This company has been amazing at replacing and installing a new AC unit. My house is a pretty old house built in the 1800s and it needed a new AC unit downstairs. The workers installing the whole unit were so patient and thorough. They worked very hard and made sure everything was good to go. I could not have asked for anything more. It is sometimes hard to trust anyone or a company to be able to install anything new, the cost can be pretty high and they definitely did their part. I would highly recommend them!!!

If there is any company I will always recommend it is Air Rescue. Weve been customers for a few years with minor and major problems and they have always had our back and done anything possible to help us. Our system crashed and burned again over the past weekend and they had someone out on Sunday, unfortunately there wasnt any fixing it but they did everything they could. We had to get a whole new one. They got a new one and got it in today. We have pretty weird schedules and they had no problems working with us. They showed up early today and was able to get everything perfect for us a lot quicker than what we thought it would take. They have gone above and beyond in so many ways, pretty much moved mountains to help us. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs their help. Thank ya so very much for everything yall done. Yall are awesome!!!

Honest, good people. My outside unit didnt seem to be getting power, and its old, so Ive been babying for it while. The tech listened and understood. No upselling. Just great service, at a great price. I had A/C back up and running within 3 hours of calling.

In 2009 after we bought our house the A/C went out. It was 100+ every day and had been that way for a while. The home warranty company wanted to nickel and dime the system into working order. We needed A/C now so we called Thomas and he was able to come out that day and get a brand new system installed. Fast forward to 2017 and he still services our unit every 6 months and we will be customers for life.

Why does the air always die in the middle of Summer?? Air Rescue has done exactly that, multiple times for us. They are always fast, usually same / next day and the prices are very reasonable. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone and everyone. Theyre great.
