    We had a fantastic experience from the first meeting through the completion of the install. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. Air Tech of Conroe technicians paid attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to very high standards. I can’t recommend this company enough. Dustin was transparent and extremely knowledgeable during the sales and scoping phase. Dana and Brett successfully led a great installation addressing all technical deficiencies left there by the last installer. It was not cheap but worth every penny given the tremendous amount of work and the quality of the finished product. I don’t have to worry about these systems for a very long time. Thank you guys for everything you did!

    Air Tech has been great! They respond promptly, communicate when the technician is on the way, and send a photo of the tech so you know who is coming to your home. Ulises was very friendly and put on covers over his boots before entering my home. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting, communicated clearly, repaired the issue quickly, and stayed a bit to ensure my the heater was warming up my home. Since I have a membership (small monthly fee), I received priority ,same-day service and the repair was covered! I highly recommend them for any hvac issues you may have.

    From the minute Dana pulled in my drive way I was greeted with a smile taking the time to see how I was doing and finding out the problem!,He took time to listen to see what was going on then off to work!he was very very thorough checking all the system out.I have had people in the past look at the System they complain because they did not like my 5 zone Seville mini split systems!!! Not Dana he was very upbeat and happy to help in my book he did above and beyond what other have done!!!from now own Dana will be the only one that will work on my system!!!!!

    We have had Air Tech of Conroe for over 5+years now and they have always come to our rescue when our A/C goes out for whatever reason or just to come do routine maintenance to prevent such outages! This visit we had Ulises Salazar-Soto from Air Tech of Conroe, come out at 6 pm because our A/C had gone out mind you mid August it’s 100°+ with a heat index of 1000°! He had us back up and running in less than 30 min, it was a condenser issue or something like that…. We are so grateful for his speedy and careful service! We were cooled down in just a few hours! Definitely recommend! 5 STARS! Tell a friend!

    Ulises called with expected arrival time - he arrived at the specified time, very cordial and attentive to my problem. I led him to the heater unit upstairs and he immediately began troubleshooting the unit. Within a very short time he unclogged/cleaned a blocked condensate fitting; cleaned some sensors, checked/reset LPG regulator valve pressure; restarted the unit. The heater unit now works better than when we bought this house. I found Ulises to be friendly, respectful of our property and willing to explain his work progress. Ulises and Air Tech have my complete TRUST going forward.

    I called this morning at 10am and a tech was out here in 2hours. Dana was my tech and he was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it just as fast. It was a blocked lint screen on my roof for the dryer. When I asked him how much it was going to be he said “nothing”. That it was a quick and easy fix. I would recommend Dana and AirYech to anyone. They are the best. I will use them for all my duct, AC, and heating needs!!!

    It was Friday afternoon and I had realized that our four year old Trane system was not working the way it should. I hesitated to call anyone because I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a technician to come out. I texted Airtek and they got in touch with me, gave me a decent price and luckily our system was still under warranty. They replaced all our parts for free and even discussed with us what may have happened and how we could prevent that in the future. Dustin was very thorough and even got a part for us, that was an hour away. We were up and running by the next evening. I am very appreciative.

Figured out later in the evening that the unit was bad. He had me on the schedule the next morning with a new unit lined up.Brett came out the following day and was very attentive, answered all my questions and methodically installed new outside unit. Made sure everything was operating properly after installation. Very pleased. The company is diligent, on time and all Tech’s are competent/ polite. Overall very good service. I did think the work suggested for the duct work was quite high but I have nothing for comparison. Appreciate the fast, courteous service.Matt was very responsive and dealt with the problem quickly. We were lucky he was able to come out quickly. He explained what the problem was, fixed it, and answered all of our questions. While I hope to avoid future problems, I’ll call Air Tech againThis is not a recent experience. Integrity installed our system and provided semiannual servicing. At the time they were the only company used and the only company who accessed the unit. On their last visit the tech told me the ultraviolet light was missing and suggested the previous tech could have taken it. Integrity offered to replace the light for $160.00. I felt they were fully responsible and should have replaced it free of charge.As this happened a couple of years ago and they have now changed their name, things could have improved, but I would watch them very carefully if you let them near your equipment.They have since replaced the missing UV light free of charge. Evidently the new management has ethics the previous group lacked.5/23/24: Thermostat quit. Called at4:45pm. Mr. Soto arrived at 6:30pm. He was very polite and friendly. The thermostat was replaced quickly and service was restored. Since Air Tech replaced Integrety service has been both timely and professional.

    I called Air Tech for a second opinion because I was having trouble with my AC unit and the quote given from the other company was much more than I could afford. Dustin with Air Tech of Conroe came out to my house, gave a second opinion free of charge, which included flushing my drain line and washing off my unit. While, he did recommend replacing the unit, the estimate to replace the unit came in $3000 less than the other company and I was comfortable moving forward with replacing the unit because he tried other alternatives before recommending replacement.     We had gas leak in our furnace ... the gas company shut off the gas to the furance and I called AIRTECH. Dana showed up early the following morning. Dana had been here before and I trusted him from our previous interactions. He was quick, but also accurate in identifying the solution and explaining how he would correct the problem. I really appreciate having good people you can trust working in my home ... especially when dealing with the dangerous gas leak. A big thumbs up for Dana.

    Update again. Dana came today to male sure all up to par. As always polite and knowledgable. 12/03/2024Update… Dana came today to service the unit and was very courteous, on time and even explained some things for me about my UV house sanitizer that is connected to my unit. Very much would recommend.Called at 8 am, appt was set to between noon and 4. Shawn T. showed up on time, explained the issue with my ac, fixed it and offered me a way to greatly reduce the service and repair and get a maintenance visit twice a year. Very pleased. He was polite, knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. Highly recommend.Oh, they werent my first call but all others I called said wouldnt be able to come til late next week. Heat index 114, that response time absolutely unacceptable.. Very glad I called Air Tech of Conroe.

    My AC stopped in this heat dome, and when I called, they sent my technician that same day and he had my system running again in no time. Very professional with recommending options for partial vs. total system replacement by technician Tyler Miller.Also had very thorough and professional duct cleaning incl cover vents by Brett Spears and his assistant.They also did a thorough, fast professional installation of a completely new deluxe Trane AC and gas heating unit, with at least five technicians led by Atzel working outside to install the new condenser and upstairs in the attic to install new the new furnace unit w blower and heat exchanger plus new deluxe evaporator coil. I love the 10 year warranty parts and labor that AirTech provides on the new units.And Joel Castaneda was super in following up with me twice at our house to answer my questions regarding the new unit.Technician Ulises Salazar-Soto was very thorough, nice and professional in my annual heating system inspection and filter replacement this fall.
