    Bentleys did a great job. My new house had soot coming from the vents. I called and Jade scheduled the crew to come out the next day! She was very kind, professional and receptive to my concerns about breathing air that wasnt healthy. I work from home so Kade and his crew worked with me on where they started first. They put a covering down to minimize particles that can come out while cleaning the vents. They were very efficient and completed the entire house sooner than expected. The texts confirming the appointment/progress was also helpful. Im sorry I cant remember all my crews names off hand, but Kade and his crew were very professional, personable and efficient. I waited almost 2 weeks to do my review so I could confirm what a difference it made, and I can attest that it made a big difference! I can tell Im not waking up congested. I worried about my pet too. Im a happy customer. Thank you Bentleys for taking care of me and my new home efficiently and quickly!

    I would highly recommend Bentleys A/C. A competitor had first diagnosed my problem as a bad circuit board and maybe a bad fan motor, cost $3000. Bentleys diagnosed the problem as a burned wire to the motor and fixed it for $265. These folks are honest and will do the best they can to save you money. If you have any A/C issues, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

    These guys are top notch. Worked with them on several occasions and they are 1st Class all the way. They don’t try to be the cheapest, they strive to be the best and that says a lot. If you’ve ever had bad experiences with businesses or contractors before, you can appreciate when you find somebody that does what they say, does good work, puts the customer 1st. No need to even shop around, save yourself the time and just let Bentley’s do the work and don’t end up regretting you let somebody else do it cause you saved $50. You won’t be disappointed!!!-FT

    Patrick Bentley and his staff are AMAZING. I manage an apartment complex and in all my years of having to use different AC companies, this is BY FAR the best I have come across.     I own a small chain of restaurants across East Texas that I recently expanded to the Lufkin area. I’ve used several different contractors for HVAC service, but Patrick and his team go above and beyond. It is a rare thing to truly care about the customer and work with them on such a crucial element of the restaurant business. Knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my specific requirements, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people for this project. I will definitely be using them again in the future as I further expand. As they also provide residential services, I will most definitely be calling on them for my home as well. From when I first called to get a quote and spoke with the lovely secretary, all the way to the completion of the project, I have been absolutely pleased.

    Highly recommend Bentleys AC!! I had McLeods AC come and quote for a repair and they tried to tell me the AC needed a new compressor ($3000) or a new unit ($6000)!! That didnt seem right for a double wide. So i called Bentleys for a second opinion. BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! They fixed my unit (didnt need to be replaced) for $500 :)Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM MCLEODsits 100 degrees outside and my AC is still purring like a kittenThanks BENTLEYs!!
