Tom and Adam are my go-to guys for AC installation and maintenance. Over the years they have replaced all three of my units. When the latest largest one failed after 20 years we installed an energy efficient variable speed unit. We love it. It is way quieter and the energy savings are so great that my old unit must have been a real energy hog.My energy usage is down about 30% peak summer with the new AC. This is probably significantly more than average but is accurate per my Reliant/Centerpoint usage reports. During the hottest summer months the usage went from 3,000 to 2,000 KW, even with crap insulation and high ceilings.Bayshore knows there stuff. Use them.

We were introduced to Bayshore back July 4, 2020 when our AC went out. They showed up first thing on July 5 to get us cooled off. Since then we have used them from everything from a system checkup (for the buyers of our house in the Heights) to two new compressor units on our house we remodeled way out in Atascocita. They are professional and affordable. They were several thousand dollars cheaper than others who bid on the work. We totally trust them! Adam and team do great work and provide phenomenal customer service!!
