    I have used this company for years for our pest control needs. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and their technicians are always friendly and patiently answer any questions I have.Earlier this year, our AC went out. I called different companies to get an idea of what they had to offer. In the end I decided to go with Barrett and it was a great experience. They installed our new unit quickly and efficiently and the awesome tech walked us though how to use all the new features.Great company!!

    Weā€™ve used this company for over a year now and have had a great experience with them. Always great results with pest control and staff is always very friendly and helpful. Lizzie with customer service was exceptionally friendly and helped satisfy my request in a timely manner. Tim and Brad have been the most frequent exterminators to come out and both have been friendly and efficient. Plan on continuing my services with them for a long time!

    Honestly was THE BEST experience Iā€™ve ever had with any company.     Matt was very helpful and punctual during his visit to our home today! He recommended a flush to ensure that we clear out all of the creepy-crawlies during our first week, so I called their office to schedule that. Angelica who answered the phone was also extremely nice and professional and got us scheduled for the very next day.     I am specifically rating their customer service right now. I called this morning because I have no desire to live with pests that dont pay rent and frankly gross me out. I spoke first with Chase who was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. He was also extremely patient while listening to me and setting up a service agreement for me. I was then transferred to LaSonya to help with locking in my scheduled time for service. She also was friendly, helpful, and funny. When youre mildly freaking out over the potential of bug issues its a relief (at least to me) to be able to find humor in the situation while knowing theyre going to come help you get rid of it. If these two are a representation of how the rest of their company is, Ill probably be using them to prevent any further bug problems for a long time.

    Wow!! Lizzie is such a sweetheart! She came on the phone with a ā€œHow can I make your day better?ā€ Thatā€™s some great customer service that was genuine and you could tell she really likes her job. Angel has been our technician for awhile now and we are very happy with Berrettā€™s services since we have been using their services.     Never had to worry with Barrett, the reminder notifications(3 different options) were a lifesaver. We get notified, they come & do their thing, and send me a receipt for the service with an optional feedback survey. Any time I had to call the wait was short and the customer service on the other end was superb.

Clarence does a great job of communicating and ensuring that he checks to see if any additional services or attention is needed to an area for the monthly service call and I really appreciate his willingness to go that extra step.

    We have used Barrett Pest Control services a few times now. I have spoken with Ari on the phone, who is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the services. The technicians are responsive and reliable. Inspection was thorough and the inspector, Darlene taught me so much about the different pests in the Austin area! Its great meeting people with a passion for their career. Overall we are very pleased and have seen great results with our pest treatments.

    We used their flea extermination services. Prior to contracting, their phone rep was very clear and patient with me in answering my questions. The house treated is an airbnb (i wasnā€™t there to let them in) and doing everything remotely with this company went smoothly and as explained to me on the phone. After the first treatment, no sign of fleas. It was explained to me that due to the life cycle of fleas, customers get 2 treatments no matter which plan of service you get. I still have 1 more treatment to go, but what Iā€™m saying is the first treatment was very effective and weā€™ve had guests since the first treatment with no complaints. I will definitely keep them in the phone book for future use (hopefully we donā€™t have future pest issues though)

    Our technician, Michael Linville, was an absolute professional and extremely friendly. He answered all my questions and pointed me towards additional resources. He was polite with my property, and helped move things without complaint when I was less than prepared for what the treatment involved.     Highly recommend - Dan, the inspector/rodent remover, was knowledgeable and immeasurably pinpointed my problems. That was followed up by immediate solutions. Priscilla, in the office, was prompt and competent in helping me arrange my services. Itā€™s hard to find real professionals these day, but Berrett Pest Control has two I can think off right off the bat. Prices were reasonable and there wasnā€™t any bs, which I really appreciated.     I dont do bugs whatsoever. After trying to get rid of a spider by kicking it.. ending with a hole in the wall I decided I needed a pest control.     On Saturday morning we discovered what we thought was evidence of a major termite infestation, called Berret. Marissa answered, I told her I thought we had an emergency situation, she assured me yes they work on Saturday, briefly put me on hold and called for somebody to come out. this was about 9:00 a.m. . at 11:00 a.m. Russell was here and found evidence of a pest but not termites. there was a small bag of rye seed a rodent had gotten into and spread it everywhere . it looks like sawdust. Russell was quick to notice that it was not saw dust but the seed. He took time to cleaned it up and put down two traps. The pest has already been caught and dealt with. I want to commend Marissa for her pleasant calm professionalism in responding to what I thought was emergency. Russell too for coming out right away and taking care of the problem, friendly, understanding professional. we like Berret and all their Representatives are good, but Marissa and Russell stood out and i wanted to be sure to give them a good great review.
