First I called into to make an appointment with Bosworth and I was told I could get same day service! Shocking to me! The person who answered the phone was very cordial and informative! My 2 man team (which I had a picture of) showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful! I told them my air conditioning unit was installed in 2019. My issue was no heat and within a reasonable time they identified and repaired the problems. I also told them about another A/C company coming out 5 years ago to address issues relating to half of my home was not cooling and heating evenly and I asked them to research why their solutions never worked after paying quite a lot of money to fix! To make a long story short - - I will be calling Bosworth Air Conditioning for any and all additional issues in the future!Thanks to you both for your helpful tips and your great attitude and overall great knowledge!•Galveston neighbor who will be warm tonight since it is supposed to be 36!

On Sunday, our thermostat indicated we needed to call our air conditioning repair company. We immediately called Bosworth. Spoke with a real person and within 10 minutes, our regular repair person, Steve called and within 30 minutes he was at our home. It was not an easy or quick fix but we were back up and running in less than 4 hours. We appreciate the professional and courteous service.

Bosworth did an amazing job installing new equipment when our old A/C unit started going out. Vicky was able to get us a list of possible solutions to our issues which allowed us to make an informed decision about how we would move forward and prevent future problems. I absolutely recommend Bosworth if you need any heating or air conditioning needs met. They treat you like family and they only do work that they’re proud enough to put their name on. When I made my appointment I was told there was a 95 dollar fee for a diagnostic test. And that the tech was going to tell me the cost to fix it after the test was completed. Instead he showed up and went right to work fixing it. I ended up getting charged 340.00 at the very end for, I think, was resetting a sensor. The issue wasnt completely explained to me. While Im glad the issue was resolved, and the technician who was here was friendly and professional, more transparency when it comes to cost would have gotten them a 5 star.

Our technician Scott arrived as scheduled. He was here to perform an annual maintenance inspection. Scott was professional and personable. Checked out both units and presented review of his findings. Scott did a great job diagnosing the problem. He showed me videos of the refrigerant leak. He researched my warranty status and saved me a couple thousand dollars on the future repair. Unfortunately part was not in stock but it will be replaced next week. On line booking tool was easy to use and he was able to come out the next day. So far, a great experience.

Quick efficient repair of previous attic wiring inadequacies such that my newly installed WiFi thermostat could operate properly.Also routine Fall furnace check up on annual plan.All well done and reasonably priced.2/12/3025. Work was done on malfunctioning furnace. Long story. Too expensive to repair before replacing anew as planned, anyway. Bosworth was attentive in making a quick attempt before cold weather arrives. I was well treated and only charged for the diagnosis despite appreciable technician time spent endeavoring to rescue my old furnace.

After he fixed the HVAC, he stayed another few minutes and checked to make sure my filter was clean, my outdoor unit was running correctly, and that my thermostat was working before he left. Im a long term renter of an individual owned property. They were able to communicate directly with my landlord for authorizations and payments so it was super easy on my end. I am so impressed with the service and technicians at Bosworth. Came to our beach house Thursday night and heard the air conditioning fan making a loud noise. I contacted Bosworth, and they sent out a technician right away! He diagnosed the problem, and ordered the early the next morning. As we couldn’t use our system, Bosworth did everything they could to restore our air conditioner ASAP- they even drove into Houston to get the parts to expedite it! Thank goodness, as we were restored that afternoon! Yeah!!

The technical team did a perfect service to the AC. I regret that Bosworth weren’t able to keep their promise to fix the problem within one to three days and that forced me to keep calling and begging for a faster response. The delay caused me to suffer and spend a lot of money to seek cooling in an alternative place. I am 80 and on limited pension Therefore the delay has been a big burden on me physically and financially.

Late last night our downstairs a/c went out. I called Bosworth and although they gave an option for an emergency, it wasn’t because our upstairs unit was working. At 7:50am, I got a call back from the company and by 8:40am that morning the tech showed up. Our line was clogged and he repaired it and we were on our way to a cool house again! The office staff was terrific and I was emailed a picture of the tech prior to his arrival. I have signed up for regular maintenance. My appreciation for this company and their immediate help during the hottest summer on record is boundless! I highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, polite, dependable and that great attitude of service make them my new go-to a/c company. Depend on it.

We have a historic home and needed a new HVAC system as our old system was fast approaching its demise. After getting multiple bids around town, we opted to go with Bosworth due to their stellar reputation, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. While it was the most expensive of the bids I wanted a company that would be there for us 24/7, use quality products, and address all of our questions/concerns. We got a brand new system installed in a day with a brief return visit a few days following as they needed more materials. The crew was respectful of social distancing and mask requests, and took great care of our home by laying protective tarps during the install process. They stayed late into the night to make sure we had heating before they left. The only negative things I could bring up would be the price (fair, but higher than others), a few cigarette butts left in my yard, and some materials/trash left in my attic. After a month or so I had a minor issue with some duct noise and the company promptly sent a tech out to address the issue. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Bosworth.Update: Summer has hit and the system left one room warmer than the rest of the house. Bosworth is in the process fixing the issue, and I remain happy with their service!

Was having problems with the AC drain line and issues with condensate always in the pan. Called Bosworth late in the day and scheduled a visit from them for the next morning. They sent a text to confirm the appt then on the day of the appt they sent a text to let me know Brandon was on his way. Great communication. Brandon showed up and was very knowledgeable. Had a solution for each issue and had the tools to do the job. Was very helpful also by explaining everything that was going on with the unit and how he was going to fix each issue and what to watch for in the future to avoid other problems. I had been having issues at my office for about a week to where it just wouldnt cool down below 80 and obviously that is not comfortable in August in Texas. I had another local company come out and look at the system and after about 45 minutes of checking it out they are telling me that I need to replace the entire system. I decided that I wanted a second opinion so I called Bosworth. They came out the same day spent about 2 hours checking everything over and now the system is working perfectly.I was pretty nervous about possibly having to replace the entire system which would of costed about $15K, but Bosworth was able to fix everything in about 3 1/2 hours for $600. The technicians were very professional, down to earth and honest. They explained everything to me and gave me great maintenance tips. Thanks again fellas.

He called and was at my house when he said he would be there. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The charges were exactly what he said. He was extremely polite and professional. Have been very impressed with the professionalism, value and communications of Bosworth. While other vendors never keep in touch regarding arrivals, Bosworth has a very clear text service that tells you when they are on the way and even shows you a pic of your tech so you dont let an ax murderer in your door thinking its the HVAC guy. Nice... Theyve been around since 1959 and still going strong in the community so that tells you they have been delivering on their promise of service for a long time.

They are very very professional and honestly I am impressed with how they work. So here is the story.My home was built by a a builder that did not make my AC effective. So I contact Bosworth Ac to swap out the old with a new system. My system is 4 to 5 years old. I was just tired of the AC problem every year. I talked to Terry to get me a new system. He came out reveiw the system to get me a quote. Well, long story short he did not feel right selling me a new system and sent a tech out to check my problems. They found a couple of small problems that they corrected and they system now runs better then the day I moved in.I have to say it takes a real responsible company to tell the customer, I am not going to sell you a whole new system, but i can make the old system run like how it suppose to be. Not saying that this should be the case for all home owners, but I have to say I really appreciate it.Hope this helps you in your decision when making the call.Alex

One of our rather newly installed AC condensers is making noise. The second one remains silent while running, so I called Bosworth asking them to determine if the noisy one needs a repair of some type. The tech came out, listened to the noisy unit, and took readings to verify its operating state and determined the unit is operating properly. He added that the line from the condenser to the evaporator is rather short and consequently may be the source of the noise. (A short line may tend to support turbulent flow, whereas a longer line would give the liquid coolant time to settle and run in laminar flow.) He said he needed to talk to his boss to determine next steps. I reminded him that the unit sits just outside of a bedroom and the noisy unit tends to disturb sleep. So, this homeowner would be happy if the noise could be eliminated. He said he understood and stated hed get back to us early next week.
