Our AC stopped working and we called Castilleja Central Heating & Air. They quickly showed up and identified that the capacitor was bad. The AC worked after replacing the capacitor at a very reasonable price. They are fast, friendly, affordable, and professional.

If they are at another job, they let you know, and as soon as they finish they call you to let you know that they are on route to your home.They explain all the details of the issues with the A/C units interior and exterior system. They do the necessary repairs neatly and remove any parts that have been replaced. I do recommend them to anyone that is experiencing any A/C issues. Im so glad that I made contact with Castilleja Central Heat & Air Service in my time of need.

Some of the hardest working people I know. Knowledgeable about air conditioning. My electric bill was very high and they came to the house and within minutes they found that it had been hooked up wrong by a contract and my bill went down by $300.

Definitely a positive experience on a hot day with a broken A/C! Responded very quickly to our call, stayed in contact throughout the day on when he thought they could get by and get our unit repaired! Came the same day for repairs. Mr. Castilleja was quick to answer the phone even though it was before normal work hours and scheduled a time to repair my air conditioner the same day. He called later and asked if he could move the appointment up because of a cancellation and arrrived promptly when he said he would. In no time at all, he diagnosed the problem and made the repair. His rates are extremely reasonable, and he and his wife are always so friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who wants fast, trustworthy, and reasonable service.
