Travis came out to check on my AC unit today. He was very polite and patient with my many questions. After $295, hopefully the temperature inside will be cooler. He replaced the capacitor.

For the past 15+ years, my family and I have been using Castillo Services for all our AC needs. When something is wrong with our heating and cooling systems Willie is there and quick to respond. Last time my AC went down Willie was there that same day to give me a portable AC unit (for no charge), so I could survive in this Texas heat until he could get someone there to fix it. This last time I dealt with Willie he replaced my AC unit and enrolled me into the City Energy Weatherization program. Other than a phone call and an email with the bank I did not have to do anything else. It was that simple. Castillo Services handled it all and I am completely satisfied with how it all turned out. I did get a couple of bids and some were more than double for what I ended up paying for a City inspected and tested installation.Thanks, Castillo Services for taking care of my family and myself all these years.

Floyd from Castillo came out and serviced our A/C and heat after a few other people failed to do the job. He was super quick, reliable and was able to quickly find and solve the problem. Such a professional! These guys rock! Thanks so much to Castillo for answering the phone and communicating and getting our heat and AC up and running!
