    I held onto my rating for a bit, considering they redid my venting system in the late winter/early spring so I havent really had to test it until now.So far, the system runs great with no issues. The team itself was professional and explained all the things they were going to do and any future potential problems I could expect. My electricity bill has been way lower than expected, so needless to say Im very satisfied. One less thing to worry about!

    This review should have been done earlier this year. This company is amazing. Everyone worked hard and professional. Even the young lady answering the phone has a great personality. They replaced my old heating and ac unit and it works great. I would truly recommend anyone needing there system replaced or repaired to allow them to be a part of the process.

    Air Star has been always gone out of their way to serve us with the utmost urgency as if we are family. They are very professional, respectful of removing their shoes, through with the maintenance on our unit in the attic as well as the attic.     Larry and his staff have always been easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about the kind of person Larry is. Last summer my A/C went out and it was 95 degrees in the house. I had an appointment with another company, but not for 4 more days. The problem is my mother lives with me @ 74 y/o was very ill, but there was nothing I could do. I was at a car dealer talking with the sales guy who said that he knows a guy that might be able to do something. He called Larry, who had just left the dealer. Larry came back to dealer got my info and had one his guys meet him at my house and got the A/C working. This was at 4pm on a Friday. I will only use Larry and Air-Star just because of the man he is. Use them and you won’t be disappointed.

    My HVAC and duct work are performing beautifully! Larry and his team did a stellar job installing both interior and exterior units. They also replaced duct work and added ducts on the second floor that have allowed use of the space during the hottest summer months. They went above and beyond to create an aesthetically pleasing cover for lines that had to be run on the exterior of the house. It is never pleasant to have to replace major home systems but Larry and his team did it at a reasonable price, in less time than I thought possible, and with integrity and exemplary quality. I highly recommend Air Star!
