Used Blanco AC for home AC repair last August. Decided to try their plumbing for a recurring kitchen sink issue and very glad we did.Our tech was Will and he was polite, never a negative word. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done professionally. I wanted to wait a week to make sure everything held and it has. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Price was what we needed it to be. Office & phone staff are very friendly with good customer service. Our Salesman Robert explained our options well and the quote appointment was an appropriate length of time, it did not drag on. Robert was also very responsive and had great customer service. The installation crew Zachary and Jared were great. They worked quickly (and quietly, which I was not expecting), they were very courteous and problem solved like champions. Overall great experience, great price, would highly recommend.

Davion with Blanco A/C Electrical and Plumbing is a really good technician that I would recommend. He was very courteous, slipped on booties before he entered the house and listened intently to the symptoms my heat pump was having. He went right to work diagnosing the issue and provided the solution. Unfortunately he had to order a part (transducer) but assured me it would be in pretty quickly and they would call me to set up the return trip right away. He even explained and showed me how to utilize the emergency heat feature on my unit in the meantime. I really appreciate the fact he also checked and inspected other parts on the unit to be thorough. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job. I would highly recommend Davion!

Luis called ahead of the scheduled service window to let me know he was available to come early if that would be convenient for us. He arrived in a company van exactly when he said he would, was extremely professional and personable. Luis listened attentively, asked clarifying anddiagnostic questions and spelled out the process of providing a bid clearly. Luis was respectful of our home, wore shoe covers whenever entering the house and was just a generally lovely person to work with. This is our first experience with Blanco Electric and Luis made it a very positive one.

Mark called when he was heading to our house with his arrival time. I got there and he showed up within minutes. He already had an idea of the problem and it was the condenser. He replaced it and the A/C is running great. He was done in about 15 minutes and within about 90 minutes we had a cool home again. Blanco Air and Mark were great, friendly and professional. I signed up for their Shield program and now get 2 inspections a year with other benefits. I will continue using this company and their other services.Today Jared Timms came by to do the Shield Program service. The unit in the ceiling had to be accessed through an outside trap door that had a lock on it. He was able to cut the lock off and complete the service. He was courteous and professional and was done in about 30 minutes. Also a young lady named Montana was helpful when I called earlier for assistance. Glad I called Blanco A/C originally. Great company and I highly recommend using them.

Ive been through a lot of HVAC companies in my area. This one isnt the cheapest - but is the best Ive seen.Ive had a system replacement and am now on a 3 unit maintenance plan.Richie recently visited to do a quarterly checkup. I am not even sure the original installers did as thorough a job. He took the time to understand my equipment, found some issues, took care of them under contract and explained the whole process. Ive had good luck with everyone at Blanco. But Richie inspired to leave a review. Blanco Rocks!

First off, the work done, time spent explaining things to me and the very detailed report at the end were all outstanding. Jon Canfield was great and also patient with me when I asked questions. Jon is a 5 star guy. My only reason for 4 stars is the price of a necessary service (replacing a capacitor in the heat pump). The part sells for about $20 online but at Blanco AC it was $229 (with a 20% discount). I understand this had to be diagnosed, but that fee should be covered by the service charge. So that leaves installation and the part. $229 after a discount seems exorbitantly expensive but I’m sure this is comparable to the mark up other AC companies add.Having said all that, I like Blanco AC and appreciated Jon’s good work. Will continue to seek their help with our HVAC needs.

Knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Update, Zach came today as scheduled to complete the repair. He and his helper were thorough and respectful of the property, they played down drop clothes were they were working. Finished the job in a timely manner and everything is working again. Update: Jared came out because the repaired unit was not cooling as efficiently as it should have been. I explained what I thought was the issue and Jared did a complete inspection and he corrected a pressure issue and now the unit is working correctly again. Blanco A/C came out Im the morning to endure that I was completely satisfied with there work, which I am. Great company that stands by their work.Had Jared come out today and install a new water pressure regulator out by my water meter. Jared was friendly and professional, the install went exactly as he had played it outta me and looked great and professionally done.

I staggered out of my bedroom this morning at 4am and saw water drops on the floor outside my bedroom. The dog was there and said, Hey, thats not me, I leave puddles, not spatters.So I looked up and there was a water bubble on my ceiling........ Thats never a good way to start your day.I called Blanco AC and they sent out Richie the same day, which was great, because it was KIND OF an emergency.Turns out it was just the condenser pan under the coils inside the unit. The drain had clogged up after 9 years. He said that was kind of inevitable, and I was lucky it hadnt happened earlier.Richie cleaned out the drain pipe, added a clean out trap, sucked all the water out of the primary and the overflow drain pans, and Im back in business.Richie was fast, told me everything that was wrong, fixed it in no time, and the charges were about half what I was expecting.He was a very friendly gentleman, and knew his stuff too.Im very grateful to have this headache taken care of so promptly.

At around 2pm on a Saturday, our AC suddenly stopped cooling. In Texas. In July. I decided to call Blanco AC because we live less than a half mile away from their Blanco office. Dispatcher who took my call was very friendly and Jared called less than 5 minutes after hanging up with the office. He was at our house less than 20 minutes later! I was amazed. And, of course, after he texted, our AC unit started cooling down. (I think we had a brownout that caused it or something.) When Jared got there, I told him it had started cooling, but since we have lived in the house almost 4 years and never had the AC checked, he said he would run a diagnostic on it to make sure it would continue cooling. He was very friendly and efficient, and I was so happy with the service. Ill definitely be looking into their PM program. Always happy to use a local vendor when possible. ***Update for follow-up for initial concern***Stephen came back out to the house and did a fantastic job of troubleshooting every single flickering like that we had and was able to diagnose the issue. He also took the time to educate me on how to prevent the issue in the future and what to do in order to resolve it. For this service call, we thankfully just needed to change the bulbs. Jared arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the lack of cooling to be due to a refrigerant leak in my 13 year-old system. Using a leak detector, he pinpointed the leak to be in the evaporator coils. Jared added enough refrigerant to get the unit operational again and, since its a very slow leak, provide me time to arrange a permanent solution. Jared kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way and answered all my questions. By the end of the day, I had quotes on two system replacement options from Blanco AC. I recently (August 2024) had a second experience with Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing that reinforced my first impression of them. Again, my call was answered promptly, and a service call was quickly scheduled. Steve arrived on time with notification before he got here. He checked on a problem with my pool equipment following a lightning strike and went above and beyond by helping me to find additional assistance when the problem turned out not to be electrical. He carefully explained the set up inside my box and ensured that there was power to all of the controls. Polite, friendly, and expert service -- what Ive come to expect from Blanco.My first experience with Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing was excellent throughout. The office answered my call promptly and scheduled a service call quickly. Cody and his colleague arrived on time as promised - with notification before arriving. He was already informed of my needs and set to work quickly and efficiently. He carefully diagnosed problems and offered solutions. They were both polite, friendly, and put up with my questions without complaint. They completed the work in a timely manner and carefully checked that everything was working. Cody identified problems with my existing breakers and explained the need to make changes to comply with code requirements. He was knowledgeable, and his and his colleagues work was well done, leaving things looking tidy and complete. I will turn to Blanco in the future when I need electrical service work done.
