    Fabian called to let me know what time he would be at my home. When he arrived, he introduced himself, put on shoe covers, and asked me what my concerns were. He then inspected the system, showed me pictures, and explained what needed to be done to fix it. He also showed me the replacement parts and told me the cost. After he finished, he explained everything again and FaceTimed my husband to explain it to him as well. Im very satisfied and happy with this company.

    Ive used ALL Cool A/C & Heating three times in the past 4 years! And I cant recommend these guys enough!! Cody is straight forward and very transparent!! NO BS!! Like other companies lying and trying to sell you a NEW unit. He even sent his technician Kenny to come out without charging me to give me a 2nd opinion for peace of mind! Kenny was great! Took his time to evaluate this situation and ultimately verified that the company who came out the day before lied about everything! My words not his.. I wont use anyone else going forward!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Absolutely loved the service!! The technician actually showed up before they were supposed to, laid out covers for the floor, worked in a fast and timely manner, explained everything they did. The best thing they did is they actually vacuumed after they finished their work even my stairs!! I would definitely recommend them!

    I had an 80deg bedroom and a 12-year-old system and I expected to be given a run-around followed by “you need a new system”. Pablo and Andrew did great diagnostic work to find a tiny worn spot on a 24V wire and 3 other wires at risk of also shorting out. Can’t beat expertise AND integrity. Best electrical tape I ever paid for! Thank you Andrew snd Pablo

    Fabian from All Cool A/C &Heating was a great rep with good customer service skills. He made sure we understood all the details of what was wrong with our current A/C which was not working at all. After determining it needed to be replaced, he made suggestions for a new system and the costs in addition to telling us about others systems. He also assisted with information regarding financing and gave us the date for installation. The installation went smoothly and was completed in the time frame Fabian said. Great job!!!

    All Cool A/C and Heating recently replaced our 16-year-old 4 ton and 2 ton A/C units. It took them less than four hours two mornings, so we were totally comfortable while they did the work. They showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left both days. We highly recommend All Cool for both installation and competitive pricing.

    Michael was the supervisor on a completely new HVAC system in our kids home in Cinco Ranch. The project included every bell and whistle that Trane has to offer in its top of the line multi-variable speed system complete with all new ducts and zoning. The project was completed on time and is state-of-the art no doubt. All went very smooth.

    Updated review on 9/23/2024:Our system needed service, and we called after hours on Thursday to get an appointment as soon as possible. They called a little after 8 on Friday morning and had a tech out before 9:30. After checking things out, we decided to have the whole system replaced. They went the extra mile to get it installed on Friday. After resolving issues with vent line blockage by a plumber, the system is working well, and we are very happy with the results. Everyone at A) Cool was professional and helpful.We called All Cool for a second opinion after our previous service provider/installation company told us our 10 year old system needed to be replaced. A friend had recommended All Cool in the past, so we had them out. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and he followed distancing protocol as well. In about 30 minutes, he told us the system is perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced now. The apparent rust that indicated the coils were rotten and about to fail were from screws that were not anodized when it was assembled. This saved us a tremendous amount of money that the former company wanted to replace everything except the duct work. Since this was for a second opinion, there was no service charge either. You can’t ask for a better deal than this. We will cancel our service contact weigh the old company, and we signed up for one with All Cool.

    This was by far the best experience ever! I sent a text requesting information and in a very short period of time, Sarah responded with the information I needed. She asked a couple of more questions and then offered to schedule service the next day. She went so far to reach out to let me know they had an earlier time open up and amass if they could come earlier. I received a call from Justin letting me know they were on the way. James accompanied Justin, both were extremely cordial and got to work immediately. We contracted for the condenser coils in the attic cleaned. They also showed me a picture of what they found. They offered to also look at the outside unit and clean as well. The work was complete in a timely manner and was charged what I was quoted. I would highly recommend All Cool. If we were not moving out of state I would switch from my current A/C company that we have used for years. The next time you need A/C service, call All Cool you will not be disappointed.     Kenny arrived as scheduled and immediately put on shoe socks. Took pictures to enforce his inspection on both units. During one unit, some of the contacts were loose and caused the unit to not function properly. He corrected the problem honestly and didnt try to inflate the bill. We discussed upgrading the system and there was NO hard sell to get it done NOW. Feel totally comfortable to negotiating an agreeable contract. Fantastic company with fantastic personnel. Honesty forms loyal customers! 👍

    The appointment process was quick and easy. Sarah promptly answered the phone and was polite throughout our conversation. Derek called approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving to our home and showed up within the scheduled timeframe. He was respectful to our home and resolved our issue within no time. We chose to invest in the “Comfort Membership”, make sure to ask about that. This is our first experience with All Cool A/C & Heating but I was impressed enough to take time to write this review and highly recommend their services.

    Warranty? Oh no that is just a joke we like to tell our customers. We offer RUUD products and since they dont actually perform the function of cooling air, when a customer calls to give notice of a warranty claim, we all have a good laugh.[Update]: Apparently there was a glitch in communication of notice. When All Cool got notice they responded promptly, professionally and competently. They repaired the defect, honored the warranty and did so in a timely manner.

    All Cool has helped us several times with general maintenance on our system. Most recently, our A/C went out in the middle of the night, VERY NOT COOL! Since we work remotely, we were definitely NOT trying to work all day in the TX heat. We called around 7 AM and were able to speak to the after hours operator who set us up with an immediate appointment. By 9 AM we were up and running, VERY VERY COOL! Shout out to Kenny who is consistently prompt, knowledgeable and friendly with our dogs. Thanks for keeping us ALL COOL for the summer!

    I have seen this company‘s fleet of trucks. They have several big van trucks vans and pick up trucks. All of them are matching make and models and all have the same badging on the sides. I buy gas at a gas station, their location is by. I’ve seen their employees coming in at the end of the day, all dressed in uniform and looking professional. It’s rare these days not to have subcontractors show up in sketchy vehicles and sketchy dressed! All that being said, I gave them a try, and they had me up and running that same day!

    This was our first encounter with All Cool A/C & Heating and it was such a great experience. Eric Pro, the technician that came out, was absolutely fantastic as he was very knowledgeable about air conditioners and answered all the questions we posed to him. He provided us with options and did not pressure us in any way to go a certain route - you could tell he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and do what was financially best for our family. We so appreciated him being straight forward, honest and pleasant throughout the entire visit. We were so impressedand trusted this company (especially Eric), we decided to go on their annual maintenance plan so they could service our units moving forward.     We had Eric pro from our cool AC and heating come out to double check inspectors highlighted problems and one hour AC and its review and Eric was able to solve problems that did not require significant labor and required no new parts unlike their competition. He’s very honest very patient and a real straight shooter and obviously experienced. It wasn’t me who paid for his work but I felt compelled to leave a excellent review anyhow. If I stay in the area I will definitely use Eric and his company all cool.

    Had service call from All Cool A/C because 1 of my A/C units was not cooling properly. The office personnel was friendly and was able to get me scheduled for that same day. Technician (Derrick) was able to come earlier than scheduled which was good for me. He diagnosed problem in a timely manner, explained issue to me clearly, and completed repairs very timely. So, I was very satisfied with the repair work for this trip.

    Id been dealing with A/C issues due a couple of weeks. I went b through my warranty company but ultimately it wasnt repaired. I decided to find a company wth a good reputation at many years of service. Thats how I found All Cool AC & Heating. Kenny came out, assessed the issues and advised on the options especially considering I had an old unit that had been Frankensteined over the years wth repairs. Jorge and his team came in to the install. They were on time and efficient. Good service is a priority for me and they were top notch.

    UPDATE: 3/28/24James came out today for my Comfort Check. I really like and appreciate every technician that has been to my home. Always polite, respectful, and informative about my system and anything I can do myself to extend the life of the unit. Have been working with them for years now. After getting bids from several other companies, I am very glad I went with All Out A/C. They were very professional and explained everything to me without feeling like I was being upsold. I just had my system totally replaced with a Ruud variable unit, new duct work runs and all.Raul, Sergio, and Jorge were absolutely amazing.     Justin, who came out to diagnose AC issue was great! He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even left me know about a small leak in my roof and went beyond what he was here to do by taking a bucket back up in the attic so the water wouldn’t end up on the insulation and cause damage. He was very professional, considerate, friendly - just a very nice man. Even gave me his cell number in case I had any other questions. The office staff was professional and easy to work with. They scheduled as to when it worked for me. The installation crew was professional and friendly as well. I am pleased with working with All Cool AC and would use them again.

    Excellent experience with All Cool! People were professional, respected my home and covered all the concerns I had. They were on time, did a clean and professional install. They re-did many of the connections, added safeguards and improved the structure as well as added better equipment than I had. They tested all the workings an even came back for a follow-up in the first few days. Re-inspected their work and made adjustments. The system and the work are fantastic! Much quieter and more effective than what was originally here! Very pleased I chose All Cool and am confident in their work. I would recommend them highly!

    We have a single stage unit and we had used another company to service our needs. When our system was struggling and we needed new damper motors the other company arrived and informed me because we had a single stage unit they refused to work on it and we needed to replace our system. When I inquired how much that would cost, I was quoted 25,000 dollars. I declined and called All Cool. Cody, assisted me and advised they could take care of the system and that 25,000 was double what replacement should cost. that was last year... the All Cool team showed up and replaced the damper motors.Roll ahead to this year and the system now 15 years old was not cooling. Mike arrived, topped up the freon (for those of you that are not aware AC units DO NOT evaporate the refrigerant, if you are losing it, you have a leak which can be repaired but that will only buy you a little time... Replacing the unit is where you will end up.) Mike provided us options to replace our unit. Working with Cody and his guidance we settled on a unit and booked the install. Mike and team arrived at 9 AM to install the unit. The team was very professional, did an outstanding job and were done by 3:30 and left the house like they were never here.The new unit is so efficient, we no longer have hot and cold spots in the house and in fact keep adjusting the thermostat upward because the house is too cool, even in these 100 degree temperatures.All Cool is an awesome company and professional.. would highly recommend them to any one...What you will find here is no high pressure sales, no BS , just great people that know what customer services means.     All Cool AC really helped me out when my AC went out at the hottest time of year. Came home around 8:30pm to an 85 degree house. Called the answering service and got a call back shortly after 8am the next morning. Eric and Roger came out the next day an hour earlier than scheduled and were a pleasure to work with! It’s no fun having such a large unexpected repair come up but they made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision in picking a new unit and getting the best service. The next day the installation crew was here bright and early, on a Saturday, no less! They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.     These guys did a great job on installing a new entire heat and AC system at my home.     This was a couple of months ago during the heat of summer.My infant sons room was consistently 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not only that, in order to try and stabilize his room I would crank the AC down but it would take HOURS to drop the temperature upstairs even 1 degree. I was constantly worrying about him and did not know if this situation was normal. Gave All Cool A/C a call, was informed that no, this was not normal and it indicated a problem somewhere, so the technicians came out to check my system. They concluded the cause was from accumulated debris in the outside unit. Gave it a hose down and went on their way. The problem, unfortunately, did not.I called the next day and told them the room was still running warm and the upstairs was still not cooling down. All Cool sent out (unsure of the correct title but for lack of a better word well say)a manager. He went through my system quite thoroughly compared to the first visit and after some time told me that my system board had a bug in its performance that was not allowing the fan to blow above 30% speed. He told me he forced a bypass to allow it to blow to max capacity. He explained to me his method would be a fix but would negate some aspects of the zone control from the SystemVery professionally he explained my options of replacing the board or leaving it how he fixed it. He gave the pros and cons of the options. He gave the pricing (hundreds of dollars to replace the board). He apologized that they missed it the first time and would of course not charge me again for this follow up visit. I decided to let it be and if something went wrong I would give them another call. Since then my sons room has been consistent with the rest of the house and the upstairs cools down within 30-40 minutesLets be honest. I would have loved for them to fix it the first go around. I trust it is not common place as the first technician seemed fairly young. But the reality is that people and organizations make mistakes (especially when one is learning). How a person/company responds gives us insight into the true character. For their willingness to own the miss, working hard to correct it and regain my trust, and giving me detailed answers for my dozens of questions I give All Cool A/C & Heating 5 stars.

    I had a problem with my A/C unit where the air would blow inside the house even though the unit outside was not running. I called to have someone to come check out the system for me and was able to get a technician within the same day. The tech (Eric) was very prompt and professional during the service and diagnostics and answered every inquiry I had regarding my unit. Eric even took his time to call the company that provided my unit to check if the parts were still covered under warranty, to which it was. I ended up just needing to replace a fan, and since the cost of labor was reasonable and because Eric was so knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions regarding maintenance, I also decided to pay for a membership with All Cool. A tech is supposed to come out to install the new part tomorrow, but I trust that they will do quality work based on my communication with the company and how long the business has been going. I definitely got reassurance and a peace of mind going forward and would recommend this business.

    Dealing with service companies can be a roll of the dice. You never know if you are going to get a good one or not. I like many people rely on Google reviews to help me select a company. I am buying a home in the Richmond area and I needed an honest assessment of the 2 air conditioning systems in the home. I was referred to All Out A/C by a friend in the area and I also read some of their Google reviews. The integrity of a company is very important to me and it sounded like All Out A/C fit the bill. I spoke to Cody who was very helpful. I made an appointment and then had to break it and shortly later, re-make it. He was very accommodating considering the wishy washy nature of my requests. The technician that came out to check things out was Brandon. He was very thorough and explained things both to myself and the current homeowner very well. He made sure that I was satisfied with the results since I was the person who asked for the inspection. Dont be afraid to call these guys for your A/C service. I was right...they are a company with integrity. If I actually move to Richmond, their number is going in the file.

    My AC system was broken in June, and after searching around on google. Luckily, I made the right decision to contact All Cool A/C & Heating, after a quick discussion, Cody came to my house to check up on my AC. He gave me a few options to choose from. After the installation, nothing has happened since then. So I highly recommend this service if you need to get your AC fixed.     I just wanted to say what a happy and satisfied customer I am!! I had a new a/c unit and heater installed for my upstairs. These guys were really great! Everything was removed and installed in a matter of hours.     We recently had a new full AC and heating system put in our home. Cody from All Out came to our house to review our needs and give us a solid quote. His quote was competitive and very thorough including many improvements and small touches that others did not note. Before arriving we got a call from Cody to let us know the crew would be arriving within the half hour. It was a 2 day job and when they left the house after each day you would never know they had been there, clean as they found it. They completed the work on time and as described and expected.The equipment looks and works great. Cody came by a few days after installation to make sure we were happy and to arrange for his foreman to come by in another week to look things over and make any adjustments that we want. Hopefully we will not need a full new system for a long long time but any AC/Heating work we do need will go to All Out AC and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

    Cody Bellamy was wonderful to work on helping me make the huge decision of who to go with for a new a/c / entire new HVAC system. He gave me a checklist to compare to other companies to be sure they were going to provide the same installation services as All Out A/C & Heating. I talked to two other companies, one lower & one higher. But I also talked to a company I had worked with for 10 years, that said it sounded like THE BEST DEAL was coming from Cody. The install was done 48 hours later (my request for a 24 hour delay.). They arrived by 8:30 that morning & were finished, & everything was cleaned up by 3:45 that afternoon & the a/c was running! (temp outside was 98°). It was 72° inside by about 10.I’d dealt with them for about three years prior (Eric is my man) & we hoped to make it through the summer. Alas, the first 100° temp this summer did it in. Now, I know this won’t be the case for all people, but my electric usage did go down. July (got ac in middle of July) 1706 kWh, August - 1491 kWh, Sept - 1073 kWh. And I keep my house @ 72° all summer.I could give a higher recommend to All Out A/C & Heating. Their service before the sale was exceptional, the sale was exceptional, I have no reason to think if I need service after the sale it would be anything less.

    I was relocated after Hurricane Harvey. I had to transfer my utility services to my new location. All was going smooth until the gas was turned on. I noticed a really bad smell like rotten eggs. I called the gas company and they shut the gas off because a leak in the heating unit was discovered. Texas winters are mild so I was not in a hurry to get repairs done. Then, I thought, this is dangerous to leave untouched. I began asking friends from my church if they knew of a company that was reasonable and trustworthy to repair a gas leak. I was given the name of All Out A/C and Heating Repair. I called and the young lady that answered the phone set me up with an immediate appointment. A young man named Matt came to my home. He asked me what was going on and I told him what I was experiencing. I showed him the notice the gas company gave me. He said with confidence and assurance, “I can take care of that.” Matt began checking everything. Your company sent a very professional representative to repair the heating unit.     Well unfortunately I had the daunting task of getting quotes to replace my entire ac system. Luckily Cody with All Out made is super simple, easy and affordable. I was busy working so I couldnt be home when he came out, but my wife mentioned how polite he was and how he interacted with her instead of pretending she wasnt there and assuming she knew nothing about our situation like some of the other guys we allowed into our home.     My thermostat read in the 85° - 95° range but had been on am entire week. I knw something was wrong when my electric bill was almost $500. I didnt know what was wrong so I call a couple of places to get an estimate because AC is a must in Texas. Some were outrageously high & the representatives didnt explain things. Cody say down with me explained what would be done once a job date was set & the price couldnt be beat.New AC coil for 4 ton air handler.Temp at a cool 76° down from an uncomfortable 90°.New coil installed inside & properly sealed in upstairs portion or unit.All work completed in a timely manner - 3.25 hours start to finish.The staff was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. They explained every step of the process to me in laymans terms. They instructed me on the proper care, temp settings & maintenance of my unit. They told me that if I had any issues to call 24/7 which gave me even more piece of mind.I cant thank Cody Bellamy and the staff at ALL OUT AC / Heating enough for making sure my family & I would have an air conditioned home.THE TEXAS HEAT shall NOT bother us...Were as cool as a polar bears toenail now! :-)

    No one ever wants to have A/C issues in the middle of July, but I know when I call the guys at All Out, we are going to be taken care of. This company is prompt and courteous.     Justin D. Came out diagnosed a long term problem and repaired the problem quickly. I have a four zone AC system with four separate thermostats. Two damper motors needed to be replaced and one needed to be rewired. Fairly straight forward AC work. Where Justin showed his expertise was his ability to understand the way the system was being controlled by the circuit board. He adjusted the system so the air flow is now balanced. Each of the four zones now stay at the desired temperature thus reducing the cooling demand on the system and reducing my electrical usage. All Out A/C & Heating solved a long term problem at one fourth the price quoted by another company a few years ago. I highly recommend them. Wayne Johnson
