Our HVAC system for the Pie Bar kitchen gave out on us. We are so thankful for Julian, Brett and Mindy who took great care of us and got our system repaired. Key words to describe our experience with Bunten A/C: on-time, friendly, professional, diligent, respectful, knowledgeable. I certainly know who to call now for our HVAC repair & maintenance needs.

Last month, my central heater stopped working during a cold snap. Within an hour of the call, Julian from Benton HVAC arrived at my home. He was very polite and professional and was able to promptly and properly diagnose the issue. After testing the unit, he explained the problem and returned first thing the next morning with the replacement part (the store had already closed the day prior otherwise he wanted to get the part that same day). The issue was fixed, and the heater has been working properly since. I was very happy with the experience and highly recommend Julian for your HVAC repair needs.

Thank you again!First reviewLarry Bunten, of Bunten A/C Service, provided me with the best AC service Ive ever had. I am a pet sitter, and my AC went out in August with 8 dogs in my home. Larry was over that afternoon, and had my old unit running. Talk about saving the day. I was so impressed I asked him to install a whole new A/C, and heat in my home. I asked Larry to put the same unit in my house, that he has in his house. It was one of the pricier models, and Im absolutely thrilled with it. My new unit is so quiet I had to get up on a kitchen chair and feel the vent. WOW! Larrys crew are real pros. They were in and out of my house quickly considering the work they did. As far as Im concerned Bunten A/C service deserves 10 stars. No Im not related to him. LOL Im just a very satisfied customer.

I originally contacted Bunten AC when I was comparing contractor estimates for an HVAC replacement. Larry and his son were communicative, friendly, professional, and helped me understand what was happening every step of the process. Theyre a family shop so you can always expect to get their best.When I had issues during the recent winter freeze, Larry came out between calls fixed it ASAP. If youre needing an AC fix or replace, youre gonna want to give Bunten AC a shot.

We had an unexpected problem with our thermostat this morning that caused us anxiety because were going away on a trip. Bunten AC Services responded very quickly, brought us and installed a new thermostat, and we were back up and running again before noon! Thank you!!
