Martin and Lee are more than AC & Heating specialists. They were recommended to us to repair a hole in our ceiling and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were able to come out within 24 hours of calling them and, when they came, they were both very polite, professional, & honest in their communication with me. The repair was done efficiently & we are so impressed with the quality of the work. You’d never know there was a hole in our ceiling! My AC had been out for about a year mainly due to lack of knowledge and improper diagnosis. But come winter so AC had become less of a problem. Well AC weather is here again and another work order placed. Was told by other companies it needed a coil and would return to replace it but no avail. No one came back. And this was a well known AC company. So a call was made to Big AC & Heating and employee Martin was sent out to my residence. He displayed quick and courteous service, diagnosed the problem and returned with parts and replaced.! He stayed and made sure system was working and cooling properly before he left all while keeping a professional attitude!! I will always recommend your company over ANY AC company around!! Let me start by saying our a/c has been out since May 5th.. and MARTINE FROM BIG AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING HOOKED US UP HIS FIRST TRY! Call, him. look around if you want to lol but call this dude.There were 2 other companies that came out and it still wasnt working and despite one of their 4.5 start reviews one of the other companies was more like a 1. I wasnt given an update on what repair was done at all. Just a Well if it works who cares .. Me. I do.The other company I will say was helpful with investigation.But Martine heard that I had some knowledge of HVAC, sat down with me and listened to everything that was done before him (before touching anything) asked me questions back and told me step by step what he was doing, and what the problem was.He was the first to go in the attic and after a few readings and talaking with him, he found that some vent actuators were blocking air to the whole downstairs! He explained that the low suction was failing to pull enough heat out to change the freon to a vapor from a liquid, and that there may be a leak somewhere.I think hes coming back to assess the leak but.. the first time this a/c has worked by itself all day long.. Thank you so much Martine!!!

They were booked for the day(middle of August)but said they would fit me in and they DID!! The guys who arrived were so kind and courteous. They worked very quickly to resolve my problem. Heating, cooling, ductwork, demolition, repairs, etc. He just completed new construction of new home for me with multiple 5 ton systems. Very timely on responses, able to work with me on all aspects of work in both repairs, maintenance and new construction. Very fair and honest, dependable work and professionally completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.1/25/2023 - again used this company to troubleshoot heating issue. Was able to complete analysis and reprogram thermostat remotely by phone and using FaceTime Excellent troubleshooting using his experience. Job completed.

Mr. Martin is very professional in his work, it is the second time he has done a job for me, first he installed an air system, which included pipes, years later I called him to change my air ducts, he did everything quickly and very clean.
