    I am so grateful for Bay Air Conditioning. I am a realtor and am always needing a professional diagnosis of HVAC systems. Joe at BAC always finds a way to get out to the houses I need him at in a timely manner. Once he is there, he is thorough and personable. He explains things in layman’s terms so that me and my clients can fully understand what’s going on with the system. The thing that I appreciate most about BAC is that you will not be over sold. If there is nothing wrong or something very simple is off, that’s what you will be told. You won’t be sold parts and labor that you don’t need. You can expect full transparency and honesty when working with Bay Air Conditioning.

    Replaced my unit after discussing options for a not so old but problematic off name brand unit that i kept throwing money in. Was more expensive option I choose which wasnt even the suggested option. Replaced with a trane and have a solid warranty. Gave me a quote with the actual unit information on the quote. Other quotes were just generic replace with a 5ton unit with no model or brand given. Price was good, service great. Completed the work quickly. Followup was quick and answered questions in a timely manner. Couldnt be happier with Bay Air Conditioning.

    Came right out and fixed my AC issue in 15 minutes after earlier today a different company located in Liberty said that my unit wasn’t repairable because it wasn’t routinely maintained. Obviously there wasn’t anything wrong with my unit other than it needed a part replaced that commonly goes bad. Bay Area is the best……

    Joe was truly a blessing!! I cannot say enough nice things about him. Not only did he come to our house after 6:00 p.m. to install an HVAC unit that John Moore said we needed. When he arrived, he checked my unit and found out that it was only a couple of blown fuses in the Attic. He could have lied and said the unit needed to be replaced and took our money. John Moore lied and gave us a quote of $17, 999, $14,500 of we paid cash.. lol. Honesty is a very rare trait to find nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone youd be a fool not to call Joe at Bay Air Conditioning. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

    Top tier business.Came out to fix my old AC on less than 2 hrs notice and when it was determined that a full replacement was needed, he compiled a quote that same evening and had the installation done less than 4 days later. Knowledgeable about the job and transparent about the pricing.I would highly recommend Joe and his staff for any AC service you might need.

    During the great freeze of 2024, a heater in one of my properties went out. Was suggested to call Joe @Bay Air Conditioning. He was able to fit us in just a few hours later. problem identified and fixed quickly. Good price and happy to get my tenant squared away. Would recommend and will be utilizing in the future.

    We made a late call to Bay Air Conditioning and they arrived first thing the next morning. They got us a quote, financing and had us scheduled for a replacement for our outside unit by the evening. They were back the next morning installing it and by time I went back to work after my lunch hour, we had cold air blowing in the house again at a price hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes wed received the previous day. Our experience was nothing but positive!

    GREAT experience. Im pregnant and have 3 young children and I couldnt get another company to come out fast enough when our ac went out in the heat of the summer. I called and Joe was there that evening. He diagnosed the problem and had to order a special part but had it in a timely manner and got us fixed up so quickly AND for an extremely fair price. I will call him every time we need any service he can provide!

    The customer service I received from Bay Air Conditioning was exceptional. Not only did they show up the same day, they had everything they needed to complete the job. I cant say that for everybody. They also had the most competitive rate among the three companies that came out.
