Waldy and the guys showed up as they informed me. They were very efficient in there work and completed every aspect in a neat, clean, and professional way. Waldy explained the service warranty contract (very short and no fine print). I would highly recommend this company for any of your AC needs.

Fantastic experience with this team. Had issues with my AC at my newly purchased home. They got it working but I ended up replacing it because the unit with the house was way too small. They took care of me quickly and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I also opted to upgrade to an inverter system which is way more efficient. My house feels so much more comfortable and not worried of using much power. Even hooked up my new Ecobee thermostats for me. They also worked with me on financing. Thanks guys!

My upstairs AC went out I requested service from AHS. They sent their contractor, BB&M AC and Heating. They contacted ne within 24 hours and set the service called for that Monday morning, and I had submitted the order on Friday! The tech came and I needed to replace the inside unit due the the extreme age of the original. They got the parts and were back the next morning. Though some unexpected problems arose due to the age of the system, they kept at it and ran out for extra parts and spent the time needed to get it working. Not only is it fixed and cooling, but it is now a safe unit. I couldnt be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I spent three weeks looking to get the best quote, product, and service. Finding all three can be difficult but not impossible. Most people dont have time on their hand when their AC goes out to make a decision, but thankfully we did, and we are glad we trusted such a huge financial decision to BB&M. Waldy and Fernando communicate well and have a great team of guys that they manage. In this day, its hard to find reliable workers to get a job done, but when we made the decision to go with their work after getting 7 different estimates-they went to work immediately and didnt stop till it was done. If you have any doubt who to use- just simply get a quote from them. We honestly werent looking for the cheapest contractors, just the best product and installation- and we got all 3. Thanks guys! I love my 69 degree home!

Fernando knows how to run a business. I have 2 ACs. When I had a problem with the first, BB&M returned my call within minutes and had me scheduled the next day. My secondary unit stopped last night. I texted Fernando today and he hit me back in 15 minutes and has me scheduled for tomorrow. When it comes to AC units and Texas heat, thats the kind of service you need! Highly recommend.

Needed an AC service/unit called BB&M AC and heating they were able to come out within a couple days. The replacement took a total of 4hrs for a 2.5 ton unit. The men that came out were professional and to the point, my AC blows cold and Im completely satisfied with their work. I chose a Trane unit, the pricing for the unit was perfect for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC service or replacement.

Oh .my goodness where do I start. Firstly I wish there was a way to select all the options od greatness that Fernando delivers.Our hearing and cooling had been broken for nearly 8 months and we has seen 3 companys and. Dozen technicians and HVAC professionals who could never fix it for us. Fernando came in and not only diagnosed the 8-month long issue In less than 30 minutes he had parts on order ans problem resolved in less than 2 days.Extremely punctual, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem ans how it would be resolvedWhile I was nervous after so many other failed times dealing with other companiws who promise and never deliver, he put my mind at ease and communicates well so you dont worry. I’ve been thrown around to several different companies by insurance because my heater seems to require too much work, but glad these guys are now helping me out. My heater has been inconsistently working and they continue to troubleshoot to find the source of the issue. Still working with them and hoping I won’t need to bug them much longer. :)Update:My heater is now fixed! I had to work through home warranty which is an issue on its own, but BB&M continued to have patience and never lacked communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

Thirty minutes after my heaters motor went out, when it was freezing cold, I might add, they were at my door ready to work. It needed a new motor. That same day they had gone to a warehouse somewhere, bought it, and drove back to my place. It was late, but thats to be expected when they already had work scheduled during the business hours. So at 7pm, when I thought for sure they would be at home enjoying dinner like most people, they were at my place making sure I didnt freeze my butt off under a mountain of blankets. Good guys.
