Spectacular customer service! They were very responsive when we had an A/C issue. They came out on a Friday evening and were very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Quality was great. Service time was quick. Cost was fair. Nick did an outstanding job and was eager and helpful the whole time.

Amazing company! I even signed up for their membership maintenance plan! They made it quick and easy to replace my capacitor, even though it was really late on a Saturday when my ac malfunctioned.

I called this company because nobody else was open after midnight on a Thursday but the technician came out within 45 minutes and had the ac working again really quickly. I signed up for a maintenance plan and they gave me a pretty good discount too!

Five stars are not really enough, the services exceptional yes the technician was on time and was very professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues that I was having with my furnace with there recommendations I have faith we can get another year out of my heater, the technician Jason is a great technician and a great personality, the Air Star team are lucky to have a person that’s this knowledgeable
