    Josh did an awesome job going through my whole system trying to resolve the issue. He was thorough and patient and did find the issue, made the repairs and I was up and running. He showed up in the time frame specified, was courteous and professional. Ive used Climate Doctors for years for regular PMs and general repairs. They have never let me down.     In a world where exceptional customer service has largely become a thing of the past, Climate Doctors is a clear cut above. Technician Cody was prompt, professional, informative and articulate.He appropriately dumbed down his post-inspection results and offered to answer any questions I had - without my feeling rushed or stupid ( which I certainly am, especially when confronted with HVAC issues). Today was our check up for the summer and once again they performed exceptionally.     When I needed a quote on a new A/C unit, Ed Wren, the President and Owner of Climate Doctors, came out personally to visit with me about my options. He was nice, cordial, and informative and provided me a reasonable quote within 24 hours. The install team at Climate Doctors (led by Chaco) showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job in a timely fashion and did great work. A day or two after the installation, they sent Pete, who is in charge of quality control, to make sure everything was working as it should. He was very attentive to detail and made sure that everything was set up correctly. When he noticed that a small washer and C-clip were missing from the attic ladder arm, he took it upon himself to go to the hardware store to replace those items and came back to install them for us. It’s nice to know that Climate Doctors takes care of even the smallest details. It gives me confidence that our new A/C unit should serve us well into the future.

    Had a major issue with my old unit that caused some flooding in our home. Climate Doctors sent someone out that afternoon (less than 2 hours after my initial call). Long story short, we ended up having to replace everything. Climate Doctors team and Richard were very helpful and explained what would work best for our home. AC was installed a week later with an inspection to follow. AC works great! Everyone is extremely friendly and work was done for a great price. Most definitely recommend their company!

    I had a mini-split A/C system installed this morning in my shop, and I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism shown by Climate Doctors. They scheduled the appointment; showed up on time; and, completed the installation in 2 /12 hours! They did an excellent job of cleaning up after their work was finished, and the service manager took the time to go over the system with me. I was very satisfied and highly recommend Climate Doctors!

    Jared was the technician that helped with my TRANE system when I had no heat at 3:00am on 1.16.2022. I called the emergency number and Jared responded promptly at 8:15am. He arrived by 9:15am and began working to fix the issue. I was impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, and promptness.     If these guys ever fall off the pedestal I have them on, theyll be seriously injured! They are the most accommodating, helpful, qualified folks around. They have always come to my heating and cooling emergencies quickly and provided excellent service! They are polite, well informed, and efficient, not to mention always most timely in arriving for appointments. They have replaced both by furnace and air conditioner in the last 25 years and provided great preventative maintenance for both units. They are very reasonable! I will continue to depend on them for my heating and cooling needs for as long as I live in the College Station area! I have recommended them to everyone who has been looking for this type of service! On hot summer days, when the AC goes out and they show up an hour and a half later to save they day, they go to the head of the line of heroes for me! Love these folks!     These guys are great! Always on time or early....professional and courteous. We have been with them for several years. The annual maintenance agreement works well for us. They come twice a year as the seasons change from heating to air conditioning and vice versa. Preventative maintenance is working well. Rather find a problem when the season is mild versus extreme.

I called Climate Dr. and they sent Jay . He Took the top off the out side unit climbed inside and used leak detectors and found the leakand fixed it. 680.00 well spent . 350.00 dollars wasted.
