A neighbor who had had a new system installed by Aire Serv recomended me to use them after I inquired about having my old unit serviced for maintenance (I hadnt done it in 4 years!).They said that they were very satisfied with their new unit and the follow up service that they gave it twice a year. So I called and made an appointment.A few weeks later, I received a reminder call a day before my appointment that the tech would be there. So I made plans to anticipate him at a certain hour the next day. The technician Roy arrived promptly. He was friendly and easy going. I showed him in so that he could see the evaporator.He opened the compartment door, and immediately noticed that the fans and motor were dirty. He recommended an eventual cleaning job.Then he moved on to see at which temperature the air was coming from the vents. He noticed that it was not too cold. So he asked to see the Condenser, which happened to be on the roof. I showed him and went up with him. Upon inspection he quickly saw that the capacitor was not conducing enough voltage. It was old and rusty. So he made an immediate recommendation to change it, so that there would be enough power to blow cold air. He gave me the cost up front and I agreed. He went to his car, grabbed the part and installed it in no time. We went down, he checked the vent temperature and showed me the difference in temperature. He told me that the recommended cleaning of the evaporator motor and fans was not too urgent, but that I should make an appointment to have it done in a few months. He introduced me to a membership that would offer me bi-anual maintenance servicing. I agreed to get it and he produced the bill for services rendered. I was very happy and relieved to see my total, because I was looking into the possibility of having to replace my entire unit which was installed in the early 90s, as Roy told me. He said that it would eventually have to be replaced, but that we could buy it some time so that I could prepare for that expense.Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I have received. It has been a fun experience to watch Roy do his job, assist him whenever needed, have all my questions answered and become a little more educated on the inside workings of my home. I will be scheduling my cleaning soon and I look forward to speaking to the service desk operators and to see Roy again in action.I have some peace of mind in knowing that I have an honest, professional and reliable company to call on in case of one of those eventual AC malfunctions that are so common in the Texas heat.

I have been using Aire Serv of NW Houston for years, and they have always been reliable. My air conditioner recently went out, and they were very quick to come out and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, my entire HVAC system needed to be replaced! Kristen came out and gave me a comprehensive quote, laid out all my options, and answered all questions I had. This was on a Friday, and I had an entire system installed the following Sunday. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of NW Houston to anyone who needs HVAC repair/replacement.

AiresServe of River Oaks installed our unit in February but we had issues that didn’t get properly fixed until Robert showed up. He noted that the unit (a Daikin) was improperly wired and that the slope on the drain line wasn’t sufficient. Now that AireServe of Katy has taken over the River Oaks business, Robert repaired the issues and did a great job documenting and explaining what was done. I’m hopeful that this will be the last time we have to call anyone out for other than routine maintenance!

Incredibly pleasant and professional and very responsive. Called later on a Saturday evening and had an appointment first thing Sunday morning.The technician (Joe) was on time, very professional and honest, and diagnosed our issue quickly (was related to a power surge the night before). We did have him install two surge protectors on our units as a preventative measure, but there was no pressure on the sale and he explained why it made sense and what they would do if we had them installed.We have had very poor experience with other heating and A/C companies and were really impressed with the experience with Aire Serv. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thanks to everyone!

They were very professional and knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer my questions. They were just so pleasant to work with.The installers that came to put in the unit were courteous and very hard working. It amazes me how they can work in such a tight space in the attic! Incredible job.Giovanni came the next day to finish up with the inspection of the completed job. He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining how to program the new thermostat, and did a thorough inspection of the new unit. I can not rave enough about this company. I have been a customer since 2016 when Joe helped me out of a tight jam. It was the middle of a hot Texas summer and the AC went out in the middle of the night. He came out the next morning and fixed it and for a very reasonable price. What I love about this company is that they give you options instead of trying to sell you repairs that you don’t need. They are honest, so honest in fact that when I called and explained an issue I was having over the phone he was able to help us get the issue fixed right over the phone. I was so appreciative that I offered to pay him a phone consult fee but he declined. In a time when it is very hard to trust repair companies it is so refreshing to have this level of customer service! I wish other companies would use the same customer service model as Aire Serv! We will be customers for life!

We had an AC issue after coming home from work Tuesday night. Once the house reached 95 we knew we couldnt put it off until the morning especially with the kids. Since we had used Aire Serv of Katy for our matinence before they were our first call. They were immediately on top of it! We had someone working on our AC within the hour. Shelby was super responsive and kept us updated through the entire process. She let us know that Giovanni would arrive and when. When he did arrive he quickly recognized that we needed to replace our capacitor. He quickly replaced it and had our house cool within no time! Excellent customer service is an under statement they both went above and beyond in helping us and we were so thankful for them both!

I can’t say enough about the high quality of service and the expansive knowledge of the employees at Aire Serv of Katy, Cypress! I moved to Spring branch last February. It’s an older townhome that we remodeled. I found Aire Serv through a search and I can’t tell you how wonderful this company is. The employees are very professional & incredibly knowledgeable and so very kind. I’m always afraid when I get a service bill from any other company , but I am so happy that I signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement which includes two maintenance and inspection visits a year as well as incredible discounts on equipment. Aire Serv always does a great job. I have had nothing but issues with my HVAC system since I bought my house six years ago. My unit was only nine years old and starting having issues at three years. They did a great job diagnosing the issues and repairing parts that broke over the last few years. They came out fast, communicated well and provided me with all my options. Finally just junked the old system and had them replace it. My tenants said the air is blowing so cold they had to adjust the thermostat up. Their service techs were knowledgeable and honest, and it was a pleasure working their home comfort advisor in getting the right unit quickly and that worked for my property. The outside condenser was in a hard to reach area and they made sure to source one that would fit. They even came out and provided us with a window unit for the night so we could sleep, and then were out first thing in the morning to replace the whole system. I will continue working with them and using them for maintenance on the new system.

System technician, Allen Soldani arrived on time, fully prepared to inspect the HVAC system of our new build house and have Aire Serv take over the periodical planned maintenance and system warranty registration.Allen’s inspection was thorough inside and out and provided us with a detailed report. He was very helpful explaining the set up of the new system panels etc.I received a follow up phone call within the hour of completion and was asked to give Allen a rating of 1 to 5. He deserves a 10. First class all the way.Never been let down by this company and highly recommend their service.

My central air went out and it reached 87 degrees inside, needless to say I was a bit desperate to get it fixed and quick! I called Aire Serv of Katy and they sent out a technician (Augustine- very professional and informative) within 35 minutes of me calling. **This was actually the second phone call I made, the first was to a competitor since they had a 5 star review, I’m not sure how because the rep I spoke to was unable to give me any information past the diagnostic price and when he responded to other questions I had, they were in a short tone. **I’m incredibly thankful I didn’t settle for their service, because when I called Aire Serv and spoke to Kristen, it was like night and day. She was helpful, courteous, and informative - all things you’d expect from a customer service representative, that’s when I decided to go ahead with the FREE diagnostic. Upon diagnosing my problem, Augustine, the tech, resolved my issue and the house began to cool immediately! :)I paid a more than fair price and I would definitely go back to this company in the future (hopefully won’t have to lol) in the future simply because of the level of customer satisfaction they provided.

Fantastic experience with Aireserv of Katy. I was able to easily schedule an appointment, received reminders, and notification when the technician was on their way. Giovanni was my technician, and he was great! Wore the shoe covers, a mask, was professionally dressed, and got right to work. AND THANK GOODNESS he did! The safety shut off switch on my heating portion stopped working, which would have allowed dangerous exhaust to fill my attic and sink down into my home if the heat were to get turned on. Giovanni showed me that the switch was broken, and turned the gas off to the furnace for safety. The replacement part is now on order. Highly recommend Aireserv of Katy! 10/10 Service and professionalism.

We have been using Aire Serv of Katy/ W. Houston for over 10 years. We had our furnace installed in 2007 and our condenser and evaporator coil installed in 2009. None have had any issues whatsoever in the 8 or 10 years weve used them in our house. Doug, the owner, is a great businessman: honest, kind, informed, and professional. They charge a fair rate, treat their customers well, and will not sell you something you dont need. This is a business that puts people over profit and I will always use them for my HVAC needs as long as I live in Katy.

Air Serv was recommended by a friend who has used them for years. The technician, Dennis, came out in the fall and spring for a routine check-up. Two of our AC units had some parts wearing out and he suggested they be replaced in the near future. I appreciated that he didnt pressure us to do that immediately. He even number our four units, then listed the parts needed and for which unit on the paperwork. This made it so easy to explain what we needed done a month later when we called to have the repairs completed.

Agustin came and checked our air conditioning. He found a flex duct that was loose, the control wire was going to the condenser, and float switch was out. He fixed it.My husband has a hard time going up a ladder because he gets dizzy looking up, and his legs get wobbly. I was so worried about how he would replace the bulbs in the kitchen, Agustin was so so sweet, he replaced the bulbs for us!If you ever have a problem with A/C or heat, Aire Serve comes immediately to help you with your problems. They are very educational in the way they explain things, and their prices are excellent! I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
