I was having trouble with my heat not coming on in the cold of winter. I called Lupe who was at my house within 2 hours, he diagnosed the issue and gave me some informed options, we decided to replace my old heat furnace with a new one. Lupe and his crew arrived the very next morning and had everything replaced and running again before lunch. Pricing was very reasonable and customer service far better than the big guys.

Lupe Alacala and his crew did an AWESOME JOB!!! The crew arrived at 7 AM and by 11:40 AM. They were done and leaving. They installed a full AC & Heating 5 ton system! Highly recommend them!!

My air conditioner wasn’t working, so I went on the NextDoor app and researched suggestions/reviews for an HVAC company. I came across Alcala Heating and Air in McKinney. I called and spoke with the owner (Lupe), and he came over within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem immediately. He took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything to me. I feel that I was given a very fair price and couldnt be more pleased with the process. Lupe and his team are hard-working, honest people and I highly recommended their services. I just found my new A/C guy and won’t be using anyone else!
