I chose Barry Campbell from a few other local contractors about 3 yrs ago when I replaced 2 units at my home in Royse City. They have a good team of knowledgeable guys who did a nice job installing the units. More importantly, I had a few problems with a certain thermostat and it was replaced under warranty with no issues. These guys offer good customer service and were determined to get down to the root issue to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and dependable HVAC contractor.

They were able to fit me in at end of the day. Simple fix that no one else in 3 yrs got right and cost less than anyone else had charged me. Definitely do not upsell stuff you do not need!

After another company said my unit was no good and i was looking at 7 grand, i called these guys for a second opinion. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and fixed everything within an hour. Not only did they explain everything they showed me what to look for, my AC wouldnt go below 80 and all it boiled down to was clogged coil causing it to freeze up, and low on freon. These are the guys to call if you want honest work!

Needed service in Royse City Texas on A/C two times last three years and the service was phenomenal! Both times needed major system replacement which is my fault since I was not ready to do first time and had someone at the property within hours in the middle of summer when its really hard to get a call back from others. Received a great deal that was lower than everyone else. Keep up the great work!

Justin and Jessie came out to my house this afternoon. Was told by another company that I would need a new HVAC system for $12-15k. Justin evaluated my HVAC system. He recommended to add refrigerant (because it was low) and cleaned my outside coils for a very reasonable price. Also Justin recommended that I add insulation in my attic since I have very little. Very pleased with Barry Campbell AC and highly recommend them for anyone having HVAC performance/efficiency issues for either servicing or replacement. Not pushy at all but very honest and thorough in answering my questions. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Barry came out and fixed my A/C system after another company tried to sell me a whole new system for thousands more. Barry was very reasonably priced and responsive. Its hard to find honest people in this business. Barry Campbell is one of the few. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a great experience. I called about 10 HVAC contractors who quoted me 2-3 times more and they came out in less than 2 hours of calling! Thanks guys! Ill be calling ya when I need it hooked back up!

Great service fair price. Always good to find an honest good local service company. We have a 15yr old unit and unlike most big companies he did not even hint that we should “just get a new one”. Diagnosed the issue (fan motor) fixed it right and gave me useful info and advice. This is how repair men/service companies should work. Much appreciated.
