    I highly recommend All American because of their excellent customer service! When I called in with my AC not working, I was so relieved they got out here right away. They were able to diagnose my problem and offer me solutions right here at my house which impressed me! I had full trust in them to replace my AC system for a very fair price.     One of my ACs let my family down in on a hot Houston Sunday. Theres no need to explain how it feels like when the temperature builds up to 87 degF inside the house. I tried to call several companies who advertise themselves as 24/7 Emergency AC Service who would put me through endless chain of general questions not related to my particular problem or to scheduling a visit. I wasted so must time answering their useless questions related to marketing data just to get a service window from 9am to 6pm. Im glad that I called All American GC &AC because not only their visit booking process was elegant and efficient (absolutely no unrelated questions asked) but also they had a room in their schedule to send a technician over in less than 3 hours. In fact, they over-delivered because their tech showed up at my door just 1.5 hours later, fully equipped, stocked with parts and ready to start. He did not waste any mine and his time, just went straight to business. Voila... in less than 30 minutes the AC was up and running again, bringing the life in the house back to normal. A great and timely service response like this in the unforgiving Texas heat on Sunday morning is priceless!I have added All American GC &AC to my hot dial list for the future and will greatly recommend these guys to my friends and neighbors.

    So I want to update my original review which wasnt great. I spoke to the owner, Ryan and he explained to me why they tried to replace the parts first instead of just jumping to replacing my old unit. After speaking to him, I had a better understanding of why they wanted to try to replace the parts first to see if that would work before having to pay for a new system. Ill chalk this up as miscommunication between the company and myself. I ended up having them replace the entire unit. Ryan deducted what I had payed for the previous repairs and gave me an extra discount. The guys came out a day later and the unit was installed in no time. Xavier, Q, Chris and his install team did an excellent job. All in all, Im happy with the service and response I got from All American, it just took longer than I wanted to get there.

    Our a/c system was having issues and we were looking for a whole system replacement so we call All American GC & AC. Ryan was very helpful and professional and gave me a quote on exactly what I was looking for. They were very professional and punctual and was done with the whole installation in under one day. I would definitely give them another call if I have any other future issues with my A/C system.

    When I called All American GC & AC we had already spent a couple days without our AC working. We had been dealing with another company that “repaired” our air conditioner issues but the repairs lasted less than 24 hours. I spoke with Ryan and I know he could hear my frustration from dealing with a dishonest repair company. He and another gentleman came out the same day I called. We were told exactly what the issue was and what it would take to repair it. The previous company told us we needed to replace our entire AC system for a total of $15k. Needless to say, that wasn’t the truth! We paid thousands less and had a new compressor installed. They were even able to install a day earlier than anticipated. The technicians were quick and professional. Ryan followed up the day after installation to make sure there was no issues with the system and to make sure we were happy with the service we received. I would highly recommend contacting this company for any repair needs.

    I would like to say first that we were with out AC for 14 days AMERICAN GC & AC worked with us to finance a new condenser unit. I spoke to Ryan in the finance department who worked with Q. Alrousan who was absolutely great! He said his men would be here at 8am they were here at 730a the job was done within 2 hours or less. His men are very professional, sufficient, & I must say caring about our situation. Mr. Alrousan came by to check how the process was going and made sure before he and his men left that we were satisfied and that we can call him if any issues arise. I do 100% recommend AMERICAN GC & AC you will be very glad you did. I am very blessed and my family thanks you for your concern during our tough time.Please check them out you will be blessed too.

    I read the reviews before I called and they are right, Q is the guy to call when you have an issue. He and his crew came out, diagnosed my issue and the very next day they had units for replacement. They were also able to work with the warranty on my units which saved us quite a bit of money. I took note that everyone on the crew is personable and knowledgable, and that goes a long way when folks are already frustrated about not having air. If your in a bind and dont know what to do, call Q!

    My A/C quit working Saturday night. I called All American at 7:00 am on Sunday morning and they were at my house at 9:00 am. Thanks to todays world, the parts were not readily available and quite pricey but being also in customer sales I know its todays times and not the companys fault. Once they got the parts needed for repair, they were in and out within a few hours. Very polite and professional team.

    Tried calling a bunch of places with no luck, All American came out within 10 minutes of being called. The technician diagnosed and repaired my A/C in less then 5 minutes.     Ryan was great and very responsive when it came to my HVAC needs! I called at 12am and he picked up heard all of my concerns and was out the next day ordering everything I needed. I also had a rough situation being that we just got here from California (my 4 year old and I) and someone stole our outside AC unit. All American was very flexible and reasonable when it came to accommodating us. GREAT SERVICE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

    Having my AC unit die in this heat was a nightmare, and its never an easy or cheap solution no matter what your budget, but these guys were there the same day to assess the situation and the very next morni g they came out and installed a new system in 2.5 hours.     On time, after hours and reasonable price. Did not try to sell me bull**** maintenance services, etc. Experienced and knowledgeable technician was quick and efficient to diagnose problem and explain before proceeding with work. The diagnostic flat rate for an after hours service call was about 1/2 that of 3 others I contacted. I will use All American again (well hopefully I dont need A/C repair, but if so will call All American.

    Ryan and Hugh are fantastic! They got us scheduled to come out 90mins after we called. Once they got here, they had the problem solved within 5 minutes! The capacitor had gone out. They have VERY fair pricing. Not only will I use them again, I’ll recommend them to ANYONE that needs service. By the way, they service greater Houston area. These guys know their stuff, and will explain exactly what is going on in clear terms. Fantastic!!!

    Today, we just had a new Rheem furnance installed in our home. Q was very professional and explained the whole process from start to finish.     My wall heater broke, I googled repair heaters in Houston. Filled out a questioner in google and within a couple of hours someone from All American GC & AC contacted me. I made an appointment to have a repair person come to my home. The next day he showed up punctual and fixed my wall heater within 30 minutes.     First of all, I would like to preface this review by saying that I am not a bot nor am I paid by anyone to write this. I am a legit and organic customer that found these guys through a google search. My ac broke about a week ago and I had a feeling the part was rare due to my own research on the issue. I have a family member who was once in the business and even he said it was going to be a tough job finding this part. So i called Ryan and Q from All American GC and AC. Right off the jump these guys were extremely professional and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. They warned me of the difficulty in sourcing my specific part and assured me they would do everything they could to find it. It took a few days to find it (as projected), but they called and texted me every day in between to update me on the process (which I found extremely considerate). Once they had my parts in hand, they were at my home first thing in the morning fixing my ac which I must say is really cold now! These gentlemen handled my situation with the utmost care , consideration and professionalism! Also, I was blown away at the VERY FAIR PRICE!!! (Most HVAC guys will charge rediculously crazy prices for their services). I will be referring these guys in the future without a doubt. These guys have 5 stars online and now I know why! Heck of a job guys! A+++

My daughter called another company on Friday, was told to turn off the AC, and that the company would be there on Saturday, the next day, to repair it. 10:00 arrived, and they did not.
