    Just moved to Texas and I have called numerous places to get a EV charger plug installed. Most competitors want to send a tech to your house to give you a quote but then charge you 50 bucks if you don’t hire them. This is not how Breeze Electrical does business. Called this morning at 10am and spoke to Randy that gave me fair, UPFRONT, pricing. They also went above and beyond with same day service! The electrician, Stephen, is a skilled pro and his apprentice was very nice and knowledgeable as well. I 100% recommend this company for all your heating and electrical needs. Great job Breeze!

    Great customer service. When I initially emailed, I was responded to same day. I was scheduled within two days, and when they arrived, they identified and communicated the problem and had the new part picked up and replaced all in less than two hours!     Evelyn at Breeze was knowledgeable and quickly sent Miguel Perez out to check out my A/C. Miguel diagnosed the problem quickly. Fortunately, it was a clogged drainage pipe and Miguel cleared the line and then checked the rest of the system before leaving. I give them 5 stars for good service.

Great service!Updated: ... we had another issue, with a pool thermostat/timer going out. Breezes electrician handled the issue while we were at work, working through the obstacle course of our back yard/pool area and garage (for the breaker box). He was fast and cleaned up after himself. We love being able to rely on Breeze!Breezes electrician solved an electrical issue at our home that had been looked at by another company, but not properly diagnosed. Wed been fighting this for years — our outside outlets were always tripping. A previous electrician had improperly installed too many GFCIs on one circuit. Today, Santas North Texas Outpost is up and running, safe and secure. No coal for our Breeze guys!

    My positive experience with this company started from the very beginning when I spoke to the master electrician, Randy, who is very polite and helped guide me on the proper quote. They were able to fit me in the very next day and install my tesla charger perfectly, and at a reasonable price highly recommend. Stephen did my install.+Update - 1 year later I had an inspection where my inspector thought maybe the install was not to latest code. I called Breeze and the customer service again set Breeze apart from other vendors. I live far from their normal service area and Breeze/Randy went out of their way to come check the installation free of charge and got everything squared away. Highly recommend.

    Adam did a good job servicing the A/C unit. Adam initially thought based on his testing that there may be issues with A/C coil, but later did a thorough testing and confirmed everything is working well and there were no issues with A/C. Adam also explained how the coil helps with cooling and and how A/C operates. Adam was very courteous.

    I was very impressed with Adam and Donatello. This is the second time Adam has been to my home, with an exceptional Assistant, Donatello (D). The issue was a water leakage coming from the master bedroom ventilation. The two guys went assessed and found two issues: First was the secondary overflow was leaking due to it being partly disconnected. That was dealt with first. But the main drain pipe was not draining well, so they first had to clear the junk in the u-connection, after that the water in it flowed well. Next, they wanted to check the back up drainage over flow, which was in the main upstairs bathroom. Turned out the clog was extended to one of the bathroom sinks. They thoroughly had to clean the U - joint. After that, the water flow was flowing perfectly. Both men were very professional and Adam out of courtesy used my vacuum to clean up fallen installation. 5-Stars for great team effort. I’m 110% satisfied with their work. Thank you Adam and Donatello.

    I had to reach out to Breeze for repair on our A/C Unit that was originally installed by them roughly 2.5 years ago. From my first phone call, I spoke with Ashley, I was so pleased with her knowledge and customer service. She even arranged for a technician to come out that same day for inspection. An evaporator coil had to be ordered but was on back order. However, I never had to call and check on the progress because they kept me updated. Terry Birl, our technician that came out for inspection was also the one to come out to do the repair. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all of our questions we had and most importantly fixed our issue. Every single person I spoke to on the phone and Terry were not just good but outstanding!     Always call /text to remind for seasonal service maintenance. Techs are always polite, knowledgeable, careful on property and tell you what theyve done in the servicing. We always use them.UPDATE:Jun 18, 2024 our AC condenser coil had to be replaced due to a leak:Servicer was great. The company knowing my homebound situation expedited the order and had it overnight. But since leak was found on Friday prior, we had to suffer through the weekend. Our AC labor and parts are under a 10 YR warranty (4 year old home) but it didnt cover a $300+ charge for finding the leak on Friday. Then apparently it also doesnt cover freon so we just got billed yet another $810!!!! For freon???!!! SERIOUSLY??!! Thats how they get you I guess. Everything else thankfully was under warranty. Cant imagine if it wasnt

    Matt (Tech) is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.Updating post: Breeze tech, replaced my Remy air purifier today and made good on the warranty. Many thanks for taking care of me. -----Technicians are friendly and professional but dont buy the Remy air purification system. Only had it installed a short time, paid $1600 and it was time for my routine maintenance the tech said it was no longer working. There is supposed to be a 7 yr warranty but they claimed what stopped working (the motherboard) wasnt covered and I would have to pay hundreds more $$ to have that fixed. I may or may not continue to use them for bi-yearly maintenance but will not purchase anything else from them.

    Our home is 6 years old and weve had nothing but issues with our system since the first month, always getting the runaround from the original installers. Six years in and our unit just stopped working. We called the builders emergency line, who called Jimmy, who is a man of his word, who called Breeze and we got Ronnie, our tech. Leslie was the initial contact at Breeze and she listened to our needs attentively, repeated all we were experiencing so we know she was listening, and kept her promise with getting us help as soon as possible. This was a Saturday and on Tuesday after the holiday, Ronnie was here first thing in the morning. Ronnie came and talked us through every scenario and got to work. Although he tested everything after replacing parts, there was a an inside wiring issue from the original installation. Needless to say the original installers are out of business. Ronnie fixed what was needed, but one more issue popped up and Ashley was the next person we spoke with at Breeze. She said with the cold snap coming in, she would get Ronnie back to us the same day and he was here. They seem to care about their customers. Ronnie wanted to make sure we were good to go and finished up last night with the replacement of outside wiring. You made this very uncomfortable situation more pleasant and kept us at ease knowing the work would get done right...not with Band-Aid on the issue, but properly fixed. Thank you!

    Our alarm would beep 3 times every several weeks or so and we had no idea what was causing it. Stephen replaced all 5 of our hard-wired alarms, cleaned them, and checked the wiring.     I requested a quote to install a 50 amp generator inlet box and an Interlock Switch in my home to use my portable generator if in case my home experiences power outages in the future (which will happen at least 3 times a year). Randy responded within 10 minutes along with 2 other quotes from other competitors. I liked Randys energy and enthusiasm when answering my questions and was very detailed in what was going to be done. It also helped that Randys quote was the lowest overall! Randy scheduled the project 5 days later and appointed Stephen to perform the project.Stephen arrived within the 2 hour timeframe and performed the project within 2 and a half hours which was pretty timely for the project involved. This also included testing my home as if there was a power outage and instructed me on steps on how to operate the generator breaker, interlock switch, generator inlet box, and portable generator itself. My home was on generator power within a minute! Stephen also instructed me on how to reverse the process moving from generator power back to utility power. Stephen cleaned up and left my property spotless!Later that night, I noticed that both my microwave and warming drawer were not powered on and not working. I notified Randy of this and he apologized profusely and scheduled Stephen to come back the next day around the same time. Stephen arrived 2 hours early the next day to troubleshoot the circuit where my microwave and warming drawer was on. It turns out that the circuit breaker of that circuit went bad during the power outage testing. Stephen replaced the circuit breaker at no charge. Randy and Stephen were very professional during the whole project! Their quote definitely held value with the professionalism and quality of work installing my new generator breaker, generator inlet box, interlock switch, and rundown on how to operate my generator during a power outage. I definitely recommend working with Randy and his team. I will also work with Randy and his team again for future electrical needs in my home!

    I had a light on my patio entryway that was blowing out bulbs and then just wouldn’t turn on. I scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up about 15 minutes early and immediately went to work. He noticed we had faulty wiring and the light fixture itself was also broken.     Truly cannot thank the team enough! Randy and Ashley were able to fit me in for a next day appointment after I relayed to them that I’d come into town and noticed that my elderly aunts a/c was dying! They went out of their way to make sure that they could come to re-wire her electrical to support the new unit I had purchased for her. Our family is going through a hard time with my grandmother being in hospice at the house in extreme heat conditions and they sent Stephen and another tech out who were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. They found the least invasive way to open the drywall to feed the wires through, and even installed a new faceplate on my great aunts switch by the front door because they saw she didn’t have one.     My AC stopped blowing out cold air. I called this place up and they sent out this tech. I believe his name was Xavier Chavez. He was pretty friendly and knew his stuff. He pointed out what was wrong with my unit and told me my options. He ended up fixing it and now my house is cool again. I would recommend this place. I keep the business card on my fridge.

    Stephen came out to replace track lighting and install new small flush mount lights. It is a somewhat complex job because of the location of the power source and the fact that it is a residential highrise. He was straightforward and came up with the feasible options for my particular situation

    (A/C - Heat Problem on our John Houston Home)We have been trying to go thru the proper channels to have our System looked at to no avail. One day I stopped by the John Houston Model Home in Somerset on 287 and I was able to talk to a Representative that worked at the the Main Office. I explained how unhappy we were with the JH Warranty Department. She gave me her Business Card and took my info down. Within 24 Hours I was contacted and was promptly put in contact with the correct people. We have an outdoor Unit made by Armstrong. According to JH, our Extended Warranty is covered by a company called Breeze Air & Heat. I called them on Monday morning and they had a Technician out that afternoon. The technician Fernando was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain how our system works, being a 2 Story House with 1 Unit and Zoned Heating and Cooling. He answered all of our questions and was able to locate a problem we were having. We have Ecobee Thermostats (about to change them out to Honeywell and send in a Reimbursement Claim to United Co-Op Services). The problem we were having is whenever the downstairs Thermostat was on, air was still coming thru the vents upstairs even though the upstairs Thermostat was off. He tracked down the dampers leading to the upstairs unit and discovered that the motor on the damper was in the open position at all times. He fixed that problem now we should have better airflow through the entire House. I would recommend contacting Breeze Air & Heat.

    My air conditioner has not been working correctly for 4 weeks! 2 different technicians came out added coolant and said it was fixed. By the end of the week it was not cooling again. Roney did an awesome job of looking for the problem. There was an leak! He even shown proof that the other techs did not look for the issue, everything was still sealed.
