Great company!!! They are busy, we all are but they made me feel like a priority. They texted me when I called immediately to let me know they were with a customer and would call right back and called be back within 5 mins. Even with the weather event they were able to fix my system and get me back up and running!! Parker was so patient and amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me! He also was willing to troubleshoot before just saying things needed to be replaced or the whole system needed to be replaced. They did exactly what was needed and got me fixed right away!! I will be using them again and I recommend you do as well! Tell your friends and family because this is a top tier company and they are lucky to have Parker!

Weve been using this company to service our two residential units since 2017. Their price was reasonable compared to others. Dean did a very detailed & thorough inspection in the fall. He found some leaks in the ducts that we didnt know & gave a fair quote to replace a part. When he entered our home he was polite, courteous & he put on some shoe covers to protect our white carpet. We definitely will continue to call on them for our AC needs.

Our air conditioning failed in the middle of July, during a record heat wave. Despite being overworked and overwhelmed, this company made an extraordinary effort to accommodate my emergency. Their team installed a whole new unit within twenty-four hours of calling and when complications arose that were beyond their control, there was no shortage of extra effort to resolve the issues. Everyone I worked with was exceptionally professional, determined, and wonderful. I give this company my full recommendation, especially if you are facing a crisis with your unit.

Having to deal with a company making five (5) visits for the same issue and having them tell you there’s nothing wrong with your unit.I had to get aggressive and ask for another company to do a full inspection on my Heating unit.On March 17th Brian with Austin Refrigeration and A/C reached out to schedule his technician come out to check the system. After a thorough inspection, they found that the unit had to be replaced.Brian started the process of finding another unit and kept me updated up to the point of delivery.On April 10th Brian called to let me know that the unit had arrived and scheduled the install for later that day.The installers showed up an hour before their scheduled arrival and the installation was completed within two hours.I could give 10 stars for Austin Refrigeration an A/C based on their professionalism, respectability and genuine commitment/concerns to their customers.

This heat wave has been brutal on our HVAC and our refrigeration systems. I feel like my new best friends now are the folks at Austin Refrigeration. We are in the business of making great sub sandwiches and serving up spirits at the bar. We are Cheba Hut and our in-house vibe just doesnt work when its 80 degrees at the bar. We aspire to be a chill establishment. When something breaks, we call. They actually answer the phone! Their service, responsiveness and professionalism are top notch!

Austin Refrigeration LLC is wonderful! I needed to have my A/C unit checked due to not cooling my upstairs. They came when they said they would and was very efficient, narrowing the issue down quickly. While working on the unit, he kept me informed with what he was seeing and what he was doing along with a few tips/tricks on lowering my electric bill while increasing my AC output. While knowing my way around some basic household repairing, the info they provided was clear and easy to follow along with learning something new to keep my house in shape.The business is class, the people and work are great, and i will be referring them to everyone I know!

Being that we live in a great city with a really hot summer we decided to finally get our family house converted from window air units to central air...Yea for us!! We knew it was a job to call on them for and what always wins me over with any business is exceptional customer service and timeliness and they always exceed my expectations on both levels. The guys that worked with us through the process were very professional but down to earth in explaining each step. They got in got the job done and before you know it, we were cool again! If anyone has a need for an air conditioning company I cannot recommend them enough.

Austin Refrigeration is awesome. They installed a new AC unit a few months ago. The price and service for that job was excellent. Then, I get a call from Melvia, the office manager, to set an appointment to just do a spring check of the unit. Melvia worked with me and around my crazy work schedule when setting the appointment. Melvia is polite and so patient. Steve, the technician, arrived before my scheduled appointment. I didnt have to wait-although, I would have been fine with that. I know sometimes a job takes longer than expected. Steve knows his stuff. He reviewed the system to make sure it was running properly. He caught some minor problems and tweaked the system. He was finished with my service call and left within 30 minutes of arrival. I was a little apprehensive, thinking I might get an invoice, as Steve had to do some work on the new AC Unit. No invoice--everything was covered, as promised. This company stands by its warranty--no surprises, no hassle. I like that Austin AC called me to schedule a time to just check out the unit. I wouldnt have even thought of it--we just bought the unit and it seemed to be running fine. Expertise, great prices and outstanding customer service are why I give Austin Refrigeration 5 stars/A+. I doubt if I will need to call them again--anytime soon. My system is running perfectly.

I generally dont praise companies unless they go above and beyond. They check out for honesty and integrity and Austin Refrigeration gets my praise for a excellent job well done. I have a 15 yo Trane AC which is on its last leg and Austin Refrigeration came over to my house, cleaned my outside A/C, checked my compressor, then added some freon to keep it working to maximum capacity, they cleaned my condensation pan in the attic and blew out the stopped condensation line. They were here for 1 hour and 15 minutes servicing my A/C for a maintenance fee of $85.00. I watched every step of the process, and Mike explained everything. I was impressed enough to get a quote from him on replacing my A/C end of the summer and was very surprised it was so reasonable.

Austin Refrigeration has been the go to Company for all my HVAC needs for the past 7 years, I have thrown quite unique projects at them and they have always found the solutions to create very successful results. On one occasion I had a very highly exposed project which I was dealing with a major Investor and the City and Austin Refrigeration worked closely with my Engineer of Record to create a viable design along with an affordable price. From walk-in coolers, freezers, split systems and RTUs I have not encountered a single design their team could not deliver on time and in budget. At the present Austin Refrigeration is assisting my design staff on the implementation of a VFR system for multiple office buildings. Should your project include HVAC, Austin Refrigeration is a must to consider.
