    Aire Serv of Denton I’m sure is a good business that does good quality work.I called them for a service call to see why my AC unit wasn’t cooling, the Texas heat really puts a strain on AC units in the hot summer months. Dakota arrived and did a short inspection of the outside unit and seen that there was little to no Freon in the system, so he added some Freon and proceeded to go into the attic to check for leaks, he found the leak instantly as it was blowing so hard and was very obvious the coil was damaged. I had just had another business replace that coil a few months earlier, so Aire Serv told me the coil should be under warranty, they checked with Trane but the serial number wasn’t a Trane part. I called the company that installed the new coil, they got me a new coil and installed it under warranty and the unit has been performing great since. Aire Serv charged me $344.00 for performing a Leak Search With Electronic Leak Detector which wasn’t necessary as I stated the leak was so big you could see and hear it as soon as the cover was removed exposing the coil. Other than that I’m sure they do good quality work and I’ll certainly consider them in the future for any AC troubles I may encounter.

    If you are having issues, Aire Serv is the place to call. Not only did they diagnose the issue fast, but went above and beyond to pick up the needed part for the repair the same day to ensure we had heat for the upcoming colder weather. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Great service!

    Aire Serve of Denton are very responsive and always make me feel that my emergency is their emergency! From clog drains to new AC units their service and workmanship is first rate!I highly recommend them, they have been taking care of our house units and a Gree mini split for 6 years!     We love this company so much! We are on their maintenance plan for seasonal tune-ups, so our system stays in good working order. We just had a condenser unit destroyed in the recent tornado, and Aire Serve had it replaced and installed in just a couple of days...before the insurance adjuster even made it out! I highly recommend Aire Serv.

    We have used Air Serv for years at my office. When we had an issue with our AC Unit at home, I called the Aire Serv office, and a tech was available the same day to come take a look. He tested and checked everything and found no mechanical issues. He shut the unit completely down and gave it time to reset. When he started it back up, we had cool air again. It was suggested that it was from a surge - due to the storms we had been having. Lets hope so, but in the meantime, we have cool air. Thank you, Aire Serv!

    We used Aire Serve to maintain our unit before getting a replacement 15 months ago. We used a small one-man show to do the replacements and are just now finding the whole job was done poorly. Aire Serve diagnosed the problem, as well as many others, and are making it right for us. We should have used them for the new unit and are paying the price now. The technicians are knowledgeable and the office manager is excellent. We feel like we are finally in good hands.

    Our heater went out on one of the coldest days of the year. The kind folks at Aire Serv sent Matt out that day. He replaced the capacitor, and had our house warm and toasty in record time.     I never give five stars unless the business is over the top. I called them at 11 pm recently because of strange odor I thought was coming from my HVAC system. The owner arrived 20 minutes later and checked the unit for everything including co2. He couldn’t find any co2 or anything else. He loaned me his Co2 meter overnight. His employee Matt, returned the next afternoon and rechecked the system. I figured out what the odor was and it had nothing to do with the HVAC system. They charged me $99.00. What a deal !

    I always felt that Karen looked out for my best interests. She gave me advice on which system I needed, including financing options, and she was available whenever I called with questions. She made a special trip to pick up my system so they could get it installed before the weather got hot. Her installation crew was top notch. Arrived on time except for when they got stuck in traffic at a construction zone, and they called to explain why they were running late. Very careful not to track dirt into my house, cleaned up after themselves, very polite, efficient, cheerful, and the work was completed sooner than I expected. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience.

    Dakota and Matt did a phenomenal job. I woke up this morning to water pouring through my ceiling fan, and called several A/C companies to come out and look at my system. Aire Serv was able to get a technician to my house in 45 minutes. They fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and I never felt like they were trying to make a dollar off of me, unlike other A/C companies I’ve called in the area. You guys will be my go-to company for any A/C need I have from here on.

    My air went out on a very hot Saturday. I had a technician (Charlie) in my home within 2 hours. I needed a new AC unit, which meant I was put on a list for the following week. Charlie loaned me a cooling unit to make the rest of the weekend bearable. This was above and beyond anything I expected!!     Finding an AC company that can competently service a mini-split is not easy. But these guys have been great. The unit has a small coolant leak, but the gentleman who came out today advised against an expense repair job to find the leak rather than just topping off the coolant once a year. Astounding!

    Id rate this a 10 star if I could. Charles is great. First all all he listened to what I was wanting. I knew that the installation was the most important part of how well the system would stay trouble free.I was going to go with a general contractor with limited experience with HVAC. I met Charles at an event in Sanger and told him I would consider Airserv if the contractor fell through. We discussed in detail equipment and install. The more I thought about it the more I decided to go with an AC specialist and begin to get bids. This wasnt about the lowest price, it was about the best product and installation. Charles was the ONLY contractor to suggest a split system with a Coleman furnace and a Goodman A/C. This was a perfect solution to the question of the best system for my mobile home. His bid was also the lowest.The install was efficient, but not rushed through. The crew was extremely courteous and my home was left clean and tidy. The crew made sure my washer was reinstalled and not leaking. Charles even helped me put up a small barrier fence around the outdoor unit to be sure my puppy would not be able to chew through the insulation. Really just great old fashion workmanship and respect, plus the best systems. He will arrange a service call in the next few days just to be sure this is all up to standards. Single women, you can trust this contractor, Airserv of Sanger.

    After a bad experience with Cotes I gave them a try. I called around midnight on a Sunday to see about getting help. 20 minutes later the technician was knocking on my door. They charged no extra fees for it being so late or for it being on a Sunday. Technician was knowledgeable, kind, and left us with AC for the first time in a week. I believe Cotes misdiagnosed the problem in the first place as my circuit board while my thermostat was the issue. Cotes was going to charge me $725 to come out and change the circuit board. After having no AC for 2 days they still didn’t have the part. I tried to schedule 4 different day’s when somebody could be available at the house and they couldn’t get a technician any of the 4 days. I decided to do it myself. I bought a circuit board that fits my furnace for $230 and installed it only to realize that wasn’t the issue. Aireserve diagnosed the issue as my Nest Thermostat. The technician put a new thermostat on, checked everything else with my furnace, checked my frion, and left that night with my AC working for the first time in a week. The total price of the work, the new thermostat, a membership program with Aireserve I signed up for, and the $230 I sent on the circuit board that was probably never broke to start with was still cheaper than what Cotes was going to charge me to change the circuit board that they diagnosed as the problem. After realizing that wasn’t the issue I probably would of had to spend well over $1000 with them. I saved a lot of money, got excellent service, and got my AC fixed past midnight on a Monday all within a few hours of my initial call. Highly recommend this company.

    Charlie saved us again! I cannot even begin to imagine the pain our teensy attic and ridiculously placed archaic system has caused him on our calls. ACs go out at the most inconvenient times, too- ours went out at 5pm on this hot summer evening. I made the call at 6:30pm. He was here at 8pm. I want to take a moment to tell his wife and kids just how much we appreciate you loaning him to us. What he does for people is so important.     Charlie Dishman found our issue with our heat pump. It was outside wiring from a previous ac contractor. It was causing the AC to run all the time whether in heat or cooling mode. This was responsible for outrageous electric bills the last few months, forcing to run the emergency heat because heat pump was not working, Charlie also verified that the TXV valve on the air handler was leaking Freon. This was also caused by the previous contractor that replaced our evaporator coil, because he said it was leaking .Charlie noticed it looked to be the original TXV Valve, he is currently going to check the warranty for the part and get back with us Monday, After months of the other contractor giving us the run around about making the repairs that he started Charlie got us back up and running quickly. I would Highly recommend Charlie and Aire Serv!!
