They were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. After finishing the installation, they patiently and openly clarified the thermostat system. First he asked if I had any questions or concerns and he thoroughly answered my questions. he made sure everything was working well. He also fixed the noise from the outside unit by removing a loose screw. Great work. -
