My air started blowing hot air, called many companies and this was the most affordable and had the quickest respond time. Unfortunately, my ac is a bit on the older side and the part had to be ordered but Jerry was super professional and kept us informed along the way. As soon as the part got here he came and installed and now our Ac is working again! Definitely recommend calling Jerry for any of your ac needs! -

This is a three generation, family owned business that is quite impressive. I found Mr. Jerry to be a very conscientious A/C repairman who was intent on fixing our unit to help my 82 year old Mom more comfortable in this heat. His impeccable service and attention to detail was remarkable and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs A/C repair. -

Great customer service! We called around and they were super reasonable, responsive and even came out the same day, where other companies said up to a week to come out. Jerry was great and kept us in the loop the whole time. Definitely the ones to go to. -

Would highly recommend this company!!! My refrigerated air went out on a Sunday of all days and I called Bernies Heating and Cooling on Durazno st. In El Paso and Jerry was able to come out with in half an hour and fixed the issue and at a reasonable rate. Going to use them for bi yearly maintenance. -

Jerry was great!!! Our AC went out, out of nowhere yesterday. There is an older veteran living there and there are multiple dogs as well as 2 cats, so it wasnt safe for anyone. The house heated up so fast and the ONLY place that sent someone out to us within the hour, let alone the same day, was Bernies - and it was already gonna be 4 pm mind you. Jerry was our technician and oh my god, we are so thankful he was! He did a bunch of troubleshooting for us, rushed to get the part he needed since the stores were closing, and he kept at it until our AC was working again. There were a couple compounding issues stemming from one bad part, so he had to troubleshoot quite a while. It was hot, it was later in the day, and Im sure it was frustrating; instead of saying he couldnt do it or saying hed be back in the morning, he stayed until it was fixed and we are so so grateful. And with the heat and how long it took, Im sure he wanted to go home. The house wouldve been dangerous and uncomfortable for the pets and the people had it been left un-fixed. I cant say enough how happy we are with the work and with Jerrys dedication to finishing the task, THE SAME DAY. We are grateful and again, very happy, thank you Jerry!!! -
