    This was a sigh of relief. Replacing an HVAC system is a daunting task, but it just really helps to talk to people that genuinely want what is in your best interest. They listened, they educated, and I really believe they cared about helping us have a clean, safe, home for me and my family.     Amazing work done & very professional. Great communication of what I wanted & expected from a new ac system. Many just want to install new unit & say there it is & not care how the rest of work is actually done to get the best results out of ones unit.     In January of 2019 Barry Grange,r the owner, was the first to show up in response to my inquiry on a new unit. He was just starting this new business and was very diligent in his engineered approach to re-designing my new 5 ton heat pump system. I am 82 years old and have purchased many new central A/C/H units. The unit has been excellent and Barrys service men have been more that professional. My unit is a Coleman but I would have faith in Barrys recommendation.A great company to do business with in an industry with many pitfalls for the average homeowner.A true small business success story!

    After a bad experience with another company, ATS came to the rescue and Ive been using them ever since. They are very responsive and professional. Their annual service contract is wonderful and gives you comfort that your system will be working well going into summer or winter. Good value.

    This company and its employees are very professional and helpful. I have never had a negative experience with them. Barry came out to do a check up on my AC system. He was friendly and so helpful in fixing a minor problem. He was able to come earlier than expected and called ahead to be sure that this was alright with me. Even the young lady that took the initial call was very friendly and helpful in getting what I needed scheduled.

    Working ATS Mechanical Heating & AC has been great! They serviced our old system a few times until we needed to replace it. As we discussed options for a new HVAC system they were very informative, thorough, transparent, and accommodating. The installation was fast and they even cleaned up the insulation and debris that came from our attic. Id definitely recommend reaching out to them if youre looking for HVAC help in the area.

    Did a great job of routine maintenance on our three Trane units. I mentioned the start up on one has always sounded strange, he found the relay on a soft start kit was mounted improperly and that was the fix. I mentioned in the winter one unit would spontaneously go into a furnace start up sequence then stop, he found that a switch on the thermostat was set to electric instead of gas. Cant tell you how many maintenance checks weve had over the years and nobody spotted either one. Great job, glad I found ATS! (Id mention his name except everyone will probably start asking for him!)

    Outstanding, professional organization. Owner personally evaluated heating/cooling loads for a replacement mini-split. A more applicable sized system recommended versus existing system, job cost estimate was very competitive versus other quotes. Install crew showed up right on time, very professional, job done right, great cleanup. Will no doubt use them again (and again)

    Above and beyond. AC went out during Thanksgiving, had to have someone else come take a look and verified it was toast and too old for replacement parts. Did my research and had a couple of quotes from some local companies in Cypress. Id rather support local/family businesses when possible. Scheduled a free estimate/evaluation for an A/C Install with Brock. Right away, he was the most professional of the companies I had lined up, even one national chain. Being in the military for 14 years, attention to detail is a big thing for me and Brock didnt disappoint. He was very thorough with his assessment and took his time inspecting my current ductwork and calculating the airflow my home needed. If you get a quote from anyone who does not take the time to do this, be warry of them. ATS has the right staff for the job and give you all the information you need. Every technical question I had was answered. Options were also given and multiple quotes with those options added/removed so I could make the right choice for my family and budget. Installation was the same day, about 5 hours to replace the whole system, outside unit, attic box and furnace, and fixed a few of my problem ductwork. All the workers were professional and laid protective blankets along the floor from entrance to attic. Not only did ATS send the most professional workers, they also came in with the best price. I highly recommend them. It is a big investment so do your homework. If you schedule their free estimate 1st, they will most likely set the bar higher than any other appointments you make after. Or you can call them last and be blown away at how far beyond they go to help you make the right decision for your family.-Thank you Brock, and thank you ATS.
