    Hands down the best Service. myFirst call to Jason about my AC not working in triple digit heat he was very understanding and made me feel confident they will be able to fix my AC. Micheal arrived at my home and explained everything that was going on with my AC unit and helped me to understand what was happening and before I know it my home was cooling .     Excellent as usual! Finally had to replace my HVAC system and of course I called Birdwell. Their quote was very reasonable (I had one quote that was almost $5k more for exactly the same things) and I am very pleased with how quickly I was helped, both via the office to schedule and when the techs got to me at the earliest part of the time window. Michael is same tech who has helped me before so he already knew the layout. Michael and Jake got the new system installed and running, very politely and with minimal intrusion. The recommended addition of another vent in my kitchen has proven itself worth the extra! I’m not sweating as soon as I turn on the stove now. If you need new, or a repair, I heartily recommend calling Birdwell.

    We had called this company to give us an estimate to install a Minisplit. Jason was the person that came by the next day.We had wanted a big unit but he recommended that it was not necessary. He suggested that a smaller unit would be sufficient enough. After agreeing to terms, someone from his business called us back to set up a date to have the work order done. Within a few days the Minisplit was installed. It consisted the inside wall unit and the outside unit. By that afternoon we were able to have and enjoy the cooling atmosphere.

    Better late than never (my review, not Birdwell HVAC). Birdwell HVAC replaced our system approximately eighteen months ago. From my very first phone call to Birdwell, to the completion of the job and beyond, we were treated as we were their only customers. The office manager, who is usually the first contact the public has with a company, represents the company well. She is very knowledgeable, articulate, and follows up as promised. We found Jason (owner) to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure us into a system that was not right for us. The few times that we texted Jason to verify appointment times, etc. Jason would return our texts within a few minutes. Mike (tech @ Birdwell) assisted in installing our system. He is top-notch in his field! He will not cut corners to get the job done. He is a real asset to Birdwell HVAC! They worked quietly and did their best not to disturb us.The work area was left clean and neat. All debris was hauled away. Great service! Great price! Great comfort!We rarely review or recommend businesses. However, without question, we highly recommend Birdwell HVAC.

    When my A/C was performing poorly I initially contacted another A/C company. Who was not helpful at all. Birdwell came out the very same day, inspected my unit and was able to determine the problem. They fixed it and my A/C has been performing perfectly again ever since.Then I needed two new mini splits installed in my guest house. Tia was most helpful and got the units ordered, had an install date for me not even a week out and the install went smoothly.Another A/C company had suggested mini splits that would have been the wrong size and caused moister build up over time.Unlike other companies, Birdwell A/C does not try to upsell or perform unnecessary repairs.I highly recommend Birdwell A/C to anyone looking for a company that gets the job done. And always charges absolutely fair prices!

    So good, I had to write a second review because Birdwell Air had to come back…not because of anything they did incorrectly…my flow-stop line was stopped up and I didn’t know what was wrong, so Jason kindly came over, unstopped it and didn’t charge me anything. After asking all the how to’s and where for’s, I promptly called Tea to schedule a maintenance prevention call in May (be fore it gets too hot and all the ac guys get busy).I would recommend Birdwell Air a thousand times over and suggest that you get your ac prepared before the Dog Days of summer in South Texas arrive! 😄👍🏽❤️

    My air conditioner wasnt working right and after using few other companies I called Birwell A/C and Heating and Jason came and looked and troubleshot my unit.
