Update: My system is still amazing! It has saved me hundreds of dollars, since it’s been installed, on my electric bill! I had $350-500 per month electricity bills and now, I haven’t had one over $275!! Highly recommend still!I not only work for this AMAZING company and have since Feb 2020, but I am also a customer! Just recently got my system replaced at the end of September 2023 and even though I’m an employee, I still got the top notch customer service from our team of professionals!!! We love our new system! The office staff at AireServ in College Station has been very patient with me. I have called more than once, and then cancelled on them. But I did eventually have them send Ethan out to look at my Mitsubishi mini split systems that I have all over my house. I am new to the mini split world, and needed someone to come look and tell me what was going on. He spent a lot of time over here, looking into each one. He wrote up his recommendations and emailed them to me. The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of time he spent over here inspecting. Im really glad I went ahead and had him come over, so that he is now familiar with my particular system, and can be a consistent technician to keep it up and running correctly.

Couldnt be more pleased. Very informative with options for air quality improvement and attic insulation. The professional and courteous crew were on time to do the work. Everything agreed to was done exactly as promised with videos and photos of work performed. HVAC upgrades and insulating is not cheap work, but when it is done right, its worth every penny. I’ve had to contact Aire Serv of Aggieland on numerous occasions and one thing I can say for sure is this company definitely knows how to hire the right person for the job! More often than not I’ve had the pleasure of getting Amber K. when I call customer service. She has been able to help in any way I’ve needed and is always so kind and professional. Whether she’s needed to send a tech to me or needed to help walk me through something, she never hesitates. Amber is top notch customer service, from her initial greeting when you can hear her professionalism and joy in her voice all the way to the follow up call to insure the job was done right, this company is lucky to have her. Junior and Ethan have helped out as well and never disappoint. I will always contact this company for my HVAC issues or concerns.

Ethan Gee is the best! I recently bought a house, from living in an apartment for years, and had no idea where to start when it came to even the most basic maintenance of my unit. Ethan taught me how to make sure it was running smoothly, and taught me how to make sure I am able to extend the life of my unit without coming out of pocket an exorbitant amount. Even if I have just one simple question, I can reach out to him and Ethan is always happy to help and always makes sure I understand his explanation before he leaves. From start to finish, Ethan was professional, efficient, and friendly. He took the time to explain my options in detail, helping me choose the best maintenance plan level for my home and budget. He ensured his work area was clean while performing the initial maintenance service, and throughout his visit and took time to answer the million-and-one questions my kids asked about what he was doing and why. Ethan was very was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience. I’m already noticing a difference in how my unit is running and the comfort in my home has never been better. We signed on to the service contract—it seemed like a good deal, and we’ve had some costly issues because we kept putting off maintenance. They are also really great communicators; they respond right away, often via text (which we prefer), and were able to schedule service the day after we reached out. A young man from AireServe, Blaze Baron, came yesterday to service our hvac system. He spent a lot of time, was meticulous and thorough, explained and documented everything really well (even showed me photos and videos of the issues he found). On top of all that, he was just an incredibly kind, humble and helpful person. Wow. So happy to have a service contract with Aireserve.

Aire Serv of Aggieland was exactly what we needed and expected for our dryer vent cleaning and A/C system checkup! The service call setup with Amber was pleasant and and professional, and the technicians arrived right on time. The company communicated the status of the tech’s arrival and we were totally prepared.The entire staff were communicative, professional, thorough, timely and the technician, Chandler Coffman was the perfect blend of excellent tech and super customer service. Chandler and his trainee Blaze took pictures and updated us every step of the way as they thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent and performed a service checkup on our existing HVAC system. They also wore protective booties to enter our home, and cleaned the areas thoroughly when they finished. Chandler offered advice on what he felt are the next steps we should consider, and at NO time did he attempt to “up sell” us (for which I was extremely grateful, as it would have turned me off immediately and completely). The invoice was exactly as I was quoted for the service, and checkout and the followup receipt and link to the details of the service were exactly as promised. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Aggieland!

Everyone at Aire Serv of Aggieland has given top-notch service in a sudden great time of need. Ive posted this before on another review site but also want to share it here - the staff are very responsive and detail-oriented over the phone, and the AC technicians take a lot of pride in their work. Even towards the end of the day, Nick worked tirelessly to make sure the new set up was working perfectly with the new electric done by another company.During our 104 degree-plus daily temperatures in July our neighbor, an elderly man who is an amputee, badly needed help with getting his AC overhauled, replaced, and up to code - they made it very easy for us to help him with that experience and supplied him with a good window unit until the parts came in. We were able to keep close contact with Aire Serv to help my neighbor and we are forever grateful. Highly recommend, very good people here!

They installed our system 8 years ago. The presentation and options for our unit were top notch. I did not know you could customize your system like that. I received five bids. None of the other four offered anything like that. Just this is what you need, here is the price. We have had them maintaining it ever since. After being in the emergency service business world wide I am sorry to say their answering service lacks a lot to be desired. They are not timely, to say the least, in passing messages along. I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Aggieland. Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate him wearing boot covers while moving about in my house. Ive worked with AirServ of Aggieland several times and their employees are always professional and courteous. They keep me updated with every step of what they do and even give me videos of exactly whats going on.This weekend I had the unfortunate pleasure of having them out on a Saturday because the AC Unit in one of my Rentals went out and I felt that my property manager wasnt tending to the problem for my tenants fast enough.Cody arrived early Saturday morning with a smile on his face and ready to tackle the problem head on.My property manage had already sent me a quote from another competitor for a TXV valve replacement that was fine, but after a thorough diagnostic, Cody figured out that the TXV wasnt the problem, but that there were minor leaks leading to what appeared to be a TXV Valve problem.The HVAC whisperer that Cody is, brought the system back to life and brought the temp down from 89º inside the home to a manageable 75º that the unit could handle so my tenants could enjoy the Ags beat Tennessee in the College World series that evening.This has given me enough time to keep my tenants comfortable until the new condensing unit comes in on Friday to replace the weak one.If I had been on their Yearly Service plan, Im sure this could have been mitigated sooner and now that I am, my tenants can rest easy knowing that they dont have to suffer with the summer heat and can live in cool comfortability.

I reached out at 11 oclock on a Saturday about our air conditioner not working. Michael showed up and was extremely professional and on time. Very responsive. He immediately was able to diagnose the issue and did a complete diagnostics on the unit. Due to it being on a Saturday there was a emergency charge which I understood and they made me very aware of before they came out. He was very thorough on his diagnostics. He educated me on each step of the problem as well as what he sees possibly happening in the future. Even though I have 20 year old units, he did not try to sell me a unit. He said we will need one soon due to the coils not being separated and the age of the unit. I highly recommend them. Michael was an excellent technician. He came out on a Saturday which was amazing

I ordered a new AC unit from Aire Serv of Aggieland. Nick, Andres and Jose H. are really skilled and professional. Nick explained everything clearly including questions that I had trouble to understand initially and did an excellent job installing the new unit with a Nest Learning thermostat I bought originally. Nick identified problems in my initial wiring and fixed the “low battery” problem by installing a “common wire” quickly. He is smart and enthusiastic about helping customers. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

We initially hired them to clean our existing HVAC system, however through multiple conversations and a few visits, we expanded the project to replace one system to a two-stage 18 SEER Amana, new duct work throughout the house, and add air filtration options. The entire crew was enjoyable to work with: Nick, Jose(s), Andres, Rebekah, Don, Amber. They were responsive, punctual, professional, and thoroughly cleaned the job site. Additionally, the crew was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products. We were impressed by their true excitement to explain how air conditioning/heating should actually work in a household. We came home to no A/C at 11pm. In Texas summers, even the nights are hot. Naturally, I freak out and start googling repair places. I chose Aire Serve based on their reviews and Flat Service Fee, not pay by the hour rates. And Im SO GLAD I did. The answering service woman was friendly and very helpful. The repair tech called me back within 15 minutes and was out to diagnose our problem within the hour. (Time goes by slowly when youre sitting in a hot box). He was honest about what he found, and discussed our options BEFORE doing any repairs. Even though we ended up having to replace our outside unit, their service was impeccable. They came out ready with all needed parts and we had working A/C within 24 hours of my first call. The technician explained how everything worked before he left (despite the blistering heat and barking dogs) and assured us that if we had any questions or needed them to come out and set up our new thermostat again, to give them a call. He was knowledgeable, and educated me about the ac unit, and always had a smiling face even when he was working in the attic where the temp was around 95 F. The receptionists were nice to inform me when the technician is coming. For one reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the company does not have proper equipment. Because of this they had to make three trips that could have resolved in a single trip. Hope next time the company buys a powerful blowing or sucking pump and a plumbing snake auger to clear drainage pipe.

Because I am an Army veteran, I was able to get a 5% discount and a $150 discount for paying with check and writing a review.
