    We have been having some issues with our outside unit for some time. It was time to replace it. The technician, Kenny, was great. He discussed with us the issues associated with our old unit and the possibility of replacing it now or in the future. After a no pressure discussion we chose to replace it. Keep in mind that Kenny came out on a Saturday call. When we decided to go with a new unit Kenny made a special effort to locate a new unit and installed it on Sunday. Our time without a/c was short thanks to his experience. Thanks Kenny.

    On one of the hottest days of the year we came home to 80+ temps in the house. Placed a call and someone was out there within 2 hours and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Slept good that night and was grateful there were after hour technicians on call.

    Cooper came to check units and found bad compressor. Within a few days I had a new compressor installed by Justin Smith. Justin was very professional even cleaning walkway of debris from old unit. I’m very impressed with the service providers and company operation. L

    Absolutely the BEST HVAC Company there is! Cindy and Michael always make sure our business, Tri Cities Urgent Care, is taken care of quickly. You can tell from the time you call to the time the technician comes out, customer service is a high priority with them.     Jeremy came out and repaired what another service man had broken, an incorrectly wired safety switch that was causing our unit to hum and get hot when the thermostat was off. We had also been living with inadequate filtration due to a previous repair company leading us to believe we would not be able to find filters for our system. Jeremy quickly installed rails and the appropriate filter for 1/10th cheapest quote wed received to correct the problem. He was fast, honest and gave us a quality result. We ended up purchasing a service plan and look forward to having Jeremy come out to service our unit in the coming weeks.

    I had another company fail to communicate and fail to gather parts necessary to complete the job, and went without air conditioning for 16 days of which 14 days was over 100*. I called Michael St Pierre, and he was able to gather and complete the job within 48 hours, and communicated the process via text to let us know where we were in the events. National shortages is the now, and i understand, but communication is essential for quality service, and ghosting customers does not build loyalty or trust. Michael owned it and delivered it, he will be my go to from hence forth.

    Excellent customer service!! Aire Serv of Weatherford answered their phones immediately and sent someone out right away. Fantastic service!! Fixed the problem without charging an extra weekend service change and for so much less than expected. Very pleased and highly recommend! It came down to who answered their phone because we left several messages with other companies. Extremely grateful Aire Serv of Weatherford answered their phone on a Sunday!
