Arc came in clutch like always, AC started having issues with a compressor failure on a Wednesday, Thursday they are there and diagnosed a bad compressor and that I needed a replacement. They gave me several repair options to make sure I got what fit my needs. I ended up going with a full new system install and they were able to finish it by Saturday. Great service and they stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I have had these guys out multiple times to service my AC unit. One was to replace a blower motor and the other was replaced a relay switch. I was very hesitant with price because our competitors before quoted us four to $500. The guy told me exactly what the price for each part and how much labor and it was really realistic. We ended up paying $220 to get our AC running And all of the cost made sense! I am really grateful for how quick and efficient they are but most importantly their integrity and honesty.

During the hottest days of the summer our A/C compressor seized up and stopped working. I was referred to A.R.C Air Comfort System. After meeting Josh and him explaining what it would take to fix the issue. Josh took the time to explain our options and the timelines for each. He took the time to make sure we had any information we would need to make a informed decision for our home. On the day of installation the crew was very professional and took great care to ensure the system was replaced and working correctly. I highly recommend and appreciate all that they have done for me and my family

While I had 2 out-of-state guests, roofers showed up 2 weeks late and while working, suffocate my outdoor unit. My AC was out and the temp was high 90s. Josh and his assistant responded faster than any of the calls to other AC repair services. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the burnt out motor and the compressor not far behind. He laid out all the options bare and the clear, best choice in my mind was replacing the whole outside unit. He left to source parts and finish 2 other service calls which with assurances that he would be back to have it all handled that evening. With a warning call, he arrived ~4 hours later with a new, 4 ton condenser unit. It took a few hours to get it all assembled, but that is to be expected with capturing the refrigerant, tearing out the old and Frankensteining together new pieces. And voila, cold air; though it took the night to cool down all the mass in the house, thats to be expected. Josh also blew some inert air through the drain pipe to assure no blockages(a service call I have had in the past(pour 5% cleaning vinegar down your drain-pipe each month to avoid blockage)). He also noticed that my old unit was against code, blocking some mounted access box, so he moved the placement of my unit so that wasnt an issue; paying it forward to me and the next repairmen who have to service it. Solid dude.

Josh and his team at A.R.C. Air Conditioning are amazing. I had originally called on a Friday night at 10pm and Josh answered and was able to help me troubleshoot my problem to assist his Tech to come out with the part that was needed (a condenser fan) at 11pm at night, the night before I left town. And my wife and I decided to go ahead and have our downstairs A/C unit replaces since it is old and still uses R22 and that freon is expensive. Called Josh and he came out on Thursday, talked about what we needed and on Friday his Techs (Zack and Xion) showed up and installed a brand new unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation. Once they were complete with installation, Zack showed me everything and explained everything that I needed to know. They cleaned up and took the old unit pieces with them and left everything clean. Will definitely be using them for the other (upstairs) unit and also a Spit Unit for my garage.C.N.

Josue and his other teammate were there for me and my family when it was scorching hot outside and we were without AC for weeks by that time. I did my research and reached out to them countless times with so many questions. He was quick to answer my questions and also educated me on why I should or shouldn’t go a certain route. I finally decided on the type of system I wanted and he gave me a quote with all the details and warranties. He was very honest and upfront with me. I was happy going with a 2-stage system and he was not the cheapest or most expensive. He was on time the day of our appointment and got it all installed in one day. Him and his partner were also courteous by removing their shoes while going in and out the house which I appreciated. He met me in the middle when it came to pricing and I must say I have gotten my monies worth already! He stands by his work and doesn’t ignore you like some others have. He didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying with all my concerns. I would refer them time and time again.Update: I couldn’t figure out why upstairs was heating better than the downstairs. He came by the next day and fixed my ducting issue.

If I could give A.R.C Air Comfort a Milky Way full of stars, I would! Josh was referred to us a few years ago after NUMEROUS other companies in the Cpperas Cove/Killeen area let us down time and time again with bad service, incomplete service, bad components.. the list goes on and on. Josh has always responded very quickly to frantic service calls and has sent us the best technicians to keep our old system running. The time had come to replace the entire HVAC system (in JULY.. yikes!). With Joshs advice and the incredible work of Zack and Zyion, we were back in the cool in no time, with a much more efficient HVAC system than we had before. The techs came in, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up all the mess afterward. Joshs impeccable customer service didnt stop there. He texted several times that night to ensure the system was cooling well and working correctly. And the next day. And the next! I just purchased a home and the seller was supposed to have the AC fixed before closing. We were lied to, moved in and no AC…hadn’t been running properly in years. After multiple calls to different AC companies, I got Josh and his crew. My only error is not calling them first! They came out on a SUNDAY MORNING and replaced my whole outside unit so this single mom, son and 3 dogs could settle in to our home. I can’t begin to thank this company enough for all they did to help and taking care of us after the work was completed to make sure we were happy and cool! I had an issue with my AC not heating at an Airbnb i managed. Due to the freeze, i called around like crazy trying to find a place to service the property on such short notice, with no luck. I reached out to Josue from a recommendation i got and he got to me literally the day after i called and got one of his techs out to fix the issue within DAYS! Josh was very professional and friendly. I had the original HVAC unit from when my house was built and it had been repaired many times. Josh showed me all of thr EXTRA wires that shouldnt have been there and to my ntrained eyes, it screamed electrical fire! My home warranty company was unwilling to pay for repair, so I decided instead of paying for another temporary fix to just replace the system. This was right after the freeze, and other neighbors also had to replace HVAC units, I paid about half of what they paid and got a VERY professional and expert install in just a few days! I will always call Josh for any and almy HVAC needs. For those like me who trusrs their dogs judgement of people, my male German Shepherd intensely dislikes strange men in the house and sits on me GLARING at them while they work, went straight to Josh and jumped up to be petted!!! That let me know that Josh is a good and honest man!!! I HIGHLY recommend ARC!!!

Looking for honest, dependable and fast service...well ARC Air Systems is it! Josh is very knowledgable of Air Systems, and I have used them twice this year for two different issues with my AC/Heating unit. My heat went out Tuesday 12/04/18, Josh came out and found the issue; I had to order a new system board on 12/05/18. The part came in within 2 days, 12/07/18. I called Josh and he came out Saturday morning 12/08/18; installed the system board, and boom! We have heat. Top notch professional service, will definitely use ARC Air Systems again.

My AC was not getting cool enough. Called ARC and made an appointment. Tech showed up and diagnosed issue within minutes. Cut me a deal when I was short of funds. Excellent workmanship and well managed. Would recommend ARC to anyone with an AC issue.

Our A/C was not pumping out the cold air, I would come home and it would be 75-77 degrees. Some rooms would be colder than others. I called these guys and it was a quick and timely response. We love the new system and couldn’t be happier. They figured out the specific problem and took care of it. Josue is a customer first technician with technical expertise in his field. These guys are my technicians hands down.
