These guys are amazing. Our furnace went out during the coldest in the teens… they came out diagnosed the issue and evaluate our options. They started at 9am and new one up and running by 2pm. Very clean work, polite and professional. They protected the floors with cloths and left everything clean. Very pleased. I would strongly recommend them.

This was a referral from my sister who used their service before for her house. I am definitely will be using them for all of my HVAC services from now on.The technician/representative came to my house and looked at my unit , give me a quote and booked my service . He explained the costs , the warranty, the services and the follow up to me to make sure I understand everything .When the unit was replaced , he came to my house to check to make sure the unit and service were done correctly with my new complimentary Google Nest.After three months , I got my first follow up service to see if the unit was working correctly.When I told my coworkers about the cost to replaced my unit with all of the perks, they all said that I got a bargain for my unit.Very satisfied and loyal customer.

We had our replace AC at our shop yesterday. John, Arturo Petro and Jeuvonie Keogh did very good jobs. They worked very hard, professional.Arturo Petro and Jeuvonie Keogh came early on Saturday at 7:20 am to did it.John and his team have made us happy. The weather was very hot but they tried to finish their jobs on time.His company also has a payment for us to get a new AC system. This is a very good way to do business. We love it.Thank you so much to you John and your team. Hope to do more business with you all in future !

We had a 25+ year old system finally give up on us 2 weeks ago and called BV A/C & Heating to come take a look. Two technicians came out same day inspected the system and afterwards recommended to replace the system (which we already knew would be the likely answer). The owner, John, came out later on the same day to give us a quote on a new system and to inspect the duct-work which was also 25+ years old. His inspection was thorough and afterwards showed us photos he had taken of how the old duct-work had either deteriorated or been installed sub-optimally.He then went over our options and gave us a quote for various systems with different SEER ratings. John provided great information and when we told him we needed to think about the options, there was no high pressure selling. He said he understood and respectfully left for us to contemplate.Having had A/C work done for another home before, I could already tell his quote was fair, but to be sure we got another reference for HVAC service from a trusted friend in the construction industry. The other HVAC company also seemed honest and capable of quality work, but their quote was several thousand dollars more than BVs.We decided on BV and to have the complete A/C system replaced with new duct-worked installed. John again came out on the same day to finalize the paperwork and said he would have a crew out the next day to start work. He said that they might need two days to complete the entire install, but would try to finish in one day to have us up and running with A/C in this oppressive Texas heat.The BV crew showed up early the next morning and immediately started work. As others have mentioned, they laid down tarps inside the house where they needed to and in general, worked diligently and respectfully of the property. The BV crew also took the time to answer questions I had while they were installing the system. They ended up finishing the entire install with duct-work around 6 PM and had the A/C up and blowing cold air! At some point, John had showed up to the worksite to work along side his crew and as they were nearing completion, went over the installation with me. We even climbed into the attic space so he could go over what they had done for the duct installations.So how is the new system? FANTASTIC. The majority of the house is now an icebox. Except...the master bedroom which has always been on the hot side during summer due to it being located almost as far as it could be from the air handler, high ceilings, and almost no insulation between ceiling and roof. When we mentioned this to John he suggested moving the supply manifold closer to the master to see if that would improve things and if not then to give him a call back.We gave the new A/C system 2 weeks to try it out but still felt the room was a little to warm. We called John again and told him that the master was too warm. Within 2 days he had two more technicians come out to cut out a new vent in the master ceiling and install a new duct line from the supply directly to the master. Happy to report that now the room is nice and cool like the rest of the house! BV and John did not charge extra for this additional vent and duct to be added.I know this review is a little tl;dr, but it is a very comprehensive review of what actually transpired. I can say I am very happy with the professionalism of BV and their staff, the quality of their work, and the integrity of their owner John. I would certainly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC services to at least give BV a call for a consultation and quote. They will not disappoint.

I have 3 restaurants and one of the AC from my restaurant has a problem since last year, I got Johns number from my customer and I called him and explained my situation and he sent a someone and within one hour he fixed the AC , John the owner is honest person and he has a knowledge about AC, not like the others company try to rip off your money

Excellent, straight-forward, and prompt service. Did not have hidden fees or extra surcharges. We discussed what needed to be done and got straight to work putting together our new HVAC for our second floor. Installation started within a few days, and in less than a week, we had our upstairs HVAC replaced and cooling. Would not hesitate to do business with again.

AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Within only a few hours of our initial call, the companys owner came to our home, inspected our current system, and explained very clearly what needed to be done. Since our system was over 12 years old, he recommended a replacement system so that we will avoid bigger problems in the future and save on our monthly electricity bills. He gave us an honest and reasonable quote for a brand new system. On the VERY NEXT MORNING, a team came out with the equipment and installed the new system for us within 5 hours!! The equipment was exactly what we had requested --- size, capacity, and manufacturer brand. The installation team performed the job seamlessly, hauled away the old system, and cleaned everything up for us. We were SO PLEASED with the wonderful service and fast response time from everyone at BV Air Conditioning & Heating!! Our AC unit did not put out any cool air during the hottest month in Texas but BV Air conditioning/heating came to the rescue the next day without charging us extra. We thought it was the low Freon, as it was in the past, but Sonny accurately and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. The price was very reasonable. We told Sonny that we considered replacing the unit since it has given us problems in the past. He advised us to wait a few years since the unit is still working fine. His advice saved us from having to spend money needlessly. We will use this company in the future for all our AC and heating needs.

I am a first time customer with them who did my homework and searched for the best company. I found them highly recommended on Nextdoor and decided to call them. Im glad I did and boy were they patient with me. I had a bad experience with a different AC company and so was hesitant to believe anything I was told, but John from the company was very detailed and was easy to talk to. We had frequent communication back and forth for several days and he answered all my questions, detailing the service and pricing. John responded to me during the weekend on both Saturday and Sunday!I had my 13 year old AC system replaced by the crew yesterday and they were punctual, professional, and very considerate. They laid out a tarp all the way up the stairs to my attic and swapped out my indoor and outdoor AC system. Its true what other people on the review say, they do clean up after themselves. They even turned on the system and waited to make sure the entire system was working and fine tuned.Later I checked on my systems warranty and found that they had taken care of all the paperwork too!I am extremely satisfied and happy with the quality of the system and the thoroughness of the service. BV Air Conditioning & Heating has gained a loyal customer and I will rely on them from now on for my service needs.I highly recommend them and will recommend them on Nextdoor as well. They are the real deal.

I have replaced two AC systems with BV now. John is very professional and patient. I usually ask a lot of questions and do tons of research before making a decision. John did not push me to make a quick decision but instead provided me with all the detailed information I requested. Their work quality is also very good, and they keep my floor clean. I am 62 years old and I have not seen a company this impressive in a long time! They respond quickly. They are very professional with yes sir and no sir. They wear uniforms. I had a complete AC system installed and their price beat the competition by a wide margin. During the installation they used drop cloths on my floor and cleaned up when finished. I honestly cant think of one single thing that they could have done to impress me more! They have earned a customer for life with me! Great job John!

Our AC as not turning on, and we had had problems with our AC since we moved into the house in 2018. We had the air handler replace once and A coil replaced twice (the second time under warranty). The air conditioner was draining my pocket. I told Mr. Voung about all the problems that we had had, and that I was certain there was a leak. He listened to me patiently and went to check the unit. When he came back he said: Freon pressure is fine, no leak. Bad wiring. I said I was doubtful but that I would go along with his assessment, and we struck a deal: If his fix lasted I would give him a good review. And so, Here we are!BV Air Conditioning & Heating are not only good professional techs, they also have the best prices around Grand Prairie. Believe me I know.
