Our experience was a true God Send! The temperature was a “feels like” 122 and our a/c stopped working. Delilah didn’t promise but said “we’ll do the best we can to get to you”. Within an hour service men (Adan & Jose) arrived! All were professional, understanding and compassionate toward our problem. The problem was discovered and remedied within two hours. I can’t say enough about this experience except it’s a true God Send. We highly recommend Big Fellas. We’ll pray for their future success. -

Very reasonable prices, and friendly customer service all the time. Even gave me tips of how to keep the condenser clean. Don’t listen to everything tik tok teaches you, we learn the hard way. Thank you Dagoberto!! -
