    Our heater would not work and we call for them to come out. They came very promptly. Ryan Nelson is amazing. Very professional and kind. He was extremely through and explained everything and was up front with us the whole time. I couldnt get up there with him hut he took the time to take pictures and videos to show us exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend Aire Serv!!

    Today we had an issue with our heat not working properly. Ryan Nelson with Aire Serv came out and did a fantastic job getting heat back on in our. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked directly with the manufacturer to quickly resolve. I would recommend Ryan Nelson and Aire Serv for any and all of your HVAC needs.

    I could not ask for better service from a HVAC company. They called me to let me know when the service representative was scheduled to arrive. Ryan took the time to explain everything that was going on with my heater and made all the necessary repairs to get our heat going again.     Air Serve is a fantastic company. Starting with the office staff which are always helpful ( shout out to Emmy). Our tech Casey is always on time and thoughtful and extremely detailed with pics and videos. The install team was fantastic and fixed/ replaced most of what my last aircon service company neglected when installing my new unit. If I could give 10 stars , Iā€™d try to give 15. I trust and appreciate this company completely and most importantly they all seem to like each other and work well as a team

    We can not do justice to sing the praises of Aire Serv of Granbury. We bought a 30 year old home. We shared the inspection report with Keith. He went through it noting how they could help with detailed descriptions and quotes. We had limited time. An amazing crew showed up. They did HCAC work, plumbing, and electrical. We added on many additional things because this crew can do it all. Everyone was polite and engaging. The were delightful to have in our home. Each day they cleaned up. At the end of the project they left everything clean. Kuddos to Keith, Kyle, Michael, Tony, Kaleb, and Stephen. Upstanding men all of them.

    I called Granbury Air Serve On Wednesday this week, my thermostat went out and here they are on Friday to fix it. They sent Ryan Nelson out and instead of just automatically installing a new one, he troubleshooted the problem and it wasnt the thermostat at all. Ryan has been my service tech for several years now and he is always very professional and knowledgeable in his work. I trust Granbury Air Serve with my heating and ac work completely, and I never doubt what Ryan tells me. If you need a good HVAC, call Granbury Air Serve and ask for Ryan Nelson to come help you.

    Have used AireServ since living in Granbury and would not use anyone else!!! Ryan Nelson is awesome! He has serviced our home a couple of times and is so friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about our system. He gives us recommendations but is never pushy about try to up sale, he even asked if he could help carry in our firewood! AireServ is the BEST around!!

    We have been clients of Aire Serv since 2022 when they replaced our outdated and worn-down unit in our home. We recently had a routine maintenance appointment with Parker Hallmark. He was respectful and polite throughout the entire appointment, even going so far as to put on shoe covers prior to entering my home. After everything was complete, he spoke to my husband and me in detail regarding the process he went through to analyze the unit and the pictures that he took of everything. He was willing to answer all of our questions and did not appear to be put off when I had more and more questions. During this visit, we did have a small repair completed. After authorizing Parker to complete the repair he was able to fix everything in record time. This is the second time that Parker has been at my home and it is nice to see return faces that we can obtain rapport with.

    We wanted a repairman and they sent us a salesman. We were clear when making the appointment what we wanted. We ended up with an estimate of $800 to clear the vent! And another estimate of $8,000 for our AC system. All we asked for was to clean the vents! And then, we had to pay them $99 and got nothing in return.Follow up: I got a call asking me to change my review to a 4 or 5 and they would refund my $99. I told them that I was sorry I could not do that since what happened could not be changed. I was told they would refund my money anyway, hoping I would give them another chance to do better in the future. It has been 3 weeks and I have not recieved a refund. What does this mean? They pay people to change their ratings???December 2024Months after I was told I would get a refund, I actually got one! It came with one of the nicest apology letters I have seen. No reexquest to change my rating. Just a kind apology and a refund.So, I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 4.Thank you, Aire Serv. I appreciate your follow up.

    I woke up up on Wednesday morning to the house at 83Ā°. I was able to get in contact with AirServ at four in the morning. and thanks to them Ryan Nelson came out to my house on Thursday morning the following day and was able to diagnose what was wrong with my Air conditioning unit and able to repair it this same day. He was very professional patient and making sure that I understood exactly what my machine needed, and he gave me the pros and cons of repairing or not repairing what he found was wrong with my machine. I highly recommend AirServ and Ryan Nelson.

    Aire Serv has done my family an excellent service.     I highly recommend Aire Serve and Parker. We had a different AC company come before and could not fix the problem after being here for 5 hours. They recommended a plumber and tearing into sheetrock. Parker found the issue in 10 min., and it did not involve tearing out sheetrock or a plumber. Parker produced pictures and video before doing the work and a written estimate. He not only fixed our issue, he thoroughly inspected both units insuring reliability. Finally I thought the bill would be over $1000, it was much less!! Great company, very knowledgable!

    My wife and I are very pleased with the work and the service Aire Serve provided. When our old A/C was fading and grunting we got estimates and had to decide which of the three companies would meet our needs and provide the best product and value. It was a tough call. We chose Aire Serve because they did a more thourough house inspection and evaluation of what would meet our needs. All the estimates were similar in cost, but we feel we ended up with a superior system.We want to thank Tanner for the time and thoroughness he spent inspecting and educating us on our needs and options .The service date was set without delay and Kyle and Colby arrived as scheduled, and just in time, as our unit was now just blowing air. In 95 degree days!They were removing the old unit by 8:30 and worked all day in the unit closet, outside on the compressor, and under the house with the wiring, pipes and ductwork. They ended up staying 2 hours longer than projected.A special thanks to Kyle and Colby for their hard work in the hot weather outside the house-and inside!My wife was so thankful and pleased that she was able to walk into a cooled house for the first time in four weeks!Doug and Lisa Penny

When I needed help with a UCS form Jennifer Earlston was very friendly and helpful, too.     We had a great experience with AIRESERV our Technician was Kyle Saunders, he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our issue and options to resolve the problem. Not only was their price the least expensive of the three estimates we received but Kyle went above and beyond, the day we got our estimate as he was leaving he offered to test the battery I was trying to jump off in my sports car but then helped me pull the dead battery out of the car! Then on the day of our AC repair my wife ordered groceries to be delivered to the house and here comes Kyle in the door saying hey you got some groceries here with an arm load of them, I swear at this point we are going to have to invite him and his family to Thanksgiving this year because he is family now! I wonā€™t use anyone else and nether should you call AIRESERV if you want the best when you need HVAC repair! They treat you like family!!

    I woke up to an odd smell and no AC this morning. I called Aire Serv of Granbury and they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. Not only same day but they contacted me after we scheduled to see if they could come even sooner than expected. Parker arrived at my house and was very polite and professional, he was able to quickly restore AC function to the house. He was also very thorough documenting and explaining the damage and repairs to me. Im extremely happy with the service and even signed on to have them do regular maintenance and inspections on my HVAC unit.

    Im not one for reviews and only leave them when they are really warranted. I had a gentleman named Parker come by to see what was wrong with my still new HVAC system.After going through and checking everything, he diagnosed the problem, and we proceeded to order the necessary part.It took a few days and later that next week he came back to install it.The next day while enjoying nice cool air again the just system quit.I called Aire Serv and asked them if they could have someone out as quick as possible due to company coming in later that day.The very sweet lady on the phone called me back 5 minutes later and said they were sending David out.It was a loose connection with the fuse and a quick easy fix thank God!Not only was Parker professional and courteous, but David as well. I wasnt expecting the service or treatment as it seems to be lacking with so many companies these days. Aire Serv treated me like a customer should be treated and took care of me in my time of need.To anyone that is looking for top-notch professional work you really dont need to look any further.

    Excellent service from start to finish, easy appointment scheduling, great follow-up communication with reminders of the appointment & providing an ETA. Kyle inspected and serviced our system today, he was professional, courteous and honest. I love how they take pictures and videos for you to review and point out possible areas of concern with your system. I ended up getting the premium advantage service plan to stay ahead of maintenance but it wasnt sold to me like a timeshare. Kyle highlighted the features and benefits of the plan so I could make the decision based on my household budget and my systems need for maintenance. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Granbury.

    I have always received excellent service from Aire Serve. The staff and technicians are always willing to help.A special thanks goes to Emmy (staff) and Parker (technician) who together got my HVAC unit back on line when my family needed it most - - during December 2023 that my wife was in the hospital recovering from surgery. They worked around my visits to the hospital to troubleshoot and repair the unit so my wife was able to come home to a warm house.I got a tune-up yesterday (6/24) and again, Aire Serv did not let me down. Dana worked with my schedule to set an appointment and Ryan Nelson (technician) was knowledgeable and efficient. He took photos and videos of my unit so I was able to see what he saw. There were no questions about the condition of my HVAC system. Thankfully the unit is in good shape and seems like it will survive the hot summer that is facing us.I have to mention that Aire Serv is not the cheapest HVAC service in Granbury but definitely not the most expensive. Given their willingness to help and their professionalism, they are well worth it. I highly recommend Aire Serv.

The pricing for the options was fair, and they also had a 0% interest financing option - which is nice because I wasnt planning on paying for a new AC. They managed to work me into their schedule such that a couple of days after they originally came out, i had a brand new AC unit and heat pump installed and working. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I recommend, and will be using them again for any future HVAC needs... hopefully far in the future from today - lol.

    We requested a tech to check our heat/air system because of noise. The tech David found some problems and presented us with 3 possible solutions. The solution listed as BEST would cost me two arms and legs, solution BETTER cost arm and leg, and MINIMUM would cost a leg. We opted for BETTER and so far the noise is gone and also the heat smell that would come at times. David was courtesy and went right to work. After a total of about 5 hours he was done and the only concern I had was how did he know to bring all those parts before checking my system. Aire Serv had been here once before and I guess they sent a load of parts for my system so the technician would be prepared. So far I am happy with the system performance, it seems to be blowing stronger and no noise. Just canā€™t get around well without the limbs.

    We have lived in Granbury our whole lives, and Aire Serv is the first HVAC company that we have been truly impressed with. They are always professional, clean and follow their time schedule strictly. They maintain good communication from start to finish and they are always polite and happy to help. They do a very thorough job of inspecting our system to avoid any big problems. They also offer low-cost methods to fixing minor problems, and dont try to sell us a new unit every visit.     Kyle and Parker have been servicing our unit for the 3 years that we have owned the house. They installed the unit for the previous owner, and he left us all of their information with a recommendation that we continue to use them. The company honored a service contract that was purchased by the previous owner and came out to service it for free with that. They had kept complete records and were familiar with the unit upon arrival. They are always on time to call and set up our service appointments, so I dont have to remember. Kyle and Parker are always extremely professional and efficient. They are also very respectful, polite and clean and neat. Kyle came out quickly when our AC wasnā€™t cooling during August and had the problem fixed within minutes. Before they come out, you will receive a message with the name and picture of your technician, so you know who is coming. They will also text and call when they are on their way to your house. Within the hour, David came out and discovered that I had an electric heat pump but no heat kit to kick in when the temperature got so low. The staff called around and found a heat kit to fit my unit in Benbrook. David drove to Benbrook in snowy, cold weather, picked it up and installed the same day.     David E was by far the most professional competent and knowledgeable tech I have ever met. The service as a whole was just wonderful he went out of his way to help a senior woman (family friend) get her ac back on which had been unable to operate during this awful heat and found a way to fix the same day that he came for estimate, called his office, cleared his schedule and fixed it in a few hours. It was the happiest of moments for her to be able to finally have air conditioning, the company knowing she was on a fixed income did everything for her to be able to afford and also pay for the service and no company I have ever dealt with has ever helped someone as kindly as they had for Angela. And as for Angela, she feels so blessed and canā€™t thank them enough. All of the repair had been looked at by other companyā€™s of which told her prices that were ridiculous and in no way were they caring about the person who was needing this repair some were as much as triple the cost, just wish that all companies would treat their customers as well as this company does but the fact they donā€™t is why companies like Aire Serv of Granbury stand out as being the best in their field and outshine all others.     Had an AC unit stop cooling, on a Friday, just a few hours before guests were going to show up. Air Serv sent Parker out to take a look. It was bad news o er all, but Parker and the Air serve team were able to get the system cooling with a temp solution. Tanner was out the next day to gives us an estimate on a replacement. After changing the parts, we discussed a whole house surge system that we had been informed about previously. Since this was our second lightning problem, we ask about it again. Ryan and Charles came out and installed it after the equipment order came in. When installing it, they noticed a large wasp nest inside the breaker box and removed it even thought it was not part of their procedure. This kind of extra is why we are staying with Air Serv. Everyone was very helpful even the people in the office so thanks everyone for your assistance.

    AireServe is quite professional and very accommodating ... our system went out on Monday, they troubleshot it on Monday and Tuesday, gave us a requested quote for a new system (old one was 17 years old) on Wednesday, and installed a new system on Thursday! Aire Serv is awesome about notifications and reminders regarding an upcoming appointment and even send a picture and name of the employee coming to do the repairs or maintenance for security purposes. Our maintenance person today was Parker and he was very detail-oriented and efficient, as well as very friendly and professional. Along with the work and explanation of all he did, he also gave us information for a rebate through our particular electric company just for having our equipment serviced and checked.
