He’s willing to work with you on unexpected issues, and he always shows-up; something I didn’t expect would be an issue with contractors when I purchased my first home. I continue to use Alex for maintaining my A/C systems in both my houses to this day.

If you are looking for a trustworthy company, please contact Be Cool Heating and Air. I contacted them when my ac went out and they got back to me within 10 minutes. Alex came out the next morning and by the same afternoon, I had a brand new unit installed. This company is stellar. They are friendly, professional and efficient. Their prices are affordable, too. Special shout to Rafa and Jason for your kindness and explaining what exactly was being done when the installation was in progress.

We have been using Be Cool Heating and Air for a couple of years now.We have had them out for regular servicing and preventative maintenance, problems that have cropped up, and to do the HVAC work on a major renovation of part of our home. In all cases, they have been professional and very responsive.When you set up an annual servicing plan for summer and winter prep, they will actually contact you to make sure that they come out. In one case, I had forgotten that we had set that up with them, and it would have been easy for them to simply wait for us to schedule it and not have had to do the work that we had paid for, but they were on top of it and made sure to reach out prior to the change in seasons.Also, we have had some situations pop up where the HVAC was not working properly and they were out there within a couple of hours making sure it was taken care of.These guys are the best. They will make sure you are taken care of.

Alex came to perform maintenance check on ac unit exterior and interior. Cleaned the exterior and then found the inside unit heard an AIR leak noise. the vent box had escaping cool air. Patched the box and now air flow is stronger and cooling the home faster. Awesome job.. Ps: I had called for his services due too the air flow seemed low and ac was struggling to cool our home.
