Amazing company!! Dean and his team are trying to change this industry in a positive way. We had no luck having a company drive to our home on a Saturday to give us an estimate and diagnose what was wrong with our heat till we found Air Heat North Texas. We decided to have our entire outdoor unit replaced with them. They were straight forward, kept us in the loop with what was going on and did not leave till the job was done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or equipment replacement. Also, they are Nest certified technicians which came in helpful.

Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. Its Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house.Fast forward one-year. Sometimes things break. A capacitor died on a Friday after 5 PM and I was able to call their team and they quickly had someone come out and fix what we needed. Jeff came out and worked through all the issues, got a temp fix until they got the exact part. Jeff followed up the next day to ensure things were working and then the team came out finished the repairs the next morning. I appreciate that they stayed on it until it was done and done correctly. Highly recommend this company the people who are the backbone of service.

Hands down the best customer service that I have received for repair/mechanical work. This team has bent over backwards for me as my storefront dealt with urgent cooling issues at the peak of Texas summer. They are very communicative, patient, and truly go the extra mile. They possess a supreme understanding of HVACs, and within the context of restaurant operations. It is beyond clear that customer service and delight is one of their core values as a company.As a small business owner, it can be hard to come by partners who truly want you to succeed - I am very happy to have crossed paths with Air Het North Texas and will maintain my partnership for many years to come,.

It was getting very cold and we were having a problem with the heater on our newly installed HVAC system. The original installer came out and told me that I needed to replace my Nest thermostat with something other than Nest. I instead contacted Nest directly and they provided me with a Nest Pro in my area. I am really happy they did. Nathan and his assistant were able to come the next morning and took mere minutes to diagnose the problem as a bad disconnect. They were able to have a new one installed within the hour and we have had no problems since. I have loved Nest and now I love AirHeat North Texas.

Air Heat North Texas replaced my old air conditioner and furnace in early August 2021. They provided prompt and professional service with no sales pressure or gimmicks. Pricing was competitve. The installers showed up on time and did a first rate job. If you are looking for an A/C contractor, I would recommend them!

I am so grateful for Air Heat North Texas! We bought our three year old home last year and immediately noticed problems cooling the 2nd story. We had three different companies sent out by our home warranty company, all of which identified different problems and never made necessary repairs. After our home warranty expired, we called a fourth HVAC company found on The Good Contractors list. They too claimed a different problem and gave us an insanely high quote for repairs. I was referred to AHNT by our realtor. They sent Zach out within 24 hours. He was thorough and so helpful! He identified the problem, showed me the parts needed and made the necessary repairs for a fraction of the quote Id received from previous contractors. I did not feel at all mislead and Im confident in their work. I highly recommend these guys! Theyre honest and know the profession.

Where to start? I have a hectic schedule with my job and submitted a AC Repair message at 6 AM through Air Heats website because I had to get ahold of someone. I explained all about what happened the past week with my AC unit. I was messaged very shortly afterwards by Dean. Deans understanding of customer service and leadership of his company is second to none. Dean or his other employees were in communication with me every step of the way. Dean and his techs took time to explain and speak with me thoroughly about all the questions I had. The techs came out, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and got me a price to replace the part I needed as fast as they could due to it being a part that had to be purchased from the manufacturer. They were not pushy at all about doing the work and actually told me to take time to think through it and even call around to other companies. I happened to send the first message through a work email which Dean read and saw that I was in the Law Enforcement field. Air Heat North Texas support and provide discounts to Military, LEO, Fire, Seniors, and Teachers. After giving the green light, the techs came back out and did the install in the time estimated. They gladly answered all my questions about other things I wanted to know with my AC system. Air Heat has won my business for life and I highly recommend them to anyone looking. Dean has it figured out; great customer service, honesty, and quality employees. Awesome company!

Dean Mize and his crew at Air Heat North Texas are tremendous! I have recommended them to every friend and family member in the area who has HVAC needs. They did a full replacement of our HVAC system, indoor and out. They returned to trouble shoot unexpected issues that were caused by the significant step up in technology and efficiency from our old system to the new. They didnt consider the job complete until we were completely satisfied. I appreciate their professionalism and the attention to detail they paid to our situation. From the start Air Heat North Texas went above and beyond. We noticed our indoor unit was leaking and we couldn’t fix it we turned to google to help us find a reliable company. I called Kayla (who is fantastic) and she had Fardin out in a hour. He determined we had a frozen unit caused by a leak. He also gave us come pointers on how to avoid this issue in the future. I spoke to the manager ,Dean, the next morning and he walked me through our options. He never tried to up sell me, he wanted to educate me. Once we agreed on next steps, Kayla let us know it would be a couple of days until the new parts would be ready. So she immediately sent our tech out to give us a window unit to use! How amazing is that, it was June and hot! Overall this was a great experience dealing with an unfortunate situation.

My heater was not working, I called AHNT and my technician Garrett was very professional and on time! He brought me coffee on the morning of the install and the unit is functioning better then it was before. I would recommend this company, hands down to anyone. The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything as he was doing the job. He actually took the top off the outside unit and gave it a thorough cleaning. He explained this should be done by all techs. I explained this was the first time I have had this done. I have used A1 Air in the past and all they want to do is sell you a new unit. I am thoroughly impressed and will use this company for the foreseeable future. The tech represents his company well. It is refreshing to see.

WE recently got NEST security cameras installed at our home . Air Heat North Texas staff did an excellent job . They were professional and knew what they were doing . They actually recommended installing cameras on spots where we did not think of and we are thankful .AHNT exceeded my expectations . Also want to point that the owner Dean is very friendly and makes sure any grievance you have is addressed . I would recommend AHNT for all services .

Nathan was a tremendous help in a time of need. Our furnace went out during the first cold snap of the year. We were left without heat with a small child in a very cold house right before the Christmas season. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and troubleshoot it for us over the phone. We now have a nice cozy warm home. Nathans passion and expertise were evident during the entire process and we couldnt be more thankful for his help.
