23, 2024 was the second time Ive used their services and theyre absolutely awesome! They were at the house in 30 minutes and had my AC up and running again in record time. It was after 5pm on a Friday when I called, from out of town, when my daughter came home to AC problems. Definitely will call them for any issues in the future.

They came to the house the same day I called about the a/c going out. They did a temporary fix and came back on the weekend to install a complete new system. Theyre customer service is excellent.

Ok, so I was in a very tough situation. I am remodeling my home and needed new A/C ducts and my air handler moved to a new closet but was worried about the job being done correctly. I called Valencia Heating and Air and Joe came out to give me a free estimate. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and the estimate he gave was very reasonable. Joe took the time necessary to make sure the job was going to be done correctly. Joe and his team showed up and worked continuously until the job was completed. Not only does my A/C unit work more efficiently but it also gives my house a very clean look. If you are needing ANY A/C or heating work done on your house, I would highly recommend Valencia Heating and Air for all your needs!

My AC stopped cooling 🥵☀️🥵Valencia had an excellent response time, and came earlier than expected!! He was able to diagnose, and remedy the issue within 15 minutes! What a blessing in this Texas heat. He guarantees his work (will come back at no charge if problem persists), told me what to look out for in the future, and how to maintain my system well. Very thorough and answered my questions before I had a chance to ask. I appreciate those who take time to educate in addition to repair.

We were referred to Joe years ago by a friend and it was truly the best call we made. We recently had something come up and Joe showed up the next day on time. He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what’s going on. It’s nice to know that there is still a contractor out there that still understands customer service.
