We were in desperate need of help. My husband saw the ad on Facebook and called Air Zone Plus for a free AC checkup, after the screw up from another company. That’s another story within itself. I am going to write a review on them as well. Antoine Bolden came out to do the service and found the mistakes that had been made by the previous company. He took the time and walked us through everything that was wrong and to let us know why the AC was not working properly. He ordered the parts that we needed, he kept us informed through the whole process. He is very pleasant, professional and so knowledgeable. He was on time, not running late like some of the others. It took him quite a while to finish the job. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other company that we had previously used. Antoine, we really appreciate you and your company. We will definitely call you guys in the future if something goes wrong. Thank you so much!!!
