I called AirForce One Appliance Repair looking for a certified/authorized LG Technician when my LG refrigerator stopped cooling (was still getting power, but was no longer getting cold). Prentice responded and was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He took my initial call and was able to come out the same day to look at the fridge to diagnose the issue (bad compressor, needed to be replaced). He didnt have time to fix it that day, but was nice enough to schedule me in for the next day (a Saturday) and came out first thing that morning to install the new compressor. He was incredibly professional to work with. Sent text messages and gave a call when he was on his way over. Answered all the questions I had about the repair process. And was super accommodating in helping me with getting the right paperwork/invoice needed to submit the warranty company. The fridge/freezer are now both working great (just like brand new!). If my fridge ever needs work done in the future, Prentice with AirForce One will definitely be the first call on my list!

My 3 year old LG refrigerator stopped making ice, and a day later we realized it was because neither the refrigerator nor freezer sections were cooling as they should. After a quick Google search, I found AirForce One and gave them a call on Monday morning. The technician (Prentice) added me to his schedule for later that afternoon. He arrived on time and diagnosed a bad compressor requiring replacement. He ordered the parts on the spot (luckily, parts were still under warranty) and had them delivered directly to the house. The parts arrived on Thursday and due to my going out of town, we scheduled the repair for the following Monday. Again, Prentice arrived as scheduled, explained the entire process so that I could understand what was being done, and completed the job in the 1.5 hours that he had estimated. A day later and now we have proper cooling and ice again!I really appreciate Prentices skills and professionalism throughout the entire process. He even called the next day to make sure that all was well with the fix. I will not hesitate to call AirForce One again should the need arise, and I recommend them 100%.

I needed a repair on our LG refrigerator. We were referred to AirForce One by another repair person who didnt work on LGs. My wife called and Prentice got out to our house the same day. He is very respectful and gives you the facts so you can decide whether or not you want to go through with the repair or buy a new appliance. We also ended up buying a new AC/Heating system through him. He got us a great deal and it was installed the next week. I definitely recommend AirForce One and will use him again in the future!

AirFirce One did a great job on a warranty repair on our LG refrigerator! Prentiss was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair and got out fridge up and running again. He was on time for appointments and familiar with the repair that was needed (replacement of the sealed system). He was the only repair service in the area that called me back from the list that that LG gave as an option for our warranty work. Although I can not recommend LG products, I highly recommend AirForce One for all your appliance repairs!

Prentice with AirForce One HVAC did an excellent job fixing my AC. My warranty company tried to schedule my service a day or two later but when I called Prentice directly he was able to squeeze me in withIn an hour and totally saved the day. He ended up finding three separate problems. He was very personable and professional and most importantly fast! I would highly recommend Air Force One HVAC and plan on using Prentice for any AC problem I ever have in the future. Don’t wast time with any other company....prentice with AirForce One is your affordable AC expert.

Ended 2019 just right with our LG side by side fridge going out just before ringing in the New year! What an inconvenience! Called LG support the next morning and AirForce One was the first on their list. After contacting them I can see why! Prentice is an individual who knows his stuff inside and out. He is prompt, courteous, and enjoys what he does even after the many years he has been in his profession. Had our issue with our fridge figured out quickly and was able to have it fixed the same day he came out. Would highly recommend him!

Prentice with AIrForce One is very professional and cares about his customers. The compressor went out on our LG refrigerator. LG actually agreed to cover it but their techs were over a month out. Apparently, there are only a couple of repair companies that even work on LG and Samsung in this area. They sent my repair to Air Force One, where he was backed up 3 weeks. He ordered and had the part expedited to my house and told me to call him when we got it and he would fit me in even though he was booked. I did just that and he was here the very next day and on time! He even gave me good information on my appliance and what to look for when purchasing future appliances. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

The business owner, Prentice, offered to troubleshoot an issue an issue with an older model upright GE freezer. It stopped working 2 days prior, after a temporary power surge. He was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I ordered the part ($75 part on Prime). Two days later, I was able to get the freezer up and running once again, saving it from the scrap yard and saving me from having to shell out hundreds of bucks on a new freezer. Prentice is professional, friendly, kind, and honest. With his level of integrity, I highly recommend using this business for your HVAC and appliance maintenance needs.

I called AirForce One at 7am on a Saturday. A prompt and friendly Repair Tech was at our home 30 minutes later ready to help. He correctly identified the problems, and got our home under 80 degrees pronto.He also offered to assist with our warranty issue directly with Carrier, taking all of that stress off of our plates. AirForce One charged a fair price and offered phenomenal service. Look no further!

We called Airforce One Refrigeration after speaking with LG about a fridge that would not cool. LG gave us their number (along with a few others) to contact to repair a compressor that is under warranty (not including labor costs). I left a message and the call was returned in 20 minutes...on a Saturday! The gentleman said he could come by that very morning to look at our fridge. He did indeed have a compressor on his truck that worked with our LG fridge and he was able to replace right away. Now we have a working fridge! Very happy with the service...kind people, very responsive and wonderful service.

I had a upright freezer full of beef and venison in my garage that stopped cooling in 100 degree heat. Prentice was at my house within 30 minutes of calling him. He diagnosed the problem, picked up parts, and tried everything to repair this 20 year old freezer. We determined it wasnt worth repairing and Prentice tried not to charge me for the 2 hours that he spent working on it. You dont find industry knowledge AND service like this anymore. I have his number saved for future issues and I would recommend him to anyone.

Prentice was amazing! Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling so I called LG customer service to claim this under warranty and they gave me a list of certified LG technicians, one being Airforce one. I called and spoke with Prentice who knew what the issue was. Unfortunately I was not able to claim it under warranty due to unforeseen issues however I decided to stay with Prentice and am thankful I did. He was very professional, courteous, had lots of patience with me and the questions I kept asking him and educated me on my fridge as well as HVAC. He was able to fit me in as soon as possible while having a drive to do to get to my location. Not to mention, I think his price was fair compared to other locations I called. I highly recommend him!!!! I will definitely reach out to him for my HVAC maintenance.Oh and he made sure to follow up with me to make sure that all was working well!

I was in a panic as I was hosting a party for 100 people at my house in 3 days and my compressor went out!!Prentice was a hero. He called me back promptly and had all the parts on his truck. He headed to my house and 2.5 hours later I had a brand new compressor and was up and running.He couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional.He definitely went the extra mile and is now my HVAC go to from now on.Highly recommend!

Just Wow!! I called AirForce One Appliances after coming home for the week to discover that my fridge had been not working properly, blowing hot air. They were able to ask a few questions over the phone and made it to my place within an hour where most companies wouldn’t even have someone to come out and diagnose the issue for weeks!! Once here, they provided education on what the issue was, walked me through Step by step to ensure that I completely understood what the problem was, and was able to have me back up and running in less than 45 mins!! I definitely recommend their service and if I run into any issues they will be the first company I call, thank you!

Contacted LG to let them know what he did to my washer. Fixed the problem. Did not try do more than was needed to fix my problem. He was very respectful of my house. Cleaned up after himself. He is now my go to appliance man. Honest to the core.

He was able to come to my home and assess the issue the same day. Gave me an estimate that day.Found out the part needed was covered by the manufacturer warranty, and ordered it for me.Let me know when to expect the delivery. When the delivery was late - sent me the updated date and tracking number.We scheduled the repair shortly after the part arrived.After the repair, he informed me of what to expect and when. Service with a smile, which is rare these days.

Professional and honest. This was the 2nd time of doing business. First time replaced an AC unit. This time I had a power surge that took out my heating system among other appliances. I will use this business again. He shows up when he says he will, he educates you so you know what and why the parts are needed to fix the problem. Prentice came out looked at my ice buildup that I had on my freezer and told me the dos and donts. Deforested the freezer problem fix my freezer drawers, reconnected my gasket, and moved onto the refrigerator part replaced my door gasket and went right to the ice maker found the problem and then gave me a few suggestion. Very friendly, full of knowledge and great suggestions on saving me money $$$$$.

I was having issues with a dryer and he was able to walk my through my problem and provide a solution all while on the phone. When I suggested I send him some money for his trouble, he declined and let me know he was just trying to help. Its refreshing that there are service people out there that are willing to provide their services without needing to take someone for their hard-earned dollars all the time -- especially when those solutions are pretty minor and elementary.
