The guys (Trey, Justin, and another person - didnt get their name) at Amarillo Air Conditioning just completed installation of our new Heat Pump system. Wow - did they do a terrific job! They were here on time; kept our downstairs spotless; went above and beyond in the installation - cleaned out a drip pan drain pic line that had been clogged. Very polite and clean. Left everything neat and tidy. We couldnt have been more pleased. If you want a first class job done at a reasonable price, call AMARILLO AIR CONDITIONING. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve used this company a few times now. Outstanding service. Even the receptionist, Pam I think is her name, is always so kind. Technicians are always super knowledgeable. This is the only AC company I use. Actually, my entire family uses them now because of their reputation. Super reliable, won’t give you the runaround, won’t overcharge you, very reasonable and good with time management! They even offer a membership for certain discounts and maintenance a couple of times a year. Very fair prices!

Love our new accent lights! Amarillo Air Conditioning did a fantastic job! Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable of the JellyFish Designer lights. 1st of all , Wednesday ,they came out that day we called about our AC going out, Impressive, its why they got our business. Our expectation was probably not going to have AC that day. Trey , came out, gave us 3 estimates we could evaluate and we picked the one for our budget fit. Friday they returned, impressive, for a full HVAC replacement outside/inside heating/ac units central air.They started a little past 8am Friday, they got rained on during the day and in afternoon, still they were able to complete the entire undertaking in a full day, and on late Friday evening at that. Trey, Justin and their crews , were very very cordial, and answered all our questions. Ps our old ac lasted 48 years house original.I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

Efficient, friendly, respectful and thorough! Pam was very helpful and made sure to communicate to when a tech was coming and when he was at our home. They also sent a picture of who is coming! That made my husband feel so much better about having someone in our home. Justin came in and was very approachable and quick. He explained the issue well and gave clear options for the fix along with financing options. We ended up having to have a new unit so Justin walked us through the steps for financing and was very patient with us in our slightly distressed state. Justin and Nate showed up bright and early the next day and worked tirelessly for probably over 9 hours to make sure we had a comfortable house to sleep in that same night. Not only did they work hard to get our unit in but they made sure our dog (Merlin) went outside to potty. Merlin is a great judge of character and he LOVED Justin and Nate and that’s enough for me! He was even able to nap in his chair while they were working! That lets me know that they are trustworthy, because that little terrier mutt doesn’t let just anyone mess in his house 😂. They didn’t even bat an eye at the chicken poop that may be lurking in our back yard. Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up so the house looked even better than when they got there. All 3 of us slept comfortably last night in our cool home.This is a great local company and those guys deserve a raise! Thanks Justin and Nate!

Trey came to my house and I thought I was going to have to buy a new air conditioner. He is so knowledgeable and found I only needed some wiring and a fuse replaced. He fixed everything and told me step by step what he was going to do and it was so nice not having to buy a new air conditioner at this time. Pam is the one I spoke with over the phone to set all this up and she is great. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this company when and if I ever do need an air conditioner. I cannot explain the professionalism and courtesy these gentleman had for us and our situation!! Justin and his apprentice were phenomenal. I, personally, will request them any chance I get. Amarillo Air Conditioning is going to be my go-to for any need I might have in the future. Trey was the serviceman that came to my Dads aide. I called around 9:00 am and they arrived abiut 3 hours later. I was so gappy they could come the same day. Within an hour and a half Trey assessed the problem, explained it, gave me my options, and fixed the issue. It was a hundred degrees outside we were so thankful for his help. I cant do anything but give Amarillo Air Con an AMAZING 👍👍👍 review. This began with Trey Hickmott coming out to give me my estimate and give me one incredible, educational 2 hours. The man had me sold before he departed and I hadn’t even received any other estimates yet. Needless to say, I had other companies come out and talk to me and give me prices but could not come close to what Trey (AAC) educated me on. Also, while he explained to me about the new unit to be installed in my attic, I voiced my concern about how I felt sorry for the last company that installed the unit that was being used at that time. Come to find out, they also install attic doors with steps as well and I had to have one as a surprise for my wife. As Trey looked over the old unit, he checked their records and told me that his supervisor that is now retired had installed my old unit over 22 years ago and that was another plus in my book. Thanks again Trey for everything you taught me.Amarillo Air Con had to send out a service rep to take out my old unit and to haul everything away and install my new unit, which was the same brand as my old unit. This service reps name is Justin Shelton and Justin worked completely out of the alley as to keep traffic down in my house and he not only worked efficiently but at a pace that any company owner would be proud of. Once all was installed, he explained to me the same ways as Trey did when he sold me the unit and I let him talk as to see if all their employees was as sharp and professional as the last man (Trey) and Mr. Justin Shelton blew me away on the things that me and Trey didn’t get to discuss. You could say I was overwhelmed by all he was trying to teach me but he put it in ways that even I could understand. Justin is hands down, one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure to deal with. With all the renovations on my house I have going on, I had to call AAC on numerous occasions and I had the pleasure of getting to visit with Pam many times, as well as Kelly and as soon as I gave them my name, they seemed to be able to know exactly who I was and what I had going on in my home and never seemed to be bothered by me constantly rescheduling due to problems with my renovation issues. It was a pleasure being able to do business with such a group of professionals and the unit I purchased is running like a dream, thanks to Justin Shelton. If in the market for a new A/C and heater, Amarillo Air Con can be trusted to take care of you and your family and or business and I brag on them to my family and friends. He worked for at least an hour and a half troubleshooting and discovered the problem. At 4:10 Friday afternoon he drove across town to run down a part for the repair. He came right back and had it fixed in short order. At that point it was Friday after 5:00. I am not much of a “review leaver” but I felt compelled to leave one for Amarillo Air. Great experience!

If every company was as efficient and dependable as Amarillo Air, life would be great.I had a persistent air conditioner problem with a twenty-three old unit and after a conversation with several of the repair technicians and office staff it was determined that a complete replacement was needed.The technicians arrived on time and replaced a complete air and heating system in six hours in 103 degree day. There was a total cleaning and removal of every last scrap of materials.The staff insured that I not only got a good price, but every discount available.I have been doing business with these folks for over twenty years and have never been disappointed.

Amarillo Air Conditioning came out in April and diagnosed our air conditioning problem. We had our home warranty therefore we had to go through them and they chose a different company. That company came out said it was our Freon, refilled it. The same problem occurred 3 months later we called the home warranty people again they sent out a new company to diagnose the problem. They refilled our Freon again. Less then 30 days later Freon was out again and the same problem was occurring. The home warranty people pick an air conditioning company again and they finally come to the conclusion that it was the problem that was first diagnosis by Amarillo Air back in April saying it was a coil problem. The company wanted to charge us double to move our entire unit to the other size of the house and replace the coil. We called Amarillo Air out to fix the problem and covered the cost ourselves. Amarillo Air came out the same day I called them ordered the part and was back at my house in less then 24 hours fixing my coil problem. We should have gone with Amarillo Air back in April. Justin was very professional, courteous and always on time. They will definitely be receiving our business from here on out. Home warranty or not they’re worth going with every time!! Save yourself the headache and just call Amarillo Air!!!!
