This business has been servicing my AC & heating for years. From the administrative assistant to the technicians, they are always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about all aspects of their business. Super easy to schedule and the techs always explain everything in detail. My AC/Air went out and I contacted Air Rx Saturday morning, John was helpful and after an extremely long day with all of the other overloaded systems he had, kept his promise to get me in that evening. He was here until 10 pm diagnosing. He was extremely courteous and explained everything to me with detail. Unfortunately, my motor was shot, they worked diligently to find a new motor that wasnt on a 4 week backorder on Monday! He communicated with me throughout and was able to get me on the schedule for replacement Tuesday.Thank you John! On a referral from a family member, I called on John and his team at Air RX to replace my A/C units over 8 years ago. The job was done with top tier quality. I was so impressed, Ive had them out every year since to conduct maintenance. I trust no one else to do the work with the level of care and concern that Air RX brings to the game. When there were issues (a fan outage, capacitor failure), Air RX was on the spot to get it fixed fast. We had John and his team quote a new AC System during Covid. His pricing was reasonable but our landlord didnt want to replace at that time. Fast forward two years later and our AC is out at the beginning of the really hot days in San Antonio - our AC went out on a Saturday night. (To further note our AC has been out every summer for the past three summers we have lived in this house). We have home warranty so I called them first. They said the contractor we had before wasnt taking new work orders, AND they had no other contractors with availability at the time. A few minutes later we got a text that we had the same contractor from before and that we needed to wait to hear from them. No word Sunday - on Monday we asked our Landlord if he would consider a new unit this time. Thankfully he said YES! He asked me to get an updated quote with AirRx. I called John and he got me the quote. Then I had our Landlord call John so he could answer any questions - about 20 minutes later we had approval to proceed. Luckily a customer had cancelled their install the next day so - we got it set up for next day install! This all happened before noon on Monday - and you are probably wondering what happened with the home warranty contractor - well they didnt call until Monday afternoon at about 3:30pm! Thankfully we didnt need that call anymore! Fast-forward to Tuesday morning- Jose and his helper got to our house at the scheduled time - they were courteous and kept me updated with what they were doing. They replaced our inside unit first and then the outside unit. They cleaned up after themselves and were just all around great. It was 92 degrees in the house - they were there sweating it out with us! But they got it all installed and were so kind during the whole process. Their boss John sent them pizza and drinks for their late lunch early dinner! What a guy! They finished up around dinner time, and other than cool air blowing our inside unit and outside unit being brand spanking new - you would never know they were there! I cant recommend them enough! Thanks guys! Our family appreciates being cool as cucumbers now!

My ac went out the day my husband left town for a month and we were at the tail end of winter 😫 I called out homeowners insurance and they sent two different hvac technicians with different diagnosis but both with outrageous pricing. I decided to go outside the network and found Air RX. John showed up and walked me through everything. I really felt like I was getting a thorough education on how everything works and what went wrong. He gave me options for my budget and wasn’t pushy like the others. He didn’t leave until my little one and I had some heat running and we set up an affordable quarterly maintenance plan to get the most life of our old a/c.
