I met Justin for the first time after we had a major power outage from hurricane. My AC unit was not cooling the house. I was referred to this service. Justin came out after hours and looked at my unit and told me the bad news that it had to be replaced. He and his wife work as a team, along with their friend Andrew. Very thorough and professional. Im happy with their service and results. Please understand that they have to drive out of Shreveport to get to you, well worth the wait.

Always there AC and heat was kind was able to get the job done. Well they explained the situation to where I can understand it even though I asked multiple times. They got the job done pretty fast. They had told me it would take up to a week and they got it done in less than three days. I would recommend them to anyone I really would with someone who is nice like them and understanding and all their workers were respectful Kind this is really who you want to work for you when you have something done. I really think these people would be the best.

Can’t recommend them enough. Our ac and heat went out before thanksgiving. They came out the day after and let me know that they had to order a part and it would be after thanksgiving - which I expected and was fine - they came back to fix the system the next business day and found a further issue, the next day they came back and worked on it until my heat was working because it was going to be freezing that night. They also checked in with me after the sun went down to ensure we were still up and running. Will definitely be a loyal customer!

My AC unit went on the blink. I notified my Insurance and they recommended Always There A/C. Mr. Justin Morris called an scheduled me an appointment. He finished a job and came to check my unit out the same day. He accessed the situation and informed me as he checked the unit out. Justin returned the next day as arranged with his Assistant Andrew and lovely wife. My unit was repaired in no time. I found Justin to be a Christian and very knowledgeable about the business. He had no problems with me asking questions. I highly recommend this company! Thanks!!!

Justin and his team are nothing short of amazing. I very rarely write a review but listen. We were without air for 5 days dealing with other companies. I had spoken to Justin on Monday and he was actually traveling back from vacation. Another company was just an utter disappointment, rude and didnt care we were in 95+ degree heat and had just left. Then Justin actually called me and asked if I had air at that very moment. He cared enough to reach out to me when he had made it back in town on Tuesday and came out the same day. He didnt come out trying to upsell, make me pay more for what needed to be done or waste my time. I have nothing negative to say about him nor his team. He explained everything, provided extra knowledge on the system, parts and operation and is very easy to talk to. He cared that we were miserable and fixed it. He is a Godsend. He truly has me as a customer for life. Justin again thank you and your team so very much. You all are truly appreciated. May God bless your life, family, team and business!!!!

“Always There” is a name as well as a true statement. Justin and Jacob are fast to respond, meet, and diagnose HVAC issues. With 15 years of landlord experience, 25 years of home ownership, and 4 flips under my belt, I have dealt with more than my share of HVAC professionals. This is the first time I’ve been impressed enough to write a review! These gentlemen are the most effective, courteous, expedient, accurate, thorough, and REASONABLE you’ll find in North Louisiana, Central Louisiana, up to Southern Arkansas! Justin is like a Sherlock Holmes to HVAC systems! His explanations would impress a Yale Scholar! I can’t say enough about this company. I might would rename them, though, to “Always There, Always Care” because THEY DO.
