    Matt resolved my AC issue and his professionalism and expertise was so refreshing (Ive had bad experiences in the past with a different company). He also took the time to explain what the problem was and gave me some tips to prevent my drain from clogging again. Im so happy that I will be able to sleep in a cool house tonight!!! I highly recommend A.R.T Heating and Air Conditioning!

    My air conditioning was out since Thursday and I called( Ellis’s air cause that’s who my builders use) they kept giving me the run around etc.. so I called what I always use A.r.T and Terry said he will be here first thing in the morning guess what he was here first thing in the morning. It’s now 8:28 my house is cooling off. I am please cause they always explain to me what was done and what I can do to prevent it happening again. Thank you Terry

    Compacitor went out on our system the technician arrived promptly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. The customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure my central air system was working perfectly. Im extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.

    Shaun and Tony went above and beyond trouble shooting and repairing the issues with my air conditioner. There is a definite improvement with the temperature inside my house. I know my family and I will be able to make it through this Texas heat.Btw their response time and professionalism are above and beyond. I know people who have to wait a long time to have technicians come by to examine and repair a/c units but ART has people there within 1-2 days.

    My home warranty company (AHS) was backlogged on jobs and let me choose my contractor. I found out A.R.T was already registered with them as a provider and they worked with their contacts at AHS to assign my case to them immediately (speeding everything up!!!) They came out in the same day and fixed my problem with the upmost professionalism and instruction. They are local, family owned, and a small business that Id highly recommend.

    The Texas heat took out my capacitor and left us hot on a Sunday evening. AHS dispatched this this company and they came out Monday morning and got us up and running. Terry was such a character and was very professional. He made sure I understood everything that he did and even took a look at something I was inquiring about in the HVAC in the attic. This veteran is grateful for the service and commitment this gentleman provided in these extreme heat conditions. Ill definitely be using them for all future repairs and services. Thank you Terry!     Frank and Richard had a busy and full schedule today, and still reassured us that they would be out today to get us taken care of. And they did! We had no heat, and the temp had dipped to below freezing. They found a popped fuse in the attic, and isolated the short at the outside unit in a matter of minutes! We were extremely impressed with their knowledge, and they happily educated us our unit. Very friendly and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend their services!

    Great experience!!Called multiple hvac companies on a holiday weekend. A.R.T. answered and had Terry and another gentleman out (sorry forgot his name) in less than 30 mins. Walked in, assessed the problem and had our A.C fixed in 15 mins and for less than the half the cost of some other places. Even provided info on how to maintain during the summer.Thank you for the professional, quick and quality service.

    Richard and crew were at my house first thing that morning. I told them what the issue was and they got right to work right away. They quickly identified the problem, got on the phone and ordered the part I needed and quickly finished the job. Excellent work and excellent customer service and I definitely recommend them.     I really would like to Thank the guys from A.R.T Heating and Air for fixing my AC. I have worked with numerous A/C Companies in Killeen and this is the first time I didnt feel ripped off or over charged. The technicians spent extra time trouble shooting my AC System and worked thru their lunch hour until they figured out what the problem was. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs and HVAC Service.

    I MUST take a moment to brag on my A.C. guys!!! After two years of American home shield sending companies to cfix my AC and countless disappointment; I found ART. They professionally installed a new unit and have returned twice with excellent service. Really great guys. And quick to respond to my needs!! Highly recommend! I will never look elsewhere.

    Our a/c started freezing up on a regular --like 2-3 times a DAY!-- basis. Called our former a/c repair company who came out, critiqued the last two repairs (which their company had performed) and they suggested replacing the unit altogether. As it was 20-25 years old and this wasnt the first time our a/c unit couldnt keep up with the Texas summer heat, Hubster and I decided a replacement was our best option.We were quoted $4,884 to replace the a/c unit and a variety of tasks associated with the installation. The quote was for a 2.5 ton new Carrier a/c unit (which is the same size we currently have) w/out a heat pump option or a new thermostat.I suggested to the Hubster we get at least one other quote... and A.R.T. Heating & Air Conditioning got our business. We stepped up to a 3-ton a/c unit, no heat pump, but with a new thermostat. We called them on a Thursday to shop our quote and, during PEAK A/C SEASON, mind you, one week later we had the new unit installed. If our old a/c had completely stopped working, Im sure A.R.T. would have done the job sooner, but we had a/c, so we were fine waiting the week.A.R.T. called us ahead of time and then showed up promptly at 0800 with all parts necessary to complete the installation. They were warned to not let the cat out of the house. ;-) Both installers were professional, friendly and conscientious. They completed the installation quickly and double checked all components were working. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all replaced parts including the old unit. They even texted me with a picture showing all model/serial numbers.Bottom line price? $3,827. Over $1,050 less than the original quote. Couldnt be happier! Highly recommend A.R.T. Heating & Air Conditioning in Copperas Cove, TX.

    I noticed my heat was not coming on and my furnace making some crazy noises about 5 am on a Saturday morning. I called my home warranty service and they got in touch with A.R.T and they fit me in their schedule that day to at least come out and see what was going on. Turns out it was a broken blower motor and also a holiday weekend so they were unsure if they would be able to get the part due to stores being closed. Well, they just left. The store was open and they called to see if they could come on out. They were in and out in under an hour and my house is warming up as I write this. A.R.T was fast, friendly, amazingly professional, and so kind. Its not often we get cold here in Texas but tonight is supposed to freeze a bit and they were able to make sure Im taken care. Theyre awesome!

    0750 A/C made a loud popping noise and then came the smoke.Googled Air Conditioning and found A.R.T. Talked to Frank at 0800. Frank was at my door by 0820.Options were discussed. I said get that old piece of junk out. New compressor and blower unit was on the way.Richard and Frank had completely replaced the A/C by 1330.1400 and Im cooler than I was in high school.Real nice guys, prompt professional service.I highly recommend A. R. T.

    I submitted a work order for my A/C, Sunday morning 25 April 21 and I received a phone call immediately from Terry about an hour later. He came out and immediately identified the problem. Without any hesitation, he replaced the motor in the system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our system is back to pushing out cold air. Thank you all especially, Terry for a job greatly done.
