They were very nice and informative! They came very quickly and did what they could. There needed to be a part ordered (I have an old model haha) and they need to come back today later on but I was reassured all the way! Ill leave another review once everything is sorted but customer service was very nice!

I called after another local company did their diagnosis of the a/c unit. I thought their price was to high and after reviewing their proposal I could see why! So I called you guys and you sent out your technician and he discovered the same problem and at no charge. So I asked for a proposal form your technician and it was almost half of the other companies proposal. They were out promptly to do the repair. After some mechanical issues during the installation and quickly being attended to the unit was running as designed. Great office help! Great technician! Equals a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service. Called on a Monday, told them it was not an emergency and didnt need someone immediately since Im sure they are getting a lot of emergency calls right now. Still they came out the day after and told me exactly what was needed and what was not necessarily needed at this time. Even though I was not at the house (my grown son was) I felt that James Gallini was very helpful and pleasant. (He called me twice while he was there to let me know what he was finding). Thank you Airview AC!!

Technicians are always very professional and helpful. They came out earlier than expected and assessed the ac repair that was needed. Unfortunately they had to order parts but returned the next day with needed parts and installed them and the ac system is back up and running.

We had a leak in the Evaporator and Airview came to replace it. The replacement was missing a part, so it wasnt working efficiently when the original crew left. I called back the next day and they sent Eric Webster out who quickly diagnosed the problem, he was able to get us running with a part he had on his truck to get us through the weekend. He then promptly returned on Monday with the correct part, removed the temporary fix and installed the correct part (TXC valve) that went with the Evaporator brand and we are now completely fixed and back to normal and running as we should be. We are impressed with Airview and have recommended then to friends and neighbors, and although our repair wasnt perfect out of the gate, they stood by their work and made it right.I still highly recommend Airview and will continue to use them myself. They are very communicative and stand behind their work. A first class company you can trust to get the job done right for a fair price. They have great people working for them, like Eric!

Great service and pricing. My AC went out. The company lent me 2 portable ACs before even providing a quote. Their pricing is also a lot better than the other competitors I asked. They replaced my AC units and changed the ducts all within one day. Will definitely call them first whenever I have any AC issue.

BEST service we have ever received! Our a.c. unit started leaking a ton and Sergio came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. He was always very responsive to our calls and questions. Sergio and Eric were able to come out quickly to install everything. They absolutely went ABOVE and BEYOND to complete the job. They installed everything perfectly and even took care of several things I would have never expected them to. My husband and I were nervous when calling hvac companies because we were afraid of getting over charged or being told we needed more than we did. These guys are absolutely the BEST and you will have none of those worries with them. They are very honest and respectful and do AMAZING work! THANK YOU Sergio and Eric!!! You guys are a blessing!

My a/c quit on a holiday. I never expected to find anyone that would come out. They were at my house within 20 minutes. Had my system repaired in about an hour. Will definitely use them again. Recommend them to everyone. Very professional and courteous.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We called them 3 years ago when we had a problem with our A/C and they responded promptly not only was the gentleman that showed up professional in his approach but also extremely patient in answering all my questions and provided me with tips to keep our unit working properly. When the unit gave us a problem here recently I remembered that experience so I gave them a call and was surprised and pleased to see that same technician show up in less than an hour. Same results looks that keep their employees as well as their customers.

Above and BeyondI had been looking for a company that could replace our a/c unit in a home we had just purchased to live in. I had many companies give me quotes and give me information on what would be that best way to heat and cold our home. I saw the reviews from Sergio and I decided to contact him to get a quote and I was amazing at his knowledge and all the details that he noticed at our home which other companies did not even comment on. He installed a new 5-ton system in our 2,600 square foot home, he also installed zoning and did lots of duct work upgrades. His prices quote was very reasonable compared to all the other quotes I had received and he did much more work than anyone else would of done with the quotes they gave me. His crew seemed very knowledgeable and they did the work very quickly. As of now my system is work very well. I would definitely recommend Sergio and his crew to my friends and family to do a/c work. Walker Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job.We recently had our A/C air handler replaced and was told that our ducts were dirty. We received a recommendation concerning Walker A/C and they came and did an inspection with a camera of our ducts and found they were not dirty. What they did discover to our surprise, was that our new air handler was not properly installed and also there was a problem with the drip pan, drain and plenum.Walker Heating and Air Conditioning is very professional prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.11/14/17 Returned to properly install our air handler and UV light. Just like last time they did a fantastic job.

This AC/heating company is truly the best! I wouldn’t use anyone else now. They are timely, respectful, and fair. And they follow-up to be sure all issues are resolved after the system has been running for a bit. I also REALLY appreciate them not trying to up-sell me but also giving me a heads up on some issues that I will need to address. That way I can financially plan for more work to be done when necessary. The bottom line is that they can trusted and that is invaluable to me!

Sergio saved the day for me! It was 59 degrees in the office after the landlord had someone else put in a new thermostat and program it incorrectly. Sergio came right away after I called him. The other guy that installed it made me wait over an hour and a half and then gave me attitude when I dared question when the service man he was sending would arrive (after he told me he would come right over). Sergio even gave me a user guide which the man that installed it didnt. I will definitely be calling Sergio in the future! So should the landlord!
