Our A/C wasn’t working right. I called them late in the day and they still made it a point to come over and check it out. Jarvis was very kind and helpful. He gave me tips on how to properly clean the outside unit. He was very informative on the problems he found and told me everything he needed to do step by step. I was never unsure of what was happening. He got our A/C working, and cleaned the outside unit, which wasn’t even a part of the problem. He was very efficient, very thorough and addressed issues he saw that needed to be fixed in the future but weren’t urgent.My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received. They also didn’t charge an arm and a leg like most companies would. We will definitely be customers of Air Conditioning Unlimited for life.

I had a tech named Jarvis come to my house just one hour after the call & stayed for hours analyzing the problem. Thankfully he was able to fix it & give light to other issues I have along with recommendations to fix them myself. Im having him come back again next week to fix the other issues as the quote he provided was just too good for the quality of service provided. Im very impressed & happy that we called & highly recommend these guys, especially Jarvis, if you ever have any HVAC issues.You just gained a customer for life!

Widener showed up 10 minutes after I called him. He is very nice he had everything in his truck to fix our air conditioner. His assistant was very nice as well. We will call him again if need be.

I highly recommend Air Conditioning Unlimited. I hired them to do a diagnostic review of our customers AC. I left a message and got a prompt response and he in fact was at the customers house within minutes of our phone call. He then immediately called me and gave me a clear and concise diagnostic with very fair pricing. If that isnt excellent customer service then I dont know what is. Many thanks to you Mr. Weems.
