We discussed the installation plans before bidding, the installation went as planned and since have had them out twice for a check up and small repair (electrician turned off breaker for other work). Scheduling was timely and we’re comfortable in our home. -

Jay Callaway & crew are BY FAR my go to for A/C and Spray Foam services. They gave a great bid on a 4ton unit for our new build and have walked us through the whole process including the spray foam insulation. They let you know when they will be onsite, show up and get it done! If there is a delay, they let you know why and when they will be back out. The customer’s experience (when we actually live in the space) is evident from rough in (with thoughtful placement of the unit, air vents, return air, fresh air, duct work, etc.) through top out, and they have an incredible warranty. There is a reason WHY they are a 5 STAR rated company! Great workmanship and filled with integrity. Highly trusted and Highly recommended. Thanks Jay, Patrick and team. I would definitely recommend the team at Call-Away Heating & Air. I was able to get ahold of the team right away; they answered the phone and quickly scheduled an appointment. They were able to make it over the same day to check out my issue.Jay offered a few options and some advice on what he would do. I appreciated that they didnt try to upsell or push me towards an expensive route but presented a few choices. The one they advised was one of the less expensive options.My issue was resolved quickly. Ill definitely use them next time I have issues. -

We used Call away when our AC broke due to a tornado. Jay and his team came out quickly to repair it multiple times before it completely broke. Even though insurance denied our claim Jay worked with us on getting us a brand new AC. They had it completely installed within 2 days. His crew was very respectful and got the job done quickly for us. Even after a few days continued to check on us. I highly recommend this company. Other than our insurance, it was a wonderful experience! -

The summer is a busy time for HVAC. I called Call-Away and they worked me in a full schedule. The customer service was outstanding and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Hopefully my AC will not go out again anytime soon, but if it does, Call-Away will be my first call! -

I bought a new home from Solitaire homes of Abilene. The HVAC never worked correctly & kept blowing capacitors and circuit boards. Jay Reconfigured my system to work at optimum performance, better than NEW ! He’s professional, prompt & doesn’t charge a fortune. Highly recommended for anyone that is tired of Sub-par HVAC service. He also installed a New system in an older rental in Ranger. My tenant thanks me every month when she pays the rent. -

Jay and his team installed an 18 seer system and the equipment, install, and workmanship were top notch. The install was done when promised, and at the price quoted. Very pleased with this purchase and install. I will recommend Call Away to anyone who needs service or a new HVAC system. -
