I have used Aspen Aire on several occasions, to work on my air conditioning and most recently my furnace. Every experience has been exceptional. They are professional, from answering the phone, the techs on-site and in discussions with the owner. I dont often write reviews, but they are truly an excellent company.

Every once in a while, you encounter a service provider who makes your jaw drop. We got a cold call several years ago from Aspen Aire in Houston, just when our longtime HVAC service company was raising its prices by a lot. We gave them a shot, and have always been happy. But, I have to say that Brad, who has been our guy, has outdone himself. I feel like we should have adopted him—we got home from vacation Thursday afternoon to a non-working a/c, he was there by 5 pm. It was a connection problem, which he has spent 3 full days fixing, including mending the Sheetrock, and the bill was less than we’ve spent on some dinners. Fantastic service and competitive rates. The team at Aspenaire has saved the day multiple times. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and fair. I love these guys!

Upstairs AC went out last night. I called the company around 11:30 am on a Saturday and they had a service guy out within 2 hours and my AC was up and running within an hour. Great and efficient workers.
