    Brian and his team were incredible. You cannot go wrong using Brians Heating and Cooling. I needed a new system due to 19 year old system going out, Brian checked my home and got me a great quote on a new system. The team that came out and removed my old system and installed the new system. They did a great job and where very professional and courteous. I cant say enough great about how this whole experience was.

    We highly recommend Brians Heating & Cooling! Brian and his staff are courteous, professional and they exceeded our expectations when our AC unit stopped working at 7p on a 100-degree day.We got calls from both Evelyn and Brian within 30 minutes of leaving a message with their 24-hour answering service. Brian came out first thing the next day and confirmed our outside unit needed to be replaced.He gave us four options and his prices were lower than what our previous HVAC contractor had quoted.We chose an upgrade to our current equipment and within a couple of hours, Jorge came out to replace the unit. Jorge did a great job and then came back an hour after completing the installation to relocate the equipment a few feet away, per my husbands last-minute request.Brian, Evelyn and Jorge made what could have been a nightmare situation into a quickly resolved and pleasant experience, plus we got great value for our money.Excellent customer service, professionalism and value are what every customer wants, and Brians Heating & Cooling provided all three to us. We will definitely call on Brians for our future HVAC needs.

    Brian came out on a recent Friday to assess a problem I was having with my ac. His initial impression was that it would not be as big/expensive a job as I was afraid it might be. He had someone out the first of the next week and he took care of it for me that day. His diagnosis was correct and Im a very happy customer!

    No one wants to replace their AC/Heating units, but sometimes you have no choice. You can however choose Brians heating&cooling to get it done right!! From day one when I talked to Brian on a Saturday I could tell he was honest. George was great to work with...always on time, communication was great!! He attempted to fix my old unit, but was just too old to service. New units installed the next day and the install crew was top notch as well, quality work!! Honest, communication and quality work all at a very fair price look no farther than Brians!!

    I am super pleased with Brians Heating and Cooling, and will keep them on my list of companies to use in the future. My a/c stopped cooling yesterday evening and I found them by doing some online research. Their reviews are what made me decide to contact them first. I actually used the chat feature on their website and someone spoke with me after 9:00 on Fathers Day night. I was surprised and very grateful. They contacted me this morning to make sure I was still available for a service technician to come troubleshoot the issue. George was here by 9:00am and resolved the problem (which was ants!) within 30-45 minutes. He also cleaned the drain and coils while he was here. Reasonable price for such quick and thorough service in the Texas summer. Thank you Brians!!

    Extremely dependable. Does his job well. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Now that were beyond our new home warranty for HVAC, having someone you can count on for ac work is a good thing. Brian came over initially to double check my Nest wiring. Did a system check up. Second time he ended up just cleaning out some lines that were inhibiting flow. More of a maintenance issue than anything. Gave me some pointers; good to go. Hes my first call.

    We called Brians heating and cooling after months of struggling with respiratory issues in our new home. He came out right away and found a ton of mildew and dirt in the air ducts. His crew came out two days later and replaced some parts then came back and cleaned the ducts. I am shocked at the immediate difference in air quality. Major improvement!!His crew was right on time, super friendly and cleaned up so well after themselves, you couldnt even tell they had been here. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Five starts is not enough!

    I was mainly interested in Amana systems because of their reviews. Brians Heating and Cooling is the only company in Austin area that will install Amana systems. Their are 2 other companies who advertise that they can install Amana systems but when you call they will they to sell you Goodman. Anyways Mr. Brian himself visited and gave me a detailed quote. The crew came on the day they were scheduled. They came and swapped the system and did a great job. I will recommend this company if you are looking for AC installation. The price was on par with other companies. Mr. Brain followed up after the installation to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction.

    We had Brian’s Heating and Cooling come out to clean our ducts, and WOW, they did the fantastic job! The technicians were respectful of our home during a messy job. One of them even borrowed a broom to sweep up the inevitable plaster that falls when you’re unscrewing ducts from the ceiling. They educated us on the types of things they look for when cleaning, and explained that most of the heavy dust was being caused by a lack of seals between the vent and ductwork - which newly passed laws in Austin now require. The gentleman also checked our two filters and physically showed them to me so I could see that they were in great condition still (this is a rental that has so far had a ton of problems) and so I could jot down the sizes when it was time to replace them.Overall I’ve rarely seen such communicative and respectful technicians!!! It’s been just over 24 hours and we are all breathing better, plus I see less dust accumulating already, when previous cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, etc would result in a thin layer within a day.I will 100% keep Brian’s Heating and Cooling in mind when we purchase our own home! Thank you guys!!!!

    Gotta say my ac was dying but still cooling a bit. He came by charged up Freon cost $183 and hoped it was good. Next morning ac set to 70 it was at 73 by noon was at 79 and hasn’t come down from 82 during the day. My neighbor used him the wknd b4 knew what was wrong and in 15 mins replaced the part and they had ac again.
