I highly recommend C.A.S. for your HVAC needs. Our main HVAC unit finally died in 2022 during the heat of July and C.A.S. responded quickly and had an entire new system installed in less than 48 hours. This same HVAC unit was destroyed by a lighting strike on 5/15 and C.A.S. honored the warranty and quickly swapped the broken parts within 48 hours. Josh Marcial installed the unit in 2022 and swapped the compressor in 2023. It is great having the continuity of service. Josh and his teammate Robert were professional and they demonstrated a mindset to do the right thing always.

Adding to an earlier review: When I move to Frisco two years ago I worried about no longer being connected to the network of companies who serviced my home in New Hampshire.I’m delighted to say I have a new network and one of the best is my heating/air conditioning guy, C.A.S Air Conditioning & Heating of Prosper. They did Aawinter check up on my system on Thursday and after it was complete, the technician said, “this has nothing do with a/c or eating but I noticed you have a holeIn the wall just below your roof line that a critter could get through”, above and beyond service in my mind. Worst nightmare: air conditioner failure, but not when CAS Air Conditioning & Heating is taking care of your home. Issue resolved, same day, quickly and professionally!

In about 5 years, we recharged twice. Deciding it was time, we requested a quote for a new condenser, coils and drain pan from our AC company. We also reached out to friends and family for recommendations. CAS was referred to us by a family friend. I utilized their website to request a quote. Chad, the owner scheduled time with us the same day. Gave us a quote the same day AND came in lower than other quotes. We decided to move forward and had our install this morning. The crew was on time, respectful, and kept everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with their work.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this company. My air conditioning was damaged in this last storm and Josh came out and did the assessment found that my equipment was still under warranty which saved me thousands of dollars. He did everything for me in getting the parts approved and shipped quickly. In less than 48 hours my air conditioning was fixed. He even found that my other unit was not running properly and worked with the manufacturers warranty again to get everything taken care of. He stayed until 11:30 pm ensuring everything worked, all parts were replaced and completed an overall check again. They are the best and Josh is amazing going above and beyond.

Chad spent more than an hour with me explaining what he would do. I was about to do my own work as I do have the skill set. However Chad was able to explain in detail why my method would have been over kill and ultimately not achieve my goal. He offered multiple options with two of which being significantly less cost and work than I was planning on originally. His crew showed up on time, and protected my flooring and replaced both inside and out side units for me in around 6 hours. I cant say enough how impressed with his communication and the work his team did. As a DYIer it takes a lot to make me pay someone to do things and I wont say Chad was the cheapest quote or option but I feel my outcome is better than anyone else I could have used or even done myself.

Within 3 days of accepting the estimate, the C.A.S team arrived at our home about 845 am and by 230, we were enjoying ice-cold AC as Chads stellar team moved through the installation expeditiously & smoothly. Chad took the time to answer all our questions, provided us with an amazing warranty & even helped us with our new wi-fi enabled app to control & set our system up. Well after 22 years and finally a failed compressor it was time to have new units installed. Chad (owner) got us a quote, on the schedule and both systems installed quickly, especially during the hottest time in Texas. The price was very fair and the installers did a great job. It was also comforting to have Chad onsite and helping with the install vs just leaving it up to contractors. He also credited me money back from equipment from a recent repair which I didnt even have to ask for. Ive used CAS twice. The first time our AC was frozen up and he had given me advice over the phone and told me what to do. He didnt expect anything in return. I called him anyway and asked him to do maintenance to clean up the AC units and get them maintained.I used them this morning after the AC stopped working last night. I texted them at 730 AM and they were out here at 9 AM. Finished by 915 with a reasonable cost and fully explained. Very professional, clean, timely. CAS comes highly recommended in our neighborhood, i can see why.

We reached out to Chad prior to purchasing a home that needed 8.5 tons of HVAC system replacement to know what amount to budget before the Texas summer. Several friends highly recommended C.A.S. Air Conditioning and Heating and said they were the only company they would use. With our budget concerns, Chad was open and honest about a few ways we could save money and still meet our needs. We ended up replacing both the AC units and the two furnaces rather than delay future repairs. Price was very competitive on product and price and the crew was professional and timely. We had our AC installed by CAS air in 2017 and have had intermittent issues with the cooling. Chad, the owner sent out his technicians multiple times(came out himself as well) but they couldnt pin point the issue. This spring, Chad went after the issue and came out when the issue occurred. He tried multiple solutions and finally got to the root cause and fixed it. When I asked him what I owed him, he said, nothing. This is after 3 hour long visits just this year. He got it fixed and did not charge for what he deserved. Dealing with Chad has always been easy, he is reasonable, doesnt just overcharge for his services and gets things done the right way (he inspects all of his technicians’ AC installs). I’ll go to them again when I need servicing or new ACs.

A family member highly recommended Chad with C.A.S Air conditioning about 5 year ago. He came out to diagnose the issue with my AC unit the same day I called him and he informed me that the fence switched was accidentally turned off and refused to accept payment for it. I volunteered to pay him for his trip. Since then, I have used him at least 4 times and he always showed up the same day and fixed the issues with my AC unit promptly and honestly.This evening, I called him at 11 PM to tell him that my thermostat screen is blank and my heater is not working. He immediately called me back and asked me few questions. He asked me to check my fence switch before he comes out. I had an internet providers technician in the house earlier today and he inadvertently switched off my fence switch😁 I know most AC guys will come out and charge you arm and legs without telling you the real issue. I cant count how many times HVAC contractors have said they performed service on my units but after I reviewed footage from my security cameras I found out they did nothing. In this day and age, it is very hard to find an honest HVAC contractor. Chad and his team may just be the last ones who put integrity ahead of greed. CAS Air Conditioning and Heating reallly provides great value. They are both knowledgable and efficient. Everytime I call CAS I am suprised how quickly they find a way to get me on their schedule and how affordable they are. I found C.A.S Air on Nextdoor. So glad I did. After contacting Chad last year for a/c maintenance, I realized I found a keeper. So when my air wasn’t blowing cold air last week, I called C.A.S., and they came out the next day (it was April, so it wasn’t an emergency). Unfortunately, my evaporator coil was leaking, so we went over my 3 options, and at no point did I feel pressure on which choice I should make. They came out this morning and installed a new evaporator coil and compressor. He also found a leak/disconnection in my duct work, and fixed that at no charge. Very clean and professional, but personable at the same time. I would recommend Chad and C.A.S. air in a heartbeat. Thanks Chad.
